Recommended Helpdesk/Support system?

I really need to replace my simple contact form with a (simple) helpdesk / support system.
Which one do you recommend?

    I'd recommend trying out HelpScout. The single user is free to use or take a 15-day trial first on the standard edition to see the full feature set.

    Currently using FreshDesk. It's free for one support email and more intuitive to use than ZenDesk in my opinion.

      I just started with Zendesk, what did you find non-intutive?

    I like FreshDesk. They offer different functionality at varying price points depending on what your needs and desires are. After cross shopping I think you will appreciate what they offer their clients.

    You should know that not all helpdesk are created equal. They can be large and small, for example, helpdesk software HappyFox includes social tie-ins like Twitter. Better help desk service can help your company. Through the years, it changed and became prettier, for starters, and it's more accessible.

    SupportPal looks pretty decent at the moment.

    Its self hosted and looks like a decent Kayako replacement.
