$100 to rent a Facebook Advertising account?

Hello, I was looking for work and came across
these sites that will pay to rent a Facebook ADs account: http://werentfbs.com and http://rentmyfb.club and http://www.rentfacebooks.com ...
I have almost no experience with FB marketing.
Basically they will add themselves as admins to a new Fan Page created from my account,
and use it to run ads for their own clients.
Does anyone have experience with this type of business?

    Facebook ads meant for end user and damn easy to target people you are looking in your niche.

    Be careful if you decide to go this route. Facebook is quick to ban accounts if ads break their guidelines and terms.
