Freshdesk is hopeless... Looking for a replacement ticketing system. Any recommendations?

Hey guys, for about a year we have been using Freshdesk ticketing system and although I like their setup and features, the endless errors, slow loading and bad notification system I'm done with them... Unfortunatly...

I noticed that Zendesk changes their pricing and it's now much more competitive. Do you guys have any experience with them? Or can you recommend another ticketing service?

    We use Zendesk across multiple sites including their live chat functionality.

    It works just fine.

    Intercom would be another system to look at.

    Both have trial periods so why not test them out first?

    It's not so much about using a trail, but setting it up which is quite a pain. The redirecting of emails, canned responses, users, etc. I rather do it right from the start.

    I've used Zendesk on several projects and always had great results.


    As a matter of fact, I've never had a problem.

    I've also used Zendesk for years and find it to be a very reliable platform. A great ticketing system and it helps keep you organized.
