What is the Best Source for PLR Material?

Hi all,

Just looking to put together various bonus deals for several offers and discovered that what I thought were reasonable resources for PLR material in fact are actually not that great.

What does everyone else use here?

Keen to hear both free and paid service options.

you got to be very careful with PLR etc, I though I'd found a great deal, 8 PLR video products for $197, with a bit more digging I found the same products for sale else where, with resell rights for about $3.99 each!
