What Services Would You Recommend?

I would like to increase the traffic to my website. Currently I use facebook (Just make daily posts on my fan page and personal page), twitter, and a little bit of Google plus. Again, all I do is make regular posts and the following is only a couple hundred.

I also use mailchimp and have a video on youtube that is getting a couple views a week it seems. But there is a lot more content I want to make for it.

Anyway, I tried to use Fiverr to hire someone to perform SEO but discovered they were using spun articles and the links were broken anyway lol, which dodged a bullet with Google because of their spam filters. So I canceled their service and tried another person who said they could get 700 visitors to my site through Facebook.

They managed to do so but no email signups and I discovered the traffic was just from a few groups that click links to inflate the traffic without actually caring about the site. Bounce rate was 100% and average session was 0.

So I need some good suggestions about who I can hire to build the traffic and help me manage everything. All I want to do is focus on content creation. Any recommendations?

I have had some good results using advertising my YouTube videos using their ads (which is done through AdWords).

I set it at $.01 cent per view and for $10 I got about 1,000 views, 5-6 likes and 4-5 subscribers.

DanoSongs.com - Royalty Free Music for Marketing Videos

No sign up required to try my music in your video.

Just click to listen and download. No cost to try, only pay when you publish.

Sounds like you would say AdWords is a good way to go then? I do imagine it would get some traffic but wouldn't it be better to pay for some kind of SEO work or links to have that traffic keep coming without paying for every visit?

Plus I would imagine $.01 would not get many impressions since you are bidding against others for traffic. I guess I could be wrong though.

By the way, I don't think I mentioned that I would have a budget of about $45 a month.
