Is anyone using Paymember and have you had any issues?

Is anyone using paymember which is marketed as protecting your content and making membership site creation simple.
At this point I do not want to comment on the product, but was wondering if anyone has used Paymember on their website or membership site?

    The problem I have with Paymember is: when I click the download link it take me to the verification page; when I type in my purchase Email address I get "you are not a valid user"?
    I have contacted support, but have heard nothing for a few days.
    My products where supposed to go live with JVZoo, but after several test purchases the buyer cannot download the product due to "you are not a valid user",
    Has anyone using paymember had any issues or a solution to this problem?
