Long Tail Pro updated cloud version - who uses it?

I paid $1 for a 7 day pass to Long Tail Pro, which I believe is now called "cloud" version. Can someone confirm it's not called "Platinum"?

The service is extremely slow and it's not intuitive. Getting the Keyword Competitiveness (KC) scores takes quite a while and, some keywords simply don't get analyzed.

I should add: pressing the green refresh button for the keyword appears to work. After about a minute or two, a notice pops up that says the data could not be loaded.

In the Keyword Results screen, it's nice to sort by any column. I like to sort by KC > ascending, so I have the easiest keywords at the top of the list. When you click on a keyword to review the competition analysis, it takes about 30 seconds for the page to load. Not too bad but definitely wastes time.

Here's the frustrating part: when you're done looking at the keyword's competition analysis and go back to the keyword results, the list is no longer sorted by KC (or whatever sort you had). It defaults to sorting by keyword (alphabetically). If you have 500 keywords in your list, you're going to have to use a filter to find the keyword you were analyzing so you can add it as a favorite.

Just doing the little keyword research I did, I found myself waiting a lot. Also, going back and forth between the results and analysis screen is big time waster. IMHO, when you're looking at the competition data for a keyword, you should be able to "favorite" the keyword. Unfortunately you have to go to another screen and "find" the keyword again.

I know this service has been around for a while. I was pretty excited to try it out. Honestly though, it's just not intuitive. The price point for the value doesn't correlate.

Maybe I'm missing something or maybe I'm using the service the wrong way? I know there's a lot of Warriors that use LTP so I'd like to hear your thoughts.
