yeah I went to the world Internet summit last week and they gave a 2hr demo of it... Looks like a great piece of software and I reckon it could probably save hours and hours of time for the entrepreneur..

They were selling it for nearly $2,500 for the lifetime rights and upgrades forever...Awesome deal ! I know a hell of a lot of people who actually bought it.

Just want to clarify something -- it was never sold for $2,500. It was sold in the U.K. for something like 2,300 pounds (not dollars). Some people have gotten confused with that, so I thought I'd take a minute to clear that up.

And yeah, I love the software too, but I could be a bit bias. We're always looking for ways to improve it, add more features, etc.. I've been super busy preparing for our next big update.


Dr. Mike and I didn't want to sell it from just a sales page -- you can't get the full effect of it that way.

As for your e-mails, who did you e-mail? All e-mails to our support are answered within 24 hours on weekdays, and I also always answer all e-mails sent to me within that time as well. We also have a toll free number for all clients too. If you e-mailed someone promoting it, that's the only thing that we wouldn't have control over.

They ran the webinar again a couple nights ago. It seems really good. I could see all kinds of ways I could make money with it, but it is selling for $4,000. You can break it down into 3 payments of $1,400, but unless I can set something up first to guarantee I'll have the income sources in place, I wouldn't be able to afford it at this time. My loss.

I have put several feelers out to see if anyone would like to pay me for very targeted fresh leads, but I've had no replies yet.

Be careful about violating the TOS of the site where the leads are harvested from (rhymes with gregslist).

I was on a webinar showing the benefits of Lead Evolution a few weeks ago. I would have bought it....BUT, I just can't see investing 4k for the software when I can't test it out myself.

I'd also say that they've priced to too high. I'd pay maybe $1298 at best, and I don't agree with the annual license either.

It seemed as if they really just wanted to get their own investment out of it.

The software finds leads from a variety of sources (always expanding) of people requesting to be contacted for more information. For instance, if a bunch of people say that they want a website made and ask to be contacted for quotes, they're asking you to contact them.

The lead sources are those sites that have people going there asking to be contacted.

The link that was given earlier refers to two things that we don't do -- making up e-mails to e-mail to and scrapping e-mails off of sites where people aren't asking to be contacted.

As for the potential for abuse, sure, there is definitely potential for people to abuse the system (like e-mailing leads that aren't interested in your offer), but we go through great lengths to warn and train clients not to do that. Afterall, when you e-mail people exactly what they're asking for, they walk away happy and you'll walk away with a great chance of making money.

I would say it's fair to say that Lead Evolution might not be for everyone...

Lead Evolution goes out and finds people that ARE ASKING TO BUY SOMETHING and then LETS YOU CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY with an affiliate link or maybe even your own Amazon store.

At $3,500 it's still an amazing purchase.

Imagine approaching an RV dealer and saying "Hey I got this method of
finiding people on the Internet who are ASKING TO BUY RV's within the

I saw this software at the IM Seminar i went to in London and it looks amazing but £2k is a lot of money for software

from the demo i saw you chose the category so unless someone post a car in the sports section that is not likely to happen, plus you chose which ones you want to answer it doesn't do it automatically

How does one become an affiliate for this product?

This software goes against the Terms of Service of Craigslist - and Craig Newmark goes after people who make software like this. I like the idea, but this is a big grey/black-hat software.

Hi All, I'm a returning warrior member from years ago who has spent more time working on marketing offline then online so I'm glad to be back to contribute.

In regards to this LE the software has both pros and cons and a lot depends on your knowledge of lead generation and software development. As a marketer, the approach of selling the software via a their webinars is a good idea (I've seen the webinar)...which could be made better by including a sales letter.

The cons for me are three fold. 1. The software has no demo. I would never buy a piece of software that I could not demo first. That's like buying a car that you never test drove, it's just not smart business. I also know that as a developer, you always make a demo of your software so others can evaluate it. You have to see if it 'fits' you. 2. In all of their marketing information there is what I believe, is poor support. I can't find a number to call and I have e-mailed them for information directly and I have not heard back. An earlier poster said there is 800 support for after you buy...but most people (especially those that know about programming and marketing have pointed questions that need to be answered before they buy. In addition, if you are asking for $4k for your software you should have enough pre-sale support (phone, email, and IM support). I know may people that are selling $40 software programs that have a 800 number for presale questions. I find it unnerving that you would ask and expect people to buy an expensive piece of software and not have adequet support 3. The price is too much for me. I know that cost is relative to use and knowledge, but my knowledge of marketing is such that I'm confident I would reap the same or better results by using that money elsewhere. That's just my $.02!

Just wanted to drop in to make a few comments.

First, as for our support, I find it odd that a non-customer is making comments about it. Our support is top notch. We not only offer 24/7 e-mail support (which we typically will reply to within 24 hours or less Monday through Friday), we also offer a toll free number that you can call in for additional support. You can even setup a one on one meeting with a support specialist to call you as well.

As for pre-sale questions, you can ask as many pre-sale questions on the webinar as you want. If you have additional questions, we can put you in touch with a representative.

We don't offer demo versions of the software because we feel that the software is too powerful for that and we don't want to get a ton of copies out there. That's a sales decision that Dr. Mike and I made. We do offer a trial period for all clients, though, so they can see first hand if it fits their business.

As for what the software does, it finds leads of people looking to buy your product or service (again, you can also use it as a research tool to find new niches), and allows you to weed through them so you only reply to the most targeted leads of those asking for exactly what you might be selling and wanting to be contacted. We're also working on a ton of new powerful features to make it find virtually any lead online of someone looking to buy a product or service.

I was impressed with the software when i saw Koz and mike demo it on stage in auckland some months back. I dont know how it sits with the spam issue. As far as i am concerned if somebody posts on a site like gumtree or craigs list asking where they can buy a motorbike and you contact them and tell them that is not spamming. So thats not an issue.

It is very expensive however. Interestingly last week an aquaintance who does not know about IM told me he got a subleasing contract with a hostel and put ads on gumtree craigslist etc for backpackers coming to NZ and made $1500 per week out of it in letting fees.

So the opportunities are there if you know where to look.

I've been using the software. There are limitations from craigslist on how many emails you can send. I've also run into issues with gmail sending out the mail. You can use 20 different email providers, so it's not so bad on that end.

One thing I've been impressed with is their support - it's very good.

There is a learning curve, so I would recommend that they put together some type of mastermind that'll share how to best use it. I guess you might say it's like buying a new computer and knowing nothing about it. THEN, you learn about the control C.

Yes, you can have upto 20 gmail accounts. I have had some challenges with craigslist getting the message out. After a few emails from the same email address Craigslist hold the emails for 24 hours. I've sent upto 2000+ in a day, but on a smaller scale - less. I get the same message, large send or small.

The trial and error is the biggest challenge with the software.

Hey, somebody pointed me to this thread, and I just wanted to clarify that this is nothing like our software. Even though the webinar copies parts of our own webinar (many parts word for word), our Lead Evolution software is completely different (even though I've heard from a few that they mistook the look for it).

Lead Evolution is the only software that can search multiple lead sources, as well as the only software that allows you to e-mail dozens to hundreds (even thousands) of leads at once with a click of a button (there's some extremely complex coding to make it imitate a human here). We're also the only ones where you can save leads, see which ones you already e-mailed, which leads are new vs. old, and to top it off, we have full phone and e-mail support, a full development team constantly working on new upgrades (we're working on the ability to search thousands upon thousands of new lead sources at once as well as the ability to pull leads from the search engines, etc.).

Just wanted to clarify that even though the sales webinars looked similar there, Lead Evolution itself does far far more, and the most powerful parts of it are completely unique to itself.

To prove that, we also have several testimonies from people doing very well with it. We've heard from people using Lead Evolution to get their full time income, others making $3k+ in the first week, etc..

Our support will typically get back to you in 24 hours or less on weekdays, but some more technical questions might take up to 48 hours if they pass it onto a programmer to answer.

I checked into your situation with our head support specialist, and he said that you e-mailed us late in the night on a Thursday and that they wrote back on a Monday. They try to get the majority of questions answered in 24 hours on weekdays, but we do ask you to allow up to two business days, which it was answered in. On another note, our head support guy said that that same week he let go one of our other support workers so he was short-handed for a few days while we were training some other workers to fill in (normally you would have heard back on Friday).

As for your refund request, he stated that you only e-mailed once and that it was yesterday and that he recently replied to you today and that you replied back. On top of that, you were already threatening a chargeback before even giving them a day to respond? I understand how you might be worried, but we always honor our guarantees. On another note, I'm curious when you e-mailed us "3 times" as you just bought the software a few days ago so I don't see where you'd have enough time to e-mail us three times for a refund when your original request for one was a reply to the support question we answered the other day?

As for "basic features," the software as is can work great, but we're always undergoing new updates, additional features, etc.. We have a dedicated programming team constantly working on this. On top of that, we have several additional tools to compliment it in our members area that you can use for free.

Several of our clients have given us great feedback. Just in the past couple weeks, we heard from one guy making close to $4,000 in his first week, another guy making $12,000 in his first week with only four hours of work (this one I'm very excited for because he had an awesome idea that he asked our support for help with and then we found out a couple days later that he made $12,000 profit), and another guy who said Lead Evolution was his full time income.

Gman, I find it odd that the points you bring up don't seem to be valid at all. It's odd that you come on here with zero posts to say this... In fact, you say you're a customer, yet you clearly haven't even read the information about our support.

We offer e-mail support around the clock. Typically, they'll get back to most questions within 24 hours or less on weekdays, but we always aim for 48 hours or less -- 24 hours is just our goal. On top of that, we offer phone support five days a week (sometimes even seven days). Our "open office hours" are four days a week for three hours at a time, but you can get a one on one phone support virtually anytime you want by appointment only.

If you read our membership site, to schedule an appointment, you need to e-mail the support 48 hours ahead of time that you want to be called so they can schedule you in. They'll then call you and stay on the line with you for as long as you want. During the "open office hours" (which are different), it's on a first come, first serve basis so if you don't get through then, simply e-mail for a one on one appointment.

And from all the internet marketing tools and guides that I know of, very few offer e-mail support, open office hours via phone, one on one phone consultations/support by appointment, and bi-monthly training webinars where you can ask questions live to us.

As far as the other stuff you're talking about, I would caution against talking about stuff that you're not sure on. We hired one of the top internet lawyers to review everything to make sure it was in line. On top of that, LeadEvolution simply finds leads of buyers (or sellers if you target it for that) of products and services and allows you to not only quickly find them, but pick out the best of the best leads easily and contact them with a click of a button. You're doing exactly what the leads want you to do if you weed them down good.

One of our clients told us that he made $12,000 profit in four hours with it (he took advantage of our support to ask some questions and notified us a few days later how well things went for him), whereas others have made thousands the first week, use it for their full time income, etc.

xoskills -- the program that you're referring to is nothing like LE. In fact, they don't really do any similar at all and are used for completely different things, so I'm not sure why you might think that.

Bishop has a program that lets you post on several forums faster than doing it by hand -- our software has nothing to do with that and focuses on finding leads of buyers and contacts them instantly. Hope that clears it up. There's nothing else out there quite like LE.

That's what LE does -- it finds leads of buyers, which is the highest quality lead possible. For instance, you could use it to find someone asking to buy a product or a service -- that's worth 100x more than even a "good" lead going to your opt-in page and saying that they may or may not be interested in getting more "information" on something you might be selling.

Getting leads of people ASKING TO BUY is the best you can get, which is exactly what our software does.

I know of a couple clients who have used it in the financial industry, but it would be useful if you sent me more information on the exact products and services that you offer.

As for how specific you have to be for the leads, it's largely up to you. It varies from niche to niche. In some niches, quality leads can be found with even just a simple keyword. In other niches, you need to be a bit more specific to get better leads. It will vary, but we have a lot of training to help with that. Plus, we offer free one on one coaching as well (in addition to e-mail support, phone support, training material, recordings, webinars, etc.).

There's no real way to answer that question -- there are way too many variables. Not only can different niches, products, and services be a lot different, but the way you write your e-mail, the product/service that you or others offer, etc. will vary a ton.

If you target your leads well and have a decent offer, you can get some very high conversion rates. After all, these are leads of people ASKING to buy a particular product or service. If you write them a decent e-mail and have a decent offer giving them what they want, there's not a lot of reasons why they wouldn't buy.

I try to aim for highly targeted leads where a 20% conversion rate would be considered normal. However, I've done and seen conversions far less and far more depending on how targeted the leads are, the offers being presented, etc..

One client of ours landed two deals worth several thousand dollars each in the first few hours, and I believe that he only targeted those two leads starting out (making it a 100% conversion in his case, but they were VERY highly targeted).

For a web design service, I'd say that this would be perfect for you. There are a ton of leads there. I know, as I've offered similar services.

Rayt, yes, you're right in that the conversion rates can be really high as long as you target the leads well. The more targeted you make them, the more likely they are to convert. For instance, someone asking where to buy product x or service y is going to be a highly responsive lead if you are selling what they want. And yes, we do give tons of advice on what to do here. We have tons of relevant bonus material, training videos, training webinars, e-mail and phone support, and free one on one coaching.

Ayuwarr -- I sent you a pm awhile ago, but just in case, try the e-mail above if you have problems.

Acecutive -- There's a 30 day return policy on it for those who are serious about it and want to take it out for a try. To be honest, as long as you're open to our suggestions on how to make money with it, I would find it hard if you couldn't profit from it, but we definitely do offer a refund period there.

Jjcali -- The price was never $2.5k for LE. Some people got confused because we once sold it to a crowd in the U.K. in pounds, but it was approximately $4k or so in U.S. dollars. So the lifetime license is $4k. The normal price is $4k plus a yearly fee of $1k/year, but we sometimes waive the yearly fees and offer the lifetime license deal. This entitles you to all the updates, all the bonuses, additional software tools and features (we have two new tools that e-mail you daily leads on autopilot), one on one coaching, support, etc.. We're also rolling out two more lead finding tools that will eventually sell as a super package at a higher price, but current lifetime license holders will get it for free (adding thousands of new lead sources and different features).

Matias1021 -- To be honest, we've had success stories from both experienced and non-experienced marketers alike. For some odd reason, some of our most astonishing testimonials have come from newcomers to marketing online (but they were clever guys who thought outside of the box -- several of them took advantage of our coaching too). I requested a refund of $1497 for the Lead Evolution system within the 30 day trail. I've got an email from John (support) stating that my refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. That was Jan. 12 2009; I still to this day have NOT received my refund. This is also after I got back to support again on Jan 27 requesting a status of the refund. They replied that they will "remind" billing. I have also gone back and forth with Brain Koz but I don't know exactly what is going on. And getting no answers or updates yet! To Brian Koz, please talk to head support to expedite this refund. It has already been to long.

Finally I have Lead Evolution (LE) now! All I can say is it realy rocks!
I as a blind person never realy made a $ online! The only $s I made have been with Audiogenerator and instantvideogenerator and with Tss (Teleseminarsecrets).
For me putting up a website and driving traffic to it and make a sale is a real pain and didnt work until today.

Now with LE I can search for a service I sell or look for services to sell or people who want stuff and simply give them what they want. Its a hack easier! this is realy a dream come true for me.

I have allready big big idears in mind that I will do very soon.

the software is realy word its price!

I'll try to address all of the questions here:

First, Vipul, I informed you via e-mail that you bought it from an offline seminar and purchased it through the host and not us (through their merchant account and not ours). As such, our support couldn't directly refund you, but they did pass on that information to the right person from that seminar. I have it in their notes that you were sent over to them to be processed. If you don't see the refund yet, please let me know and I'll have someone give them a call.

As for those who've bought, that's awesome! There are a ton of possibilities with this, and it's always improving. We just released version 1.5 a week and a half ago, and we've already updated it three times since then. There will be another significant update by early next week, as well as another cool software tool to get more leads that members will get for free coming up shortly.

Hnphenmen, there's nothing else like LE that does everything it does. We are the original and only software that searches MULTIPLE different lead sources, allows you to e-mail as many leads as you want all at once with a click of a button, keeps track of new and old leads, sorts by date, finds in real time, allows you to get new leads e-mailed to you in real time, and that has a full dedicated support and programming team constantly whipping out new updates, new tools, etc. for our members. We currently have two additional software tools available for free on top of the original LE, and we'll be adding at least two more awesome ones soon (one of which will search thousands of additional lead sources). We've also had several clients making thousands of dollars in their first week -- one fellow already did $12,000 profit in his first four hours.

As for the leads, they aren't limited at all. It's mostly up to you in how you want to use it. If you're having troubles finding the right types of leads, you're most likely not searching the right categories, keywords, or lead sources. That's partly why we have so much training available, as well as support and free one on one coaches in place. In addition, there are thousands upon thousands of niches and ways of making money with this. I personally think you should target high price point products and services. If people are looking to buy such things online, you can find the with LE. In addition, we're always expanding our lead sources (almost have a new one done that rocks for European users) and are working on additional features like the ability to search thousands of new lead sources, the ability to add your own, etc..

I'm wondering what kind of setup you would have to have to run this and not get into trouble. Does this run off a server? I really doubt you're going to get away with doing that kind of emailing from your desktop. I also know that a lot of hosts don't allow more than about 250 emails per hour from a reseller or shared account. So I'm guessing that you have to have a dedicated server at minimum. Can anyone verify that or tell me what is needed?

Anyone got this set up on their site so we can have a look at it?

Niborobin, first, let me say that this looks a little odd on your part -- you're a no name poster on a brand new account with five posts in a row over a period of only a few minutes on just this thread.

Second, despite me giving out my PERSONAL E-MAIL several times in this thread, I don't see a single e-mail from you. Odd that you would post here on a no name account but not e-mail me there or PM me even?

Third, all refunds are always honored if they're within the refund period of 30 days.

Fourth, if you are indeed a customer of ours, there's a link in the members area called "support" -- it has our help desk (you need to use the help desk for support e-mails instead of e-mailing other random e-mails), as well as our toll free number. We have open office hours for the phone four days a week (we're expanding that to five days full-time soon, though), but you can also schedule a free one on one call anytime by setting that up through the helpdesk first with a 48 hour notice).

Fifth, the software works awesome. If it didn't, we wouldn't have testimonials from real customers making thousands in their first week -- one guy even did $12,000 profit in four hours time. Several of these customers will also be at our upcoming seminar in San Diego March 27 to 28th. We also do live demos of the software, so it's ridiculous to imply that it doesn't do what it says when you can see it live in action. I rang their toll free number 50 times at least and there was no response!! I got this lame ass message saying they are available from 1-3pm on wednesday wtf!! I rang them then and still no response!!! I finally did get my refund but it took like freakin a month to get it. There is no trial version and the site looks dodgy!!

Patchman, if you read the instructions on the toll free number in our members area, you'd see that there are two ways of getting on the phone with us. One is on a first come, first serve during the open office hours, which are Mondays and Wednesdays noon to 3 pm CST, and Thursdays and Fridays 4 pm to 7 pm CST. If you e-mail the helpdesk (also available within the support area of the membership), you can submit your questions there or schedule a one on one coaching appointment or tech support phone call where they'll call you at a scheduled time -- you just need to give them 48 hour notice to do so and a few dates and times that work and they'll confirm that with you.

The open office hours are sometimes super busy and sometimes wide open, which is why we offered the free one on one scheduled phone appointments (even if you just need some internet marketing coaching, they do that too).

We're looking to do Monday through Friday phone support 9 am to 5 pm soon, but we put the current system in place to make it fair for everyone as some coaching calls take an hour or more per person, so scheduling them out made everyone more happy.

There's nothing dodgy about it -- tons of people have had great success with it (you can even see some in this thread), and I've more than once offered personal help in making money with it.

noon to 3pm that is pathetic dude, you should have 24 hr phone support from the start, it seems rather odd that you are offering 9am to 5pm phone now, for the price of the software it should be 24 hr !!

Patchman, the majority of internet marketing products don't even offer phone support. We not only have four days of open office hours, but we also allow you to set an appointment to receive a call at virtually any time (our coaches and technical staff have done calls late at night and early in the morning to work around some of our customer's schedules).

Even though we'll soon be offering 9 am to 5 pm open office hours in addition to the scheduled appointments, I think 24 hour phone support would be way overkill and not easy to do on either end (not only would most people not call at 3 in the morning, but we'd be paying people to man phones when there wouldn't be any calls then). First, when you take into account the free coaching, updates, additional tools, support, etc. along with the potential of leads to be found and money to be made (again, some people have made their first money ever online with our software -- some did thousands even in their first week thinking a little outside the box), the price is very reasonable.

If a time during the day doesn't work, you can simply schedule a time for someone on our staff to call you regardless (phone appointments are DIFFERENT than open office hours). It's the best solution we had, and it's what our own customers suggested.

The lead sources vary (most are awesome in the states), but several are okay for the UK. However, we're very close to releasing a new lead source that is awesome for the UK but not as good for the states (this same lead source is good for other European countries as well, but is almost unheard of in the states). I'm guessing that will be ready within a week or two.

At the same time, when you deal with leads, I think that the really lucrative markets are ones where it doesn't matter where the lead is from. For instance, the majority of my sales online are from people across the world -- I don't care if they're my next door neighbor or some guy on the opposite side of the world. If they want to buy a product or service that I can offer them (or give them an affiliate link, CPA offer, etc.), I'm happy.

Actually maskedmarketer and Rob, that's not true. Although that particular guy is getting a letter from our lawyer for a few things, his attempt at a copycat fell far short. This is because the more sophisticated parts of our software are extremely complex and require a dedicated coding team.

His software only searches and allows you to search one lead source -- ours allows you to search several and digs far deeper. Ours also sorts by date/time, old vs new, e-mailed vs not, etc..

Our software allows you to easily e-mail tons of leads at once (doesn't matter if it's one, dozens, hundreds, etc.) -- his doesn't. Our software also allows you to export all those leads as well if you want.

Our software system also can e-mail you daily targeted leads as they come in in real time -- his doesn't.

Our software also comes with full e-mail, phone, and one on one coaching -- his doesn't.

I have read most of the posts on here and I thought it would be useful to share the insight from someone who actually purchased the software at an IM conference in October 2008. This is what happened to me:

1. Came home quite excited and gave it a red hot go.

2. Unfortunately, at that stage it was still quite buggy.

3. My early results seemed to throw up lots of people 'selling' things, not necessarily buying things. It appeared very hard to sort the wheat from the chaff. I found it difficult to find those markets where there were more buyers than sellers, so then felt uncomfortable 'emailing all' because that is surely Spam?

4. New versions have been released but I haven't given those new releases any serious attention. (one of the reasons I purchased was the auto posting to Yahoo Answers, I'm not sure that exists yet).

5. It appears to be US centric, so it is hard when you are UK based to know the markets to look for.

6. I have made $0 as a result of Lead Evolution.

If anyone would like to use my copy of the software (cost £2000+) and JV 50/50, I would be happy to do so (assuming that is allowed by Brian)... I would also be happy to share the results of that test on this forum, subject to my new partners agreement.

I may be wrong, since I haven't use the software... but it says it allows searches on 3 sites, not one like you're suggesting.

For the price difference I sure hope so.

Allen, LE simply finds the leads and lets you very easily e-mail them all with a click of a button utilizing some proprietary methods (it sounds easy, but actually doing it well is extremely complex and has to adapt over time). If you're not having much luck with it, you should first check the categories and keywords that you're checking (some categories are almost all sellers, whereas others are almost all buyers -- it's very important to search the right ones). If you're still not having much luck, you should check your e-mail and the offer that you're trying to sell. (And by the way Allen, we don't allow users to sell extra licenses to others with their copy -- just a friendly heads up as we want to make sure our free one on one coaching offers and all that remain doable for all license holders.)

Real clients are reporting some huge profits -- we get new testimonials in constantly. One new testimonials a few days back said that he used the software to help create 120 jobs and fight foreign oil dependency at the same time (crazy -- I almost didn't believe it until I read how he did it). Others have mades thousands of dollars even in their first few hours. This proves how well our software works both in finding leads AND e-mailing them.

I'd be happy to give some tips to anyone having trouble or looking to make some quick cash. I actually helped the guy (by random chance) who generated $12k in four hours using our software, but when all is said and done, it all comes down to thinking a little outside the box, having a good offer, and knowing how to e-mail them.

Honestbizpro, thanks for your post -- I too think it'd be hard not to make money with the software if you're doing everything right, but sometimes people just need a little extra help to get the ball rolling. I think we've all been there before.

As for the other software, I'm not going to comment on it anymore and turn this thread into something that it's not meant to be -- we already have had our lawyers on it (and know of another similar incident as well with other lawyers involving that) -- but I'd encourage anyone to do a little research on their own, and I believe that you'll find some very interesting things that just might debunk some replies here.

I'm very confident in our software and our dedicated coding team, and I'm not afraid to put it up to the test against anything. Not only does our software have proprietary methods of actually e-mailing all the leads to ensure that the e-mails get through (this is incredibly complex stuff for some of the lead sources to make bulk e-mails go through -- "little" things like how it works with different e-mail addresses, how old the addresses are, timing, patterns, etc. are very important to be able to adapt and work right to ensure that e-mails get through), but we're also constantly working on new updates, new software tools, etc.. Two of our new updates/tools are almost done -- one of which adds thousands of new lead sources. Another update will put even more stuff on autopilot.

Thanks for your comments. I won't go into much detail about it, but I would caution against assuming that we just don't like competition. That's far from it. One particular case got very personal and ugly against ourselves and a colleague (and friend) of ours where we feel that we didn't have much of a choice in order to get them to stop doing the very personal and ugly things. Another was very misleading and doing some illegal stuff.

Believe me, I'm not one to bully or jump to lawyers -- I'd much rather settle things in better ways, but again, even though I won't go into detail, if you knew the whole story, I believe you'd be shocked if we didn't do anything about it.

As for putting money into R&D, that's our biggest expense along with the coaching and support of LE. We have an entire programming team (local guys), support staff (local in office staff as well as others working from home), and coaching staff (in office locally and others working from home). We actually just hired two additional support members and one additional programmer specifically for this.

Improving such a thing as well as maintaining it is a monster all by itself. We have some proprietary methods in the way we make it work, e-mail, etc. to ensure that users get results (which is why there are so many success stories with it), but there's also a significant amount of time and money that goes into keeping it that way and improving it every way that we can think of.

We won't be happy until we can get every lead possible on the internet.

I purchased LE about 2 1/2 wks. ago. I have been marketing online for a little more than 3 years and am always looking for more ways to make money online quickly.

I attended the webinar and was very impressed with all of the features and could only think of how much money I could make with it. The cost was way out of my "non-existent" budget, but I decided to break up the payments with a promise to myself that if I could not make money with it before the 30 day refund period expired, I would request a refund.

The first week I watch several of the instruction videos and played around with the software but I could not get the program to work for me. I called the support number the beginning of the second week and got a recording which set up big red flags, but the recorded message said they were busy with other clients and to submit a support ticket. I thought "sure you are" but submitted the support ticket anyway.

I was very pleasantly surprised to get a very quick reply (less than 24 hrs) saying they were surprised that I was asking for a refund so soon after purchase and asking me if I had taken advantage of the "free" one on one coaching? I did not realize due to the amount of information I had just taken in, that this option existed..especially the "free" part. I replied saying that I would be willing to s/w one of the coaches but that it needed to be done quickly as I had a deadline to meet.

During the next couple of days I sent many emails to the support staff who responded within 24 hours with suggestions on resolving the issues I was having with the software. Their suggestions were spot-on and now the software works just fine. I later found these same issues addressed in the FAQs which I had not yet read .

Within a couple of days I had a coaching session set up..it's tomorrow.
In the meantime I went back to the membership site, read for the first time the FAQs, and viewed all of the recorded webinars. I am now ready to do my first project which I will do today.

I own a lot of software and the most I have have paid outright for any one copy was about $300. The LE software does things that no other software I've seen does and it is well worth the price for the work it does! My plan is to put it to work and see my results.

Since I don't have a crystal ball, I won't know the outcome for a few more days. Right now, I have thinking that this software is way to powerful to let go and I am concentrating on ways to making money instead of just thinking of reasons to return it for a refund.

For anyone wondering about the product, I recommend...

1. Signing up for one of the webinars to see for yourself, instead of asking tons of questions about it in the forum as most all of your questions will be answered there and you can see first hand how it works. It's completely annonymous and no one is going to make you purchase anything so there is no reason to be afraid.

2. Tire-kickers RETREAT...This software is not for you.. Even if you could afford it, you wouldn't be happy with it or much else in this life!

3. LE is definitely For SERIOUS marketers only as you are the only ones that will fully appreciate its functionality and value...perhaps that's one reason for the price.

I would buy LE if I had the spare cash but NZ exchange rate makes it close to $4K I believe.

Two factors that would put me off ...

1. possibility its buggy and doesnt perform quite so well

2. If OLE simply adds the option to use multiple emails instead of one at present then whats the use of buying anything else.

Just thought I'd comment on a few things...

First, our support has been updated to include phone support 10 am to 5 pm (Pacific) Monday through Friday. If you need a time outside of that, you can e-mail the helpdesk to setup an appointment (we ask for a two day notice but can usually do it sooner) and we can have a support specialist call you. But you can call anytime during 10 am to 5 pm, and our customers seem to enjoy this a great deal.

Our helpdesk also gets back to all replies in 24 hours or less on weekdays.

Max, from reading your post, it sounds like you're trying to e-mail random e-mails that you think are associated with us and not our support helpdesk (which isn't an e-mail -- it's a helpdesk). All of this is in the support section of our members area. This is to prevent support questions from going all over the place and to make sure that the proper people can respond to them. If you have troubles, let me know, but I'd encourage you to call them up or e-mail the helpdesk. We even hired new people recently to help out there, and they're really rocking it.

As for the leads, they're not just Craigslist as some think -- although there definitely are some good leads from there.

We're also constantly adding new software tools, lead sources, etc.. I just got the beta version in on a new software tool that really rocks for finding and replying to even more leads -- all current license holders will get that for free.

We also have additional tools and such in the "tools" section, as well as thousands of dollars in bonuses, software tools, guides, etc..

In addition, our software is updated constantly. Since version 1.5 (which was released about two months ago), we've had 26 updates at the time of me writing this (that's almost one every other day). Several of the lead sources are constantly changing and to work right, you need a program that can adjust to this and has a team to back it up.

On top of that, the e-mailing feature of it really rocks now (especially with some of the latest updates). If you don't have top programmers who know how to do that right, none of your replies will get through (or just one or two).

I'd be willing to bet that you couldn't ask the competition the difference between different gmail accounts and how to get them to mail out better (yeah, that's right, not all gmail accounts are the same and if you don't account for that, you won't be able to e-mail more than one lead -- one of the many reasons why you need top notch programming to actually E-MAIL the leads as well -- one of our latest versions automatically adjusts for that so you can literally e-mail hundreds to thousands of leads without an issue).

On top of that, all users get free one on one coaching, training, etc. -- if you ever have issues, just take us up on those free offers and we can get you in touch with either a support specialist, tech, or a coach specific to your needs (for instance, we have guys who specialize in leads for mlm vs leads for middle man stuff vs internet marketing vs health and so forth).

Because of all this, we have clients making thousands of dollars even in their first few hours. And ones who don't can easily take advantage of our support to get there.

You may not see or understand the massive amounts of backend work that needs to be done to get everything working fine, as well as the incredible amount of updating that needs to go into it to work seamlessly, but if you really give it a try, I know you can be successful at it and you'd probably see how we're over-delivering and under-charging in the long run.

Also, regarding the comments on sellers vs. buyers, I addressed this a few times, but just to clear that up, it totally depends on what categories and keywords you're searching (often times the category). For instance, I'm in the SEO niche and look for buyers there. Some categories are 100% buyers with 0 sellers, whereas other categories are 90% sellers -- if you search the wrong one, you might get the opposite of what you're looking for.

Lastly, some of the new updates and features we're working on will make you pee your pants. We're literally determined to find EVERY lead online, and we have something in the works that will literally come very close to that.

Sean, that product is nothing similar to LE. LE searches multiple lead sources, allows multiple campaigns, allows you to save leads, e-mails you daily alerts for new leads, allows you to e-mail leads using a proprietary method that actually gets e-mails through (mass e-mailing leads from your own server like that won't work out too well and I'd caution against doing that).

We have a ton of other features involving other lead sources, as well as stuff coming on the way to add thousands of additional lead sources, customization with your own, etc. so I wouldn't even start to compare the two.

I think Lead Evolution by its nature and price is "another" type of tool than some of the lower priced ones.

Perhaps a good method to get the money though to buy Lead Evolution is to check out a lower priced one. I am sure Brian and his team give great training. And that surely must help too.

We have our own "lower" end tool. And it works very well, finds leads, exports, etc. But its not targeted at the big cpa people. I think the key with any tool however is going to be the effor you put in, you the user. If you simply go with default keyword Nintendo Wii, and think you can mail every lead returned then you are making problems. Its when you review, and think about your CPA or Affiliate Product relevance to the Lead, that you put yourself in a good position for an easier to run (in the long term) business.

Sure you could post them all and say "I don't care" if they are not relevant, but when you do care, you get better results. Long term of course.

Most softwares suck!!! Yes I make software, and I can make it look like it sucks too!!! Basically used the right way software is great, if you expect too much, or don't take time to get familiar with features software sucks - no matter how much you pay for it :-)

Getting Leads Software is an investment. If you can't afford the top price items try something else.

You need to think outside the box. Craigslist is perfect demographic for many (1000's) of CPA offers.

I thought I'd address several of the posts here at once (I only get alerts from WF sometimes for some reason), so if you have a direct sales question, it's best to contact us directly. If you're a current client with a question, it's best to use our support (phone or e-mail) that you can read all about in our members area under "support."

As for several of the questions here, I'll try to address them one by one.

1. LE can work great for CPA offers, and we have several clients doing very well there. I can't give out every niche that I know people are in (as clients seek our help with the trust that we won't give all that information out a minute later), but some of the niches that we've personally talked about are timeshares, automobiles, houses, vacations, health, jobs, insurance, and more.

Having said that, CPA stuff isn't my personal favorite (but my partner, Dr. Mike, loves it). Instead, I prefer doing middle man stuff or linking buyers with sellers, as I find that the profit margins can be MUCH bigger. My personal thinking is why get $1 to $30 for a lead when you could get $1,000 to several thousand or more per lead? There literally are leads there that could land the right person more money with one lead than most people would make in a month or even a year. So I rather focus on high price point things than on the cheaper ones. But again, that's just my personal preference and isn't meant to discourage you from using it with CPA stuff (we even had a few members use it for Adsense, believe it or not).

2. As for needing a website, no, you don't need a website for several of the money making methods with LE (although there are plenty of methods where one would be needed or at least very helpful). For instance, with middle man stuff or linking buyers or sellers, I usually don't even use a website. The same can hold true for affiliate marketing. But for other methods, yes, having a website can definitely help.

3. As for CPA networks, we give out tons of that information in our training and so forth. If you're a client and have more questions like that, simply give us a call or contact our support desk.

4. Yes, there are plenty of places that would love to setup a deal with you to get leads on an ongoing basis. Several clients have done things like that already. If you're a client and let us know what niche(s) you're in, we'd be happy to help you out more. You could also setup a free private one on one coaching call to get some additional help.

5. As for CTR's (click through rates), this varies a TON depending on several things -- your niche, how well you target your leads, your e-mail, your offer, etc., so it's not possible to give a standard rate. I can tell you that there are current clients in all sorts of markets reporting conversions (CONVERSIONS, not click-through rates -- conversions are the percentage turning into sales) of 15% or more. If you target your leads super well and have a great offer, I would say that 50% isn't impossible. In fact, one client that I know of I believe converted at 100% in his first few hours of using LE and made five figures profit then (he targeted his leads very well and narrowed it down to only a couple leads for his first "test" using our software).

If your targeting of leads suck or if your offer or e-mail suck, you'll get lower conversion and click-through rates. If they're all good to great, you'll get higher rates. We've even had people use this for Adsense clicks (which I don't recommend ... as it's basically trading dollars for pennies) who've surprisingly made money off of even that.

6. As for the leads themselves, our software allows you to easily e-mail all of them (using some proprietary e-mail methods that no one else has -- very fancy stuff in the backend to get your leads e-mailed), or you can also export them. As for importing them into an autoresponder like Aweber, I don't recommend doing that right off the bat for a few reasons. First, these are leads of people ASKING TO BUY NOW -- why would you want to put them into an autoresponder to sell to them later? Instead, sell to them now and you'll probably get much better results. And you'll always get a steady stream of new leads asking to buy. You can, however, also use it to build an autoresponder list, but I'd first sell to them and THEN try to get them to sign up to your list.

We are, however, working on some very cool features and tools to do something like that more automated, but the leads would be a bit different. More on that later... We always have some cool stuff up our sleeves.

7. Also, just to address this, our software searches several lead sources (we also have several additional tools for free to clients -- two can actually e-mail you daily targeted leads that match your search criteria, so you can be the first to know of potential buyers in your market), and we recently just released yet another one -- one very huge for international users in the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, etc.. Although I still think that markets with a global reach can take advantage of the most leads out there, but you certainly can use it only for local leads as well (if that's the case, I'd suggest that you target high price point leads there).

8. On top of offering free 24/7 e-mail support, we also offer Monday through Friday phone support from 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time, as well as your own one on one coach if you want a coaching appointment for free. We completely revamped this a couple months ago to offer even more support and help, and our users are loving that.

In addition, we have a full, dedicated programming team constantly working on new updates, features, tools, and lead sources. We've had 30+ updates since version 1.5, which was only released a couple months ago. This is to ensure that we stay on top of everything and offer our users the best possible tool out there. There's a ton of things in the background that go on that most people would never think about when using the software (for instance, lead sources changing around, mailing features changed, etc. -- we stay on top of this and add our own proprietary technology to ensure that everything rocks -- a minor thing overlooked here could mean the difference of getting 100% of your e-mails through to 0% to 5% of our e-mails through -- most programmers out there aren't even capable of doing 99% of the higher end things that we do here).

9. As for legal things, we hired a top notch internet law attorney to review everything that we do to make sure that it's good for our users. This is another thing that sometimes people can overlook the complexity of -- we do things a certain way for a reason, and that's to follow the legal advice of our attorney to make sure that we don't put users at an unnecessary risk. I'm amazed at some of the things some software out there does without following any legal advice.

10. Just to follow up with some others, as you can tell, LE is really at the top of its game and we're constantly improving it. We're also giving away thousands of dollars in bonuses, making additional lead finding tools, giving away in person workshop opportunities, etc.. Some of the things we're working on is seriously mind boggling. I'm super excited not only about our software, but also about several of the things we'll be rolling out soon. I won't give too much information out on my most favorite upcoming tool/feature, but let's just say that we spent a lot of money in the design, programming, legal consulting, etc. to create some really kickass, proprietary features that will change the name of the game even more.

LE is the tool for lead generation if you're serious. Sure, not everyone can afford it right now, but we do offer some very affordable payment plans. We have to keep the price where it makes sense for us to offer all the support, coaching (1 on 1 coaching is not cheap), phone support, ongoing programming (let me know of any other software out there that has had 30 updates in the past couple months alone...), etc.. We also don't want just anyone to have such a powerful tool -- we want only the serious users who know the value of it to get it. Again, just one lead could potentially make your money back plus some. There's a reason why we have so many success stories, and that's because we offer legit software that can really get the job done and setup new opportunities for us and our users.

11. And finally, yes, we do now offer a full mac version. The new 1.5 version worked well on macs that used a parallel or VMFusion, but we also recently released a mac only version.

Stephen, I think you might be a bit confused with a few things. Several of the tools and features are already done and available to all LE members. There are two additional tools in the members area that can help find you leads and e-mail them to you on a daily basis the instant they come online. These have been done for a very long time and are free to members.

The new 1.5 version was also released a couple/few months ago and is free to all members, as has been the 30+ updates since the 1.5 version.

The additional lead sources have also been done for a long time, but we also constantly add new ones (one of the new ones was just done several days ago, though). Even from the very start, we had more lead sources than the ones you mentioned. There will always be new stuff added, so there isn't really a set date to having a "final" version as we'll always be improving it.

We'll also be releasing a cool tool to help find leads and increase your leads/traffic from search engines as well ... that should be within the next couple of weeks (that tool is done but is being tested by our support workers to address any minor issues that the coding team can fix up before releasing it).

Very very soon, we'll be increasing the price, stop selling any lifetime license offers, etc. because the amount of work as well as the power of the software will just keep getting higher and higher and better and better.

We're also working on a few things to make it so it would find almost any lead out there on the internet. When some of these more advanced features are done, the pricing structure will definitely reflect except for our current and lifetime license holders, who will get all that stuff for free for jumping on now instead of later.

But even as is, it's incredibly powerful, especially if you use it well. There's a reason why we have so many success stories and have people making thousands of dollars even right off the bat. One client even reported making $12,000 profit in four hours of using the software, which shows that even right off the bat, it's powerful stuff for those that use it right.

Hey Stephen, that is a much older link that we haven't used. We have a variety of different sales page links depending on where we sell it, but ALL are 30 days (I'll pass that link onto the techies to change) to try out.

As for searching the whole net, there are a few different phases here and a few relevant tools in the works. The closest one will do some pretty awesome stuff with searching almost all the true lead sources online. Another one will literally search almost the entire net, but the main thing being worked on there isn't the e-mailing feature for that -- it's the searching feature, as searching the entire net for RELEVANT leads is much more complex than just a keyword search. We want to make sure that the leads users get are relevant and useful to them, which is why we're investing so much time and money into these features.

Two Thousand Pounds is not alot of money if it works and is legal.

I thought I'd pop in just to answer a few questions:

Cameron, yes, the software can update itself. However, there's also a "check for updates" button you can press in the folder to make sure you have the latest version. And if you don't, it will ask you if you want to download it. It's all very easy on the updates so you don't have to worry about checking our site all the time.

Deloan, I'd actually say that 80% to maybe even 90% of our success stories are from newcomers who just had a clever idea or paid attention to our training. In fact, one of our best success stories where a guy did $12,000 profit in 4 hours time without any prior business online for it was actually more of a newcomer online.

Mike, that's not anything like LE. Not only does LE have several different active lead sources (including international lead sources), but we also do e-mail alerts (so you can be the first to know when leads specific to your search come online) and have some INSANE behind the scenes, proprietary technology that ensures that the e-mails you send actually get sent.

That's one of the things that you have to be careful of. Most people who try to create a cheap version aren't able to replicate that, as you have to have programmers who specialize specifically in e-mailing. Most people don't know this, but ask anyone else if they know the difference between a brand new gmail account, one that's two weeks old, one that's a month old, one that's a year old, and one that's used a lot vs. not a lot, and then ask them what the mailing components should do behind the scenes to ensure that the messages get through -- I'm guessing you'll get a blank stare back. If you didn't have that technology there, maybe one to three leads out of 100 would get sent. With that technology, all to nearly all will get sent and end up in the inbox of those leads like they should.

Our software also automatically adjusts the categories and the like in real time. Different geographical locations can often have different category names even if you think you're searching the same one. You need software that can adapt well to these current and future changes, as well as software that ensures that the job gets done right. That's why we have so many success stories, and that's why you'll continue to see people kicking a** with LE.

Mike, by auto-warranty, do you mean like those extended warranties or what? I'm not too familiar with that market, but there are lots of leads of people looking to buy and sell cars, so those could be very relevant leads. As for those specifically asking for car warranties, you can definitely find some, but I'd need to hear more details about exactly what type of lead you would be looking for (like what they'd be asking for) to give you a better idea. Teds, there are tons of success stories. We show off a portion of the ones we get. Since that's definitely not Lead Evolution, I wouldn't compare issues you had with that to Lead Evolution itself (it's kind of like saying you had issues with a beat up, 20 year old car, and comparing that to a brand new ferrari).

Not only is Lead Evolution the original and only software that does everything that it does, but it also has multiple lead sources, e-mail alerts, advanced search features (so you can pinpoint exactly what you want), advanced e-mail features (so your e-mails actually get sent instead of being blocked out), etc..

Markrino -- it might be best if you just hop on a webinar to see it all in action or call up one of our sales reps after being on the webinar. You'll be able to get a more clear picture of it and see it rather than me trying to explain each part of it.

Markinro, I don't quite understand why you're asking questions on it that would easily be answered by watching any of our webinars showing it off live. Some of the questions you're asking will make much more sense to you once you see it in action rather than have me explain in text what is better explained by seeing.

LE DOES track URL's, but I think once you see the software in action on one of our live demos, you'd see a bit more about how that's done. For every lead it finds, it stores/saves those and tracks new, old, ones you wrote, etc..

At any time you can click on a button to do directly to the URL for ANY specific lead that you want (so yes, you can see the URL's for any of those leads).

As far as the exporting goes, I'm not sure if you misunderstood what the software does (one of the reasons why I encourage you to go on a webinar), but it allows you to e-mail through the software itself by being integrated with virtually any e-mail provider. It also shows you each lead in total detail so you can "validate" anything you want and see exactly what they're asking for and pick which ones you want to e-mail.

So in that sense, you wouldn't export to a separate list but e-mail them through the program itself while being able to check the leads in detail within the program or even go directly to the URL of the lead outside of the program if you wish.

It also supports the option of exporting the leads that you picked/validated to several different types of lists. When you export this, it is just the e-mails because that's what 98% of users would prefer (so they can easily import this elsewhere). The export feature, which most don't use as they can e-mail through the program itself, doesn't export the URL's as it's not really necessary and redundant with the links already being saved and linked up to all your leads in LE itself. It'd be easy enough to do that, but most of our initial testers preferred it the way we have it now with the validation, URL's, etc. all being available within LE itself.

Hopefully that answers it, but again, I have a feeling that if you go on a webinar, it will give you a better idea of what words can't really explain well. And you'll probably see why your question might not apply after you saw the software.

Markinro, you can target leads specifically asking to buy specific types of products and services from a variety of different lead sources. I find it best to contact them when selling those products or services or with offers directly related to that. There are also uses of the software outside of that (like finding business/jv/affiliate partners, finding workers, etc. as well). If you're trying to sell a guide on training ferrets to someone who wants to buy an LCD tv, you probably won't sell too many and might upset a few people along the way. We also had a top internet law and CAN Spam compliance attorney review everything the software does a long time ago as well to make sure everything was okay.

As for paying per lead, you can use LE for unlimited leads and real time, and the beauty of it is in how easily you can pinpoint what the leads are asking for. Going to random webpages and pulling up random leads isn't all that hard, but you probably will run into a ton of problems going down that path. We offer several lead sources and several alert tools for a variety of lead sources as well (in fact, we also just implemented an "add your own lead source" that we're testing and will give out soon if you want leads from other places).

LE also e-mails the leads and integrates directly with almost any kind of e-mail provider out there, even using some proprietary technologies with the mailings, which is a huge selling point (this is hard to do right, which is why we have custom coders specifically specializing here).

Foreclosuremillions -- I'm a bit confused by your message. Once a refund happens or is initiated, yes, membership is blocked. In addition, you mentioned that you e-mailed us and didn't receive a reply. I'm confused by that as well -- we have a helpdesk that takes care of all that which is mentioned in your welcome e-mail as well as all over the membership site and weekly tips that we send out as well. All support issues should be addressed there, and it doesn't matter if your membership was blocked (because the helpdesk runs separately from them -- simply register to submit a ticket). You can also call us toll free Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time (call by 4 pm to ensure there's enough time before the office closes) with the support number given there as well.

I have seen it demoed a couple of times, its pretty slick, not sure how effective it would be.

I have never tried it because it is wayyyyy to expensive.

There are some others that are starting to develop similar programs, I would be concerned about craigslist and who ever else they use to catch on and stop you. Then your investment is gone, if it was a smaller investment, maybe give it a try, but not for what they are asking.

Just thought I'd comment on some of the recent questions / posts:

Markinro, I think you're completely misunderstanding LE and would suggest again that you get on a webinar to see it in action. It doesn't really have anything to do with phone numbers, so I'm not sure where you're coming from. But as a side note, if you wanted to, it wouldn't be hard to look up phone numbers (but that's not the main purpose), nor would calling relevant leads be bad.

For instance, if you say that you're looking to hire an SEO service and give out your phone number as well, if someone calls you on that trying to sell you their SEO service based on your ad, they're doing exactly what you want. Because you gave out the number on such a site, you couldn't turn around and "press charges" on them. That would be like ordering a pizza and then pressing charges on the delivery boy for "trespassing" when he goes to your door. But again, the main thing LE is about is e-mails and it only goes to sources where people give you permission to contact them. Plus you can pinpoint exactly what they want using our tool.

MAV932, how effective it will be depends largely on you. It can find leads of buyers (you can also use it for market research or finding business or jv partners) looking to buy all sorts of products or services. If you give them what they want, you should do well. If you don't, it probably won't be as effective. In hot markets where there are lots of buyers, it's an awesome piece of software. If your market is underwater hedgehog breeding, you probably won't do as hot. We've had guys making thousands even in the first few hours of using LE, and the concept of it is easy to see how powerful it can be if you have a good product, service, affiliate offer, etc. that matches up well.

And so far, there has been nothing that even comes close to LE. We use special proprietary software developed specifically for us to ensure that we can find tons of leads from multiple lead sources, get e-mail alerts (even a "add your own lead source"), and e-mail leads very easily using some very awesome technology behind the scenes there. For instance, if you were to e-mail 100 leads in other ways, it's likely that only 0 to 3 will get e-mailed. Using our technology, you have a likely chance of getting all or almost all relevant leads e-mailed and ending up in the inbox like they should -- that's why we have so many success stories.

We also put things in place so the software adapts, have a full team behind it to add new features and changes, etc., and it's developed in such a way where the software can't just "fail" in the way you're saying. The design of it was VERY well thought out in that way. Sure, some have tried to copycat us, but they never come close, almost always rely on one lead source, don't have the ability to e-mail leads well (this is huge), some have even done things that would make you more liable for a variety of issues, others are designed in ways where you could be shut down very quickly, etc.. And sure, it's not dirt cheap, but you have to view it as an investment that certainly has paid off for several clients already. This is a tool for serious marketers who see the power of such a tool.

Admcap -- thanks for your question. I'm not personally into MLM, but we have several MLM clients. There are really three main ways of making money off of it in those regards. First, you can find leads asking questions about specific MLMs or MLMs in general. Or you can find leads of people asking about certain products or services that a specific MLM might sell (people often forget how lucrative these leads can be). And lastly, you can even target some categories of MLM sellers to make business deals with them (this can be a very clever use of the software that is often overlooked).

As for condos, I do know that we've had people use the software for stuff like vacation rentals, timeshares, etc., so that lines up pretty well with what you're talking about. "Free condo vacations" by itself might not be the best keyword (although it could work to some extent). Instead, you could target people asking about vacations, looking into timeshares, looking for vacation rentals, etc. and probably get a lot more leads.

I haven't read all the comments here - just wanted say a few things:

I have a copy of Lead Evolution and love it. I've gotten leads for several high dollar jobs on there, have been able to test out different offers, and it even spawned me trying out an entirely new business model (that has been quite successful, by the way).

In my experience, the key to succeeding with it is to follow up with the people you email a second (or third) time. I'll email them once and then a few days later again with educational content if I don't get a reply. That really increases my response rates, and people actually thank me for it.

The support seems to be excellent (I haven't used it personally but visited the office and met the team firsthand) and they're constantly adding new features to the program.

I'm a fan.

Warrior07, I agree and disagree with you at the same time. I agree that the simple things sometimes are the hardest to see, even though they're what works. That's what LE is all about -- going to leads already asking to buy products and services.

As for there being no substitute for leads that sign up via a standard squeeze page, I think you're misunderstanding what LE does. Squeeze page leads you normally have to convince to buy anything (you have to promote offers to them and so forth). That's what we feel is the old way of lead generation. With LE, you're going to people already asking to buy, and you simply offer them what they're looking to get. For instance, if someone is looking to spend $5,000 on a new website, SEO service, moped, programming, giant LCD tv, etc., all you have to do is sell them what they're looking for.

This is a MUCH more qualified lead than the average person on your mailing list as long as you give them what they're looking for.

Again, it's a simple, yet very powerful, concept of going to leads already asking to buy your products and services. You can also be creative and use it for other things like market research, finding affiliates/business partners, etc. as well.

Yes, for the majority of the lead sources (almost all), you can target them by location. As far as the keywords go, you can target as many as you want with LE. You can do the same with the alerts as well, but we limit that to ten campaigns/alerts per user (you can do as many one time searches as you want, but to get notified each day of new leads, you can setup ten searches at once that you can change anytime you want).

As far as the difference between LE and the alerts (the alerts are included with LE), LE can be used to quickly find leads in real time and quickly e-mail them. The alerts can be used to get daily e-mails with all the new leads from a variety of different lead sources (as well as the ability to add your own lead source or ANY website, forum, question and answer site, classified site, etc. that you want) that match your search criteria.

The alerts are very nifty, especially if you have high price point products or services where you want to be the first to know of any new leads that you can e-mail, or if you want to get alerted to new places you can leave comments or replies to in your niche.

I'm a bit confused by some of the stuff that you say in your post, but feel free to e-mail me at brian [at] briankoz.com and I'd be happy to assist you.

You say that you paid in full but had a late payment -- not quite sure I follow that, as the only way to have a late payment is if you picked a monthly payment plan (which would then not be paying in full).

If your credit card declines or if a payment doesn't go through for whatever reason, you'll automatically receive a series of e-mails notifying you of this and asking you to update your credit card information. If nothing happens after awhile or we receive no communication, yes, the software is automatically shut down to prevent people from using our software who haven't paid for it.

If you then later pay the late balances, someone at the office would then turn your software back on. If this is the case (again, it's hard to understand based on your message above that you "had a late payment after paying in full") and your software wasn't turned on within one to two business days, it's possible that someone in the office forgot to do so, but we do have 24/7 helpdesk support, as well as Monday through Friday phone support where you can call in, explain that, and they'd be happy to take care of you. If you want to speak directly to billing, you can call in and ask for Michele -- she has access to turning on and off software.

As for the refund, we honor all refund requests 100% if they're within the refund period. After reading your post above, it looks like you made at least the first month's payment and then got declined for another month and later asked for a refund. But again, if you think anything is incorrect or has an error on our side, simply let me know by e-mailing me and I'll talk to the office first thing to clear it up (e-mail me with your full name and e-mail, of course). I definitely wouldn't want someone to walk away unhappy simply because of a possible mistake like that.

What is the Lead Alert program? I am also interested in this software but the price point is certainly high.

I've not used LE, but i have tried a cheaper version, and it simply would not work !!!!

Lead Evolution (especially the new version, Lead Evolution 2) can work great if you use it right. With version 2, we added a ton of new features like the ability to add custom lead sources (so you can search practically the entire internet for leads), the money button (you can find leads by price point -- VERY powerful), social media sites (on top of the several default lead sources), etc..

We've had some clients do amazingly well, and we've had some not do as well, but it all comes down to how you use it, how you market to your leads, and how well you take advantage of our help and additional coaching (and how well your products, services, or ideas are).

As for jnapier, I'd question if you've actually used the product based on your comment? I asked our head support manager, Sheila, and she doesn't recognize the name (if your userID is an indication of your last name) at all. Plus, the deliverability even on the site you mentioned isn't an issue if you follow our instructions and use our advanced mailers in LE 2. LE 1 was decent in that area, but LE 2 really rocks it away there.

We even have a way where every e-mail you send can appear to be completely unique to every lead -- very cool stuff.

I saw LE at an IM conference a few months ago and was quite impressed with it. I didn't buy it then, but I came across a product similar product here on WF, that works great and does just about everything that LE does, for a tiny fraction of the LE price. The product is called Hot Leads Spy. Just do a search and you should find it. I am not connected with the company in any way, just a satisfied customer.

There's no products out there that do everything LE does. Sure, some people have tried to copy some of the basic functions of it, but they missed the boat on the proprietary technologies that we developed and pioneered to do a lot of the cool features that LE does. And I'm not even talking about LE 2 yet, which has literally TONS more than even LE 1 has (and nothing else out there like it).

In fact, if you read this thread, you'll read about people who tried some of the others and came back to us because of it. There's a reason why we have so many great testimonials, and there's a reason why lots of people are doing extremely well with it.

For instance, take e-mailing leads, if you don't use the technology that we developed there, you'd be lucky if a couple of your leads got e-mailed correctly with some of the filters that some of the lead sources have in place. Using our technology, most if not all of the replies will go to the actual inboxes like they should.

Actually, you are mistaken. All lifetime license buyers of LE 1 got LE 2 for free. And yes, they were all contacted multiple times well over a year ago. It's possible that you missed the notices or the notices got filtered out by your e-mail provider, but either way, simply open a helpdesk ticket at www.leadevolution.com/support and they'd be more than happy to set you up with the new version for free.
