Vsource and duplicate content problem?

Hi everyone,

I've been eyeballing the new product out by Mark Bishop called "Vsource" which, among other things, he says can "legally steal" other people's Youtubes videos and content and use them for himself.

I was wondering, though, won't there be a problem with Google considering such "stolen" content as duplicate content?

Thanks for any insight you could give me.

I would be more concerned about copyrighting claims than duplicate content. His software allows you to insert parts of a youtube video and then add to it so I doubt that Google will treat it as duplicate content.

It seems that the copyright issue could only be overcome if you use creative commons videos. I did not pick up this software because it appears to me that I can do the same thing using Windows Movie Maker live software and I also know a site I can visit to easily download youtube videos if I need to.
