Review on Sinfiltrator Whitelabel ?

Anyone had purchased Sinfiltrator Whitelabel package?
I did, and I had few problems setting it up.
How about you guys, do you have any success set this in your own hosting?
I contacted the support, but yet to reply. (btw, they did replied my previous question)
ps : don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing anyone here, the product look great, which why I interested to invest into their whitelabel.
