Anyone tried DigiBizPro?

I know it just launched, but I am wondering if anyone has purchased DigiBizPro services?

Reading through the Terms of Sale, for $497 you get 2 "non-exclusive" websites and for $1397 you get "all ten non-exclusive" sites. Then for $4997 you get a "custom designed website".

So, it sounds like to me they are selling the same 10 websites either two at a time or all ten to all customers except the "Platinum Members" who get the 10 sites plus a custom site.

Can anyone confirm for me that I am reading this correctly?

Also, does anyone know the person(s) behind this service (Jamie Lewis) and have any facts about previous websites and/or businesses?

I look forward to hearing from those with information.

Thanks Joan. After I posted the above, I did some more research and found info here in the WF about some of Jamie's other projects such as copynprofit and profit miracle and saw a number of posts by Jamie regarding those products. Maybe he'll stop by this thread and provide some insight into this new venture.

I just found out about this today. It reminds me of "MyClickbankBusiness" program that offered ready made websites.

I'm not sure how this one compares.

Hi guys! Yes, Hoglanta, we have three packages, 2 websites and digital product uploaded & plugged into the marketplace with your paypal account, a 10 websites and digital product package and a custom website, custom digital product, copy and promotion/recruitment package as well as coaching.

For years I have wanted to do a "vendor" based service, since I have always specialized in product creation, and starting in March of 2008 we started to design the system and the intellectual property that would make it possible on this scale. The system we created puts a website up online and plugged in to a marketplace every 12 minutes. (Your project will be fulfilled in the order it was received.) If your details are correct when you first sign up, your website will be up & running quickly and we have a significant amount of resources for recruitment and promotion yourself as well. We give you the option to have us host your site and domain, or our domain, your hosting and vice versa. We introduce new site templates and graphics for premier members and there is an upgrade capability as well, so you don't need to purchase again to get the entire catalog. The product fulfillment system has zero bugs and is running exceptionally, Im very excited that it really works and you not only get traffic to your website, but you don't really need to do anything if you don't want to.

Ok, back to this, Ill see you guys in a bit.

Also, someone had mentioned having some confusion over our licensing agreement? Not sure what that was about, but #6 states yes you can sell your website but to only one buyer. Talk to you guys later.

    Hoglanta echoed my questions.

    (1) Even if there are dozens of niche markets to choose from - will the same 2 (or 10) web sites per market be released to multiple purchasers with only differing urls and differing sets of target keywords?... i.e. will you be creating multiple and very, very, direct competitors for the sites you sell?
    (2) Who will be the registered owner of the domain name?
    (3) Who will own the copyright for the elements of the web site?
    etc... etc.

    Hi Jamie
I am really loving this product, but i would like some clarification of some of the Terms & Conditions

    "3. License.

3.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Champ grants to you a perpetual, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to: perform, display and make derivative works of all of the elements of website(s) that we supply to you, including those elements that we licensed from third parties and that we are sublicensing to you, to the extent that you use these elements as part of the website that we are selling to you and that you do not move elements from one page to another. You may move this website to another host server and you may re-arrange the pages and change the pages, but you may not move the elements we provide to you to a different page or to a different website or use them outside of the website which is the subject of this Agreement without Champ's prior express written consent. Your rights under this Agreement are non-exclusive. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Champ.

3.2 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Champ grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to distribute, perform, display and make derivative works of all the e-books provided within the Content licensed to you by Champ provided that such distribution is only done via the website(s) being licensed and that you abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

    4. License Restrictions.

You acknowledge that Champ, its vendors and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights ("Intellectual Property Rights") in and to the ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes or works of authorship comprising, embodied in or practiced in connection with the HTML code, Flash and JavaScript files and other products or services provided by Champ hereunder. You shall not acquire any rights of any kind in the domain names, Content, documentation, trademarks, service marks, trade names or product names."

Question1) does all the above means you & your company owns the websites?...NOT ME your customer

Question: (2) Does all the above means I have no right to sell these website?...even thou on your sales page you state if we desire we can.

I would really appreciate clarification if possible

Selling websites is tricky and Ill explain why, check it out..

You know how they start at $200 or so on marketplaces like Flippa, Ebay, etc right? And they go up to about $800, $900. I just recently sold "WinArguments" for $800. I was crushed! Everyone was trying to figure out why it didnt go for more..

It was because it didnt make money!

Well, heres the sad part, it actually DID make money, but not alot. I sold SonicProducer for $180K on Ebay. THAT site made money.

But here's the thing, when you sell a site, you need to do a contract with the buyer. The domain name is exclusively sold and the files are usually licensed even with big site sales like the ones I do. Yes, that is correct... They are licensed. Copyright law. The revenue is where the value is increased.

So with that being said (Without going into too much detail) we dont want people mass distributing our material. We do a free file transfer and a domain name transfer for $10 at your request and you own the PSD's.

Here is another common misconception: You can't "Sell" a clickbank account! But wait? ...Yeah. Tricky! Feel me?

        Jamie,

Can you please answer clearly the following which has now been asked a couple of times.

        (1) Even if there are dozens of niche markets to choose from - will the same 2 (or 10) web sites per market be released to multiple purchasers with only differing urls and differing sets of target keywords?... i.e. will you be creating multiple and very, very, direct competitors for the sites you sell?
I'm looking at your site now at DigiBizPro

What I'm failing to grasp and perhaps you can help me is this..

For £500 you give me 2 websites with copy , a product to sell etc, and you say go and plug it into Clickbank.

But presumably you're selling the same website to multiple peoiple, dozens if not hundreds of people, you can't have dozens of people on CB all with an almost identical product, it makes no sense.

I really wasn't able to glean from the copy exactly what you're offering and some clarity would be useful.

Is it the same website sold to numerous people ?

I, too, would like the answer to this. If, for $997, I get 10 custom, unique sites/products - then I'll be interested.

But not if the 10 sites/products will be the same as loads of others.

You didn't miss it, he didn't answer it, not even close, one post waffled on about an utterly irrelevent Obama story , the next was a repost of a post made which again didn't actually answer the key questions.

I think we all know the answer already, and I think we all know full well why Jamie is chosing to side step actually answering my question in plain simple english.

Wasted enough time on this one for my liking, time to move on.

Who are you? Side Step? As if I am obligated to answer questions on a marketing forum for the sole purposes of calming your paranoia? LOL

As if I have the time to CORRECT endless negative attack questions on a forum.

Me offering discussion about one of my many products deserves a trial by fire while I am taking the time out of a 140 hour work week to talk to you?

I think there are many other product creators that stay CLEAR AWAY from forums for this reason. Hence the warning every time you sign into WF.

I would actually like to ask you something: What is your problem? Really, I am very curious. I doubt it has to do with anything other than your own problematic feelings since you do not know in the slightest who I am or what I am about. No I do not use "Clickbank" with DigiBizpro. Do your homework before you make a fool of yourself even worse.

                Who am I ?

I'm somebody who took an interest in your product but who had some questions before purchasing.

Dspite frequent comments from yourself Jamie, we are still in the dark over that simple question, in the absense of straight and simple answers which would help us to make a purchasing decision you have chosen to instead to take the tone above.

Me offering discussion about one of my many products deserves a trial by fire while I am taking the time out of a 140 hour work week to talk to you?
I know god forbid a product creator should take time from his busy schedule to deal with potential customers who want to spend money with them, truth is Jamie, you could have quelled any negativity in this thread in seconds, instead you're adopting both an arrogant and condencending approach. "talk to you".. I know , having to deal with the pond scum heh...

I would actually like to ask you something:
                Sure...

What is your problem? Really, I am very curious.
It's not a problem, it's a simple question Jamie, they don't need to be reiterated in this post as they exist in the previous posts by myself and then by others.

I doubt it has to do with anything other than your own problematic feelings since you do not know in the slightest who I am or what I am about.
Problamatic feelings ?? Not sure what relevence this has to anything at all. I asked you a simple question and in return you ignored it and told us a story about Obama.

No I do not use "Clickbank" with DigiBizpro. Do your homework before you make a fool of yourself even worse.
Jamie, we asked for a simple answer to a simple question, you have choosen consistently to ignore it, now you're chosing to try and insult me, this is your perogative but serves no benefit.

I guess we are still non the wiser , shame.

As I apprecaite your busy and may not have the time to read the posts again, I'll ask one last time.

Are the sites that you are selling to hundreds of people all the same with the same copy, products and so forth..

That's all we want to know Jamie...

What is so sickening about your attitude is that since I am successful you somehow think that I am now obligated to decipher statements and questions that are so convoluted and skewed, not to mention heavily opinionated, and the irony is that I had already answered them.

I create custom websites for people!

I think the average individual can see how I had not even spoken with you before your blatant and snide disrespect, let alone the other guy who is basically guilty of libel and is probably a disgruntled employee like the other thread.

Do you really think anyone buys the story you are trying to sell?

Everyone and their mother knows that I was more than willing to join the party here... answer questions, which I was doing and only after I had come back to visit later I so much truly apologize if I didn't answer YOUR question, or the other guys question, or the other guy's and were they friendly? No. So why should I waste my time when we know how it will end? Huh?

I don't even know why I come here. I try to be nice, answer questions.. and we all know how it will end. I will have to devote all of my time to helping YOU when no one helped me at all when I first started. That's right. No CopynProfit done for you templates, no Article creator, no DigiBizPro affiliate driven website with psds, a million gigs of information blowing your door down. Just Rosalind Gardner, That's right. I worked my you know what off.

Your like a paparazzi and you know it. Your like the fan who stalks his Idol. But the difference between me and other victims of jealousy is I sell thousands of songs, thousands of music software memberships, thousands of IM memberships and I still leave my blasted skype on the page for YOU to ring me at 5 in the morning, and HOW DARE I NOT ANSWER IT.... right?

                  LOL!

Dont buy my product Simon. It's too good for you. Have a nice day.

I don't think your obligated to do anything Jamie, but if people are interested in your product and ask a straight forward question then a straightforward answer would be appreciated, I really don't understand in anyway what is convoluted or skewed in the question "are the websites you're selling unique to the individual or sold to everybody", seems fairly simple.

If you answered that question then I would not be alone in wondering where as it seems everybody has asked the same thing,we must have all missed it.

I create custom websites for people!
I think we get that Jamie, but what we are trying to simply pin down is does that mean they are unique to the person who purchases or not, that's it, it's really that simple.

I think the average individual can see how I had not even spoken with you before your blatant and snide disrespect, let alone the other guy who is basically guilty of libel and is probably a disgruntled employee like the other thread.
                    Heh ?

Do you really think anyone buys the story you are trying to sell?
I think everybody can clearly see that I asked a very simple question originally, that same question was then asked by at least 4-5 other people and we didn't get a response, we are at this point Jamie, because of your responses, story to sell !!! ????

Everyone and their mother knows that I was more than willing to join the party here... answer questions, which I was doing and only after I had come back to visit later I so much truly apologize if I didn't answer YOUR question, or the other guys question, or the other guy's and were they friendly? No. So why should I waste my time when we know how it will end? Huh?
But Jame, we all had the same question, it's hugely important, it determiens whether what you're offering is an incredibly good buy and worthy of investment (unique per customer) or something of zero interest (same website for numerous customers)..

All I and everybody else who you seem to ignore is asking is a basic question which allows us to determine whether your program is viable for us or not, that's it.

If you have a thread on WF which is about your product and you have a half dozen people all asking and re-asking the same question then it sorta of makes sense that you may answer it , that's sort of the point in the participation.

You can of course ignore which questions you choose but you can't then wonder why a thread ends up like this. It gives the impression rightly or wrongly that your avoiding the question and that causes concern for a buyer.

I don't even know why I come here. I try to be nice,
Your tone , accusastions, name calling don't feel very nice, I can only tell you that from my perspective.

Again, this is all OT from the basic question , I don't have any reason to doubt you worked hard but it's not really relevent.

Your like a paparazzi and you know it. Your like the fan who stalks his Idol.
Sorry , you made me LOL inside, you have delusions of grandeur frankly, I had never heard of you until 2 days ago, a "fan" , trust me you're quite a distance away from an idol of mine and any respect I had for what you state on your website rapidly evaporated after you choose to act in such a condencending manner with statements such as "who are YOU ".

In 24 hours I've gone from an intrigued potential customer to somebody who thinks you're rude, derogatory and condencending and one who avoids key points about their product.

But the difference between me and other victims of jealousy is I sell thousands of songs, thousands of music software memberships, thousands of IM memberships and I still leave my blasted skype on the page for YOU to ring me at 5 in the morning, and HOW DARE I NOT ANSWER IT.... right?

                    .
Right what?, again more OT frankly.

                    Is this guy for real?

Apologies If I miscontrued your previous post , you stated a "digital product" and that you plugged it into the "marketplace" . That terminology in conjunction with the fact your entire sales copy was predominantly focussed on Clickbank success led me to the false conclusion as it relate to Digibiz pro, it was a simple mistake, we all make them.

I don't feel however as a consumer I should have to do indepth homework on you before asking a question , I'm sure you would agree it would be rather time consuming for the average Joe to do homework on every product creator before even asking a question.

It's a shame the conversation seems to have ended up here, all we really needed was a straighforward and honest answer to a straighforward question, had that been forthcoming numerous posts ago, there would be no ill feeling and you wouldn't feel the need to be aggresive towards me or my line of questioning which I think was pefectly fair and reiterated by numerous other particpants of this thread.

                My 2 cents..

          Hi Jamie,

I was referred to your site by one of your JV partners and thought it sounded like a really good offer. As always I like to do some further research before making a purchase and do some google searches and like to check out the Warrior Forum.

In order to a make an informed decision on whether to buy this or not, I think Simon's question is completely valid. His question was quite simple (I think) and one that any serious buyer would want to find out the answer to.

          So, can you please confirm...

          Much appreciated.

            Whats up Nathan,

$497 for 2 websites: You get the site "pre made" and here's the thing: you get the doc's of the copy AND the ebook, psd's (for editing) and we can host it for you with OUR domain names, or your hosting and your domain names (Or any combination you like)

$997 for 10 websites: it's the business package but times 5.

You will receive the files IMMEDIATELY and then depending on the parameters you choose the site is uploaded by us and then plugged into a marketplace called PayZeno which is used for affiliate tracking for your recruitment that will occur with our help from our instruction.

In addition to those two packages, I offer custom services, but it's not an upsel or anything. It is available in the members section and I need to verify the order personally if you want it. I keep in close contact with you and do whatever you pretty much want. (Within certain boundaries)

The three testimonials, Joe, Mike & Floyd got three different packages similar to the modern packages and this occurred over the summer when DigiBizPro was a baby.

We do have a few surprises and I almost forgot to mention the members area.

Regarding selling, as I had explained... of course. Hit me up if you have any other questions.

I actually love debates. I dont really like to debate about marketing though because I don't really have to, or find intellectual value in it but last December around the time of the election, (for some reason) I started to post on Republicanoperative.com And back then It was pretty tense because of the election. It was hilarious because everyone was so heated that Obama got elected but them were some GOOD intelligent debates, it was one of the more angry and extreme political forums but I have to give it up to the locals there, they knew their stuff. So what happened? I had to say goodbye. I wasnt doing my work, I wasnt making music, my adwords account was losing CTR's and I knew that it was going to eat me alive. Sometimes you just gotta stand up, get out of your armchair, walk outside and try speaking with disrespect to someone on the street. See what happens. It's hard, because there is always that barrier, the computer screen, your mouse, and your keyboard. It just escalates, its a geeky game, one where your opponent defends with bullets and quotes and you copy and paste the quote, misspelle something and then the debate becomes personal, one where the computer screen is the only thing keeping you from getting punched in the face. But Obama picked Geitner and I think the entire world became duped and that is a freaking shame.

asta411 - I observed the same thing...it appears that the testimonials are being read...not good or bad in and of itself, just not typical in IM and seems a bit awkward. Also, I visited a couple of the sites referenced in the testimonials and they are just "coming soon" squeeze pages. If the websites from the program are available immediately, why aren't these live? Curious...

There are "live" links for other sites just below the testimonials, but they appear to be rather typical template sites that indicate to me that three of the 10 niches being sold are make money online, conversational hypnosis and reconnect with your ex...not niches that seem to be wide open and ready to make millions.

I also have the same reaction to the Terms of Sale on the website and a couple of the responses here...things are not clear and do not appear in favor of the buyer/customer. If I can't understand what my rights are regarding copyright of the material, ownership of the domain versus the content, resale, and restrictions on copying from one page to another within the site, it makes me think I should move on to other opportunities. Initially had high hopes for this, but am now leaning toward not investing $500 in it. Only thing making me think twice is that there is a 30-day guarantee, so is it worth a try?...but I wonder how easy it will be to get a refund if I'm not happy...? Hmmmm...?

I've just checked this thread from the beginning, I concurr I lost my patience with the avoidance of the key question isssue and my initial comment could have been phrased better, but it did become quite frustrating with so many people simply trying to get a straight answer and being left with zero response, however I'll be the bigger man and apologise for being kurt initially , my bad on that one.

But if you check the thread from the beginning you'll see that all you had here were potential customers trying to really pin down some hard facts on exactly what the package consisted off and you skipped past those genuine concerns on numerous occasions to the degree that a number of people commented that it felt like you were avoiding the question, and honestly, I'm personally still non the wiser as there's no direct answer to:

"are each of the websites unique or are the same sites sold to numerous people".

I'm genuinuely sorry it's got to this point, you may have an excellent product, you may away from forum verbal head to heads be a nice guy, who knows ,but I can only go by what you type and so far you've accused me of being an idiot, stalking you!!! and so forth and I'm afraid this is how threads end up when the talk goes this way, it simply goes downhill.

I can assure you I am not some disgrunteled ex employee or some fan of your's , bar one long copy site I viewed selling this product I have no idea who you are or what you're about, I tried to get a straight answer and failed, that's the sum of it.

I had a serious interest in the product, all I wanted was an answer to a basic question, and even better an example of the kind of site, that would have been fantastic and helped to concrete a desicion instead we seem to have ended up here and you can't seem to accept even one tiny element of that is down to you.

I don't hold any ill will against you Jamie, I tried to get a straight answer to a straight question I was met with a wall of thinkly veiled abuse and essentially accused of being an idiotic fool who stalked you!!!!! Can't think why it may have got my back up somewhat.

Past that, the thread is just decending into negative hogwash with still no real answers so I'll leave it at that and get involved no longer, unsubscribe is the friend of negativity.

You are so done, so humiliated and perhaps next time you will think twice about insulting someone or making stupid assumptions when you have not even heard of the person. Look at the way you continue to accuse me of "not providing no real answers," even after my reply to Nathan, who seems to be a very friendly guy. You have even "apologized" TWICE now. This thread had become increasingly negative long ago after my initial post and while I was gone even! I think anyone who views this thread can see that I came back to someone basically just dissing me, talking about how my graphics suck or something of the sort and It's my choice how I wish to respond, and frankly, you are well aware I have nothing to lose, and my response is an optimal one which exposes you as a you know what. This is not the "ideal selling venue" when uneducated people (Who havent even bought anything) try to put words in my mouth, half of which I cannot even understand. At one point, even YOU said "I think we all know full well why" so I guess I was guilty from the beginning wasn't I. No thanks. Simply no thanks.

Jamie, I got an email from Ewen Chia about this product and was intrigued. However, I was majorly disappointed when I bought MyClickbankBusiness and want to avoid the same mistake I made there...

Basically, the MCB sites were duplicates and were poorly made with poor content at the end...(my opinion, but it's not unique in this instance)...

I do think Simon is asking a valid question and, without getting into some negative slinging match, I don't know how exactly he has rubbed you up the wrong way...

I'm sorry to see there is a "vibe" here, though...

        My own question is:

How many of these niche sites (I'm presuming each site will be similar or identical) will be sold? 5? 10? Unlimited?

I'm asking this with the best will in the world and your answer will inform my decision...

You don't know why he "rubbed me the wrong way?" Are you kidding me?

It wasn't originally even a question, it was an assumption, and it would have required a correction. Moral of the story? Don't make opinionated assumptions which I will spend my time correcting instead of answering YOUR simple question. And Asta? Did you even see that? If you expected me to "answer" any of that garbage, I would simply laugh.

Now for your question, I would like to answer it and hopefully you can return the favor, provide me constructive criticism which I most likely implement. Which package are you referring to? Are you referring to our domains? Our content and which part of the content? And in what package? Can you please clarify your question? Which price point?

Thanks for getting back to me, Jamie...

I'm referring to the Premier package. That's how I roll :-)

Look, I really do like the potential in this product. However, I was burned by the product I mentioned before...

The "Clickbank" product they were selling was awful - poorly written and derivative. The sites themselves started to appear all over the web in that niche. If there are ten sites all selling the same product and looking exactly the same, it's saturation and pretty worthless...

My question is not about domains...

I can set up domains. Good ones! That's ok...

But what are the typical results one might expect from using this? I mean, realistically, what sort of weekly income might one expect from this system?

That cuts right to the chase and will help inform my decision...

Aaaahh, Gotcha. Yep, that's a bit different than DigiBiz. When you are a premier member of our site, sure you get 10 websites uploaded, with two different skins, and you receive new versions of the websites as a member. You also get new niches as a premier member as well. These are aspects of the membership that are not advertised because they are new concepts we continue to introduce. There is no domain name mentioned on the banner, but you have the PSD so you can easily customize the color or domain name adjustment. We also recently decided to keep creating new updates to the graphics as well as the doc's to the copy and ebook. (I have them so why wouldn't I share?) Something I am going to be doing soon is uploading a video that shows the process, that is after we implement the new domain control panel. So, no, we aim to do our very best possible to ensure it is very diversified and EVERY member can build a successful business that gets traffic without issues of everyone having the same exact website (Even if you do not customize) That is for the premier. We may add on services, but we may close our doors at anytime, depending on growth. If anyone would like to know about the business package, Ill probably be around tonight.

So, this *seems* MCB pretty much. That's ok, but I do hope I'm mistaken.

What would you anticipate that premier members would make? I asked that in my earlier post...

I ask this because the sales copy you have written is strong and you have mentioned the earnings potential...

I think you would definitely get a few buyers here, if you could convince us of the income this is likely to generate. I know that claims on sales letters tend to be "untypical" and the very best-case scenario. Realistically, though, what are the 10 websites likely to yield on a weekly basis?

                Thanks again...

Okay, first may I say... Thanks for the drama. This is almost as good as Melrose Place or some such TV soap.

Now... I can understand anyone's simple request for answers to various questions about a product. Many times just the effort of a respectable answer will help to give someone enough confidence in their decision to buy a product.

God knows in this IM community there are lots of people shoving products at all of us. I got emails from many people I respect in this community about DigiBizPro. People like Jeff Paul, Ewen Chia, Michael Rasmussen to name a few. I expect good products from those guys. I also got a bunch more emails from some guys I've never heard of. (Hmmm... how did I get on their lists?) Anyway...

What bothered me immediately is the fact that of the only three testimonials on the sales page were from obvious newbies. Not that there is anything wrong with that... for you Seinfeld fans :-)

But two of the testimonials were from people whose site projects obviously have yet to make a dime. That was troublesome.

When I'm intrigued by a product like this (and I was), I go (like many of us do) to the sites themselves to see... hmmm results. The sites from those two testimonials I mentioned have "Coming Soon" on them, and with the same videos that are the testimonials for DigiBizPro. Are these two sites simply going to be promoting that product? Somewhat confusing to say the least.

Remember, a confused mind says no. Unfortunate, but true.

The immediate level of credibility for me just isn't there. I'm sad to say. And I'm not bashing this product or Jamie.

I don't know Jamie. He has marketing savvy, that's obvious, but there are critical questions that become automatic when your testimonials don't support your product.

Everyone remember the launch of John Reese's Traffic Secrets? Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing? And I know other Warriors that can recall a lot more successfully well-launched products.

The one thing their testimonials did was shout "c-r-e-d-i-b-i-l-i-t-y."

In this day and age when money is at a premium, even successful and profitable affiliate marketers need to know that what we buy is going to have the value that is offered in the pitch.

With our ability to create charming videos, write killer copy, outsource awesome graphics, we have to keep in mind the most important element of our product creation and presentation is... it's all about the customer.

If we don't have our integrity we don't have anything.

If we as marketers don't review something before we promote it, we run the risk of what seems to be happening here. Besides losing our integrity, we get on that slippery slope where people lose faith in their valued relationships. Similar products will be cast as fallen children of the last product of it's type. We will become jaded to promoting the next thing that looks or seems to be cool or valuable simply because of the presentation, or God forbid, someone else says so.

I love this business. I love being able to JV and be an affiliate and help promote someone's ideas and hard work. The rewards can be great for the right effort.

What I don't like is when someone sticks a product on the horizon and everyone looks the other way to jump at the chance to make a lot of money promoting it.

Crap is crap. And when it's crap wrapped up in a bow and glitter it's just prettier crap. There are too many products that will not stand up to even common sense scrutiny.

That's the reason for open discussion like this forum, especially when it concerns someone spending a lot of money pinning their hopes and future on another person doing something they have promised to do.

No one is perfect. We've all dropped the ball at one time or another and there's always someone around to call us on it.

As members here, it is our right to ask questions, to quality, quantify and pursue the truth about a product or the person promoting it.

I've been online as another user for many, many years. This account is for a new company which I am currently involved. I've been a voyeur for a long time here. I've learned a lot. I've made some friends. It's been extremely helpful.

The most important thing I have gleaned from my time here is that most of the members of Warrior community, the ones who contribute regularly and educate others and offer good value, those are the ones who are respected because they give respect.

                  Just a few thoughts.

                  Mike

                    Mike,

That was a beautiful post and I actually did enjoy reading it. Beautifully written. Regarding Floyd's testimonial, I was proud to see that, it might not be the most optimal & perfectly done but those sites are completed. We have agreements with them that during the launch they will not be offered. And it is better to have a true testimonial than a fake one that is done well that dupes the entire audience. Even though I enjoyed your post, this is a huge mistake on your part which curved the entire second half of your post and that is a shame. This debate has intrigued me now so I welcome any other ideas you might have and thanks for that. Sorry if our testimonials are not strong enough for your taste.

                    Jamie

Threads like this one serves to remind me why I reference the Warrior Forum to get real-world feedback. As with all new product launches, hearing what the IM crowd is thinking or asking is not only valuable, but essential. In regard to this thread, everyone asked really good, straight-forward questions and yet, almost every answer from the vendor of this product came across as evasive, unclear or dismissive. Reading through all the comments proved to be very informative and quite frankly, amusing to witness what NOT to do when promoting your own product. I was initially curious to find out about possibly purchasing this product, but no longer. Thanks to the WF for providing this great forum and thanks to all for the questions!

Well said Sharp11! Sharp11's sentiments closely follow my own(and I'm sure many others) as I read this thread. Asta411 and SimonHarrison asked simple and legit questions.....that Jamie never clearly answered. The legal jargon in the licensing agreement seems to be conveniently vague(how a "good" attorney writes them) and in a court of law makes for a good fight, but a lot of unnecessary heartache.

I really can't figure out how the animosity escalated in this thread? I find it sort of strange when it should have been kept on a business level, not a personal one by just straight forward answers to legit potential customer questions. I don't think anyone was trying to judge Jamie, his product, nor his abilities.

Anyway, I wish Jamie a lot of success with his product and hope that anyone who decides to buy it will have great success also! Let's all get back to work so we can make some money!=)

I am not "promoting" my own product. I came here to talk about the product I am fulfilling orders for all day & night and looking for constructive feedback. I have a JV manager who promotes my product. I will try my best to answer everyone's questions on Warrior, but If you are not satisfied with my answer to any one person's questions, please simply and politely say so without making assumptions and insulting me. That just pisses me off.

          regards, Jamie

I didn't make any assumptions and my intention is not to insult you at all. I was merely adding to the discussion. The human race is inherently social and people want to discuss things in order to make an informed decision. Happens every day!

The fact is, several of your responses to queries or statements in this thread have been unnecessarily negative. Surely, you must be aware that this approach will not stack up in your favor.

You mentioned that you came here to talk about your product, but shouldn't you also answer the simple questions? You did state that you will do your best to answer everyone's questions, didn't you? Rather than get pissed off and go on the defensive, just... answer... the... questions.

The longer you put it off, the longer the thread gets, and the more people it will attract. Use this to your advantage by accentuating the positive. Dwelling on the negative simply contributes to its power. Good luck!

I came across digibiz by recommendation from Ewen Chia, Michael Rasmussen as I was on their mailing list. I was really excited and looking forward to this product initially and was hoping to find more review here.

I feel this thread is a post for all potential buyers to find out more before buying digibiz. And I seriously don't see any ill intention of Simon's replies. Even I am curious by exact same question and is hoping to find the same answer through this forum. However just by looking at the replies you give really make me very disappointed.

Perhaps you are really very busy with your product launch JL, alot of things that may need your immediate attention is piling up. But I advise that you should take a break, cool your head down before participating in forums. No one here is degrading your product or humiliating you, what we all need is a direct answer to the question!

This is a constructive criticism and mark the end of my post. But in any case if you choose to feel that I am humiliating you. Go ahead and call me a idiot or whatever names you like and I'm fine with it since I suppose everyone can see who the aggressive one here now

You live in some kind of surreal dreamworld Jamie, I tried to simply take the high road, this is your response, much of the same drivel and again no straight answers, just more abuse. If it was a stupid assumption that your $495 and $1000 packages are NOT unique, then all you need to do is say so, god, strewth that's all we wanted to know, I can't see how it's so hard to understand.

If you think I'm humiliated, I can only presume you have some kind of severe inability to determine prose correctly.

Assumptions were made because you forced us down that road they were of your own making.

Look at the way you continue to accuse me of "not providing no real answers," even after my reply to Nathan, who seems to be a very friendly guy.
I could have been a friendly guy if you hadn't been so damm abusive, my FIRST post to you was polite and simply reiterated a request from other posters for you to quanitify the outstanding issue.

Your reply to Nathan didn't tell us anything AT ALL, which is why the same questions are still being asked by people again. Saying you make custom sites, does not mean you sell unique sites in the $495 and $1000 package, custom could mean you plug in a custom Paypal ID to the cart, it does not mean unique content, site, product etc. You know full well what we are all asking and you have chosen to not answer clearly turning this thread into something it really didn't need to be.

You have even "apologized" TWICE now.
Unbelievably you take this as a negative... Against my better judgement I tried to offer you some kind of virtual olive branch and instead of taking it in the manner it was offered you choose to turn it into some kind of purile pissing contest. "I'm done and humiliated" I mean seriously, I guess this sort of stuff comes from the same place as the "I'm a fan of yours " !!!! You take comments from somebody trying to give you some space to come back into the conversation on a better tone and then throw them in my face .

and frankly, you are well aware I have nothing to lose, and my response is an optimal one which exposes you as a you know what.
Your response is no more than thinly veiled abuse again which seems to be pretty much the status quo.

This is not the "ideal selling venue" when uneducated people (Who havent even bought anything) try to put words in my mouth, half of which I cannot even understand.
It could have been an ideal selling venue, you turned it into this, I'll let the uneducated insult go as it just stacks with the others you've thrown about. Nobody has put any words in your mouth, it's trying to get answers out of your mouth that's been the primary problem.

In your $495 and $1000 packages are the sites you sell unique or will everybody who purchases essentially get the same site, content, product , verbiage etc ?

How is that complicated, how is that anything but a very simple question..

At one point, even YOU said "I think we all know full well why" so I guess I was guilty from the beginning wasn't I. No thanks. Simply no thanks.
And as you charmingly threw it back in my face, you know I apologised for the tone of that post, god knows why I bothered, it was entirely wasted on you.

You may for all I know be some brilliant recluse and your product may for all I know be fantastic . I also appreciate things can get tense on forums and your proud of your product and so you get defensive, I've cut slack for all these issues but you're relentless in your attitude and rudeness , it's a huge shame, but along with the never ending insults, your perception of verbiage used and comments made is so off base it's frankly becoming alarming.

    Interesting series of comments.
I don't know why Jamie won't just answer a simple question. He seems well intentioned and also knowledgable as are the members here. We are all in this for the same basic reasons and are all willing to lend a hand when someone needs help. If you are selling a product for $997 then it makes sense to me to just answer the question.

I asked the same thing in an email to their support team and this was the reply:

"The solution to your inquiries is that, once you purchase our products at Digibizpro, you can have your own digital products in place of the purchased ones and have your own original material. The great advantage is that you can customize your site to make it more profitable. At the same time, you have DigitalBiz team as your web designer and consultant and that is exactly what is on Jamie Lewis' plan on doing. If you need anything at all, from headlines to graphics to installations, PLEASE ASK US and we will do it. The DigiBiz pro team is standing by at all times.
We want to hear more from you soon."

    Jamie,

Good afternoon. I am really interested in your program and just had a really quick question. Are there any additional costs that I would need to factor in after purchasing either the $497 or $997 packages? It sounds like with the $497 package, there might be an additional cost with domains and hosting (optional - but still something I would like to take into consideration) - is that right?

Any help you can give on this would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

I hope Jamie comes back and answers these questions...

I think a straight answer, even if it confirms that this is similar to the MCB model, will go a long way...

Jamie asked me for some constructive critcism...

Well, I came across a possible contradiction in the sales letter...

    Here it is:

"We are actually going to LOSE money on this release. Yes, that is correct. "

and, at the end of the letter...

"I have yet to create a business that has actually lost money in the long-term!"

I realize there is a distinction between the two statements, but I think they might confuse...

Sorry if our testimonials are not strong enough for your taste.
That's the least of anyone's concerns. It's a service, not a product, so verifiable proof isn't the issue.

But the question - that has clearly been sidestepped here - is this:

DO YOUR CUSTOMERS GET SITES THAT ARE UNIQUE TO THEM?

OR DOES EVERYONE ESSENTIALLY GET THE SAME SITES?

AND IF SO - HOW MANY DUPLICATES WILL THERE BE?

This isn't some sort of quibble over "symantics".

This is something that your customers want to KNOW. (As well as your potential JV partners).

I literally had a mailing queued up to go out for this. From a promotional standpoint, it would be awesome. If it is something that I feel is valuable for my list.

And I know I'm not some big-name marketer or anything, but still, I can drive some serious sales when I want to.

And so, once again, the QUESTION - not accusation - is very, very simple:

Does $500 get the customers UNIQUE sites?

Will the customers OWN the sites/products? Or are they licensing them?

If you don't see this as relevant, or if you think that posting on forums like this is a "waste of time", you're missing the point.

You are not "above" your customers. (They're the ones keeping you in business, remember?).

And then there's the JV factor...

I can guarantee you that I'm not the only potential promoter that can actually drive some substantial results for you - who's giving this a pass until I can clearly see what my list would be getting.

Might be worth "stooping down" and answering some lowly questions after all...

    Just some thoughts.

    -Chris

P.S. I'm not some forum-junkie, either. I haven't posted year for almost a year, simply because I've been busy doing what I do (producing sites, products, etc.)

But I DID come here to see what the scoop was on DigiBizPro before I put my reputation on the line to promote it.

      Hey Jamie,

I'm in the same boat as Chris here.

I was asked to promote your product. I was hesitant because of feedback I've heard from my customers on another product of yours. I didn't cast judgement though. I know how that stuff goes.

The promo video looks enticing, but I have to say I'm concerned with the way you have treated some fairly legit questions and Warrior members here.

We are all busy people. Simply answering the questions in a straight forward manner as opposed to bickering would of taken way less time and achieved a lot better results. Especially for guys like Chris and myself who were thinking about promoting.

        Hi All Fellow Warriors,

I have been reading through all the posts regarding this 'digibiz' product and i have to say that the gentleman 'Jamie' does not seem to be answering the simple question on 'If i buy two sites how many others buy the same'?

I agree with many of you here this is a simple question.

Anyway, i have also been sent loads of emails from 'PPC Bully' and John Humphries selling this product. I was very interested until yesterday when i had the sales email titled:-

'Digibiz owner killed himself' I immediately opened the email as i thought how awful i was only watching his launch video yesterday and the product looked really really good. Well i do not know if any of you have also had this email but it went onto say that he had been so unindated with customers that he 'killed himself working 38 hrs non stop'. Is he dead....No he is not.

Now straight away that was the most disgusted way to attract a customer and for me this product is just another 'lets get your money' offer. I am so sorry to Jamie as i personally do not want to attack you in any way shape or form but once i see the way your JV are selling it,it just 'BROUGHT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT TO ZERO'.

Also whoever wrote that email title ' Digibiz owner killed himself' need sacking ( unless it was you) as you have without knowing just 'tempted fate'.
        Peace be with you!

    Hi Jamie,

If I do NO MARKETING myself of my DigiBizPro sites will I still make money from them...within 30 days? ...within 60 days?

Do I need to pay for Google Adwords advertising (PPC) to make money from my DigiBizPro sites? Are there any extra costs to make money with my sites after I pay you?

    Thanks, mate,

The offering strikes me as similar to JP Schoeffel's Niche-in-a-Box. As I recall, you got one fully-featured website with content and a product to sell in a different niche each month for around $97.

And yes, in that offering (as I suspect in this one as well) everyone starts with the same website. But just as in PLR products, you can customize it and build it into something unique you can brand.

I haven't purchased DigiBizPro and can't comment on the quality or value of it. But I'd agree Jamie's responses seem alternately evasive and combative. And it's never a good idea to insult prospective buyers in public.

Ok, ok your entitled to your opinion. Here's my take on it. Doing business and selling a product does not automatically abolish your liberties and right to defend yourself when someone attempts to wrongfully defame you. You'll want a guy like me in your neighborhood.

      Hi Ian,

That is the idea, EVEN IF you don't do any marketing whatsoever, everything is connected for an optimal marketplace = affiliate promotion = traffic to website = conversion = product fulfillment. We get the site up rather quickly (A matter of days) so you can expect to see first affiliate signups, then traffic to the website, then sales. How much money you make depends on your price point and which niche you pick. Now I do encourage you to build your business. Continue to optimize and customize it. I will give you all the tools to do so & I mean that! your site can pick up traffic from the marketplace we set it up with. Now I know how to convert traffic into sales and I have a real good track record making those sales happen. Hope this answers your question.

No, you don't use PPC for this, only for conversion testing.

    Jaime,

What kind of results can be expected from the minimum package vs. the premier?

      Dear Asta,

WE DO UNLIMITED PHONE COACHING EVEN FOR VISITORS FOR FREE. If a coaching company is offered, for another website, that is a different privacy statement, you obviously are looking some unknown front end as a visitor of the website if you are quoting that information.

2 months? That website has been running longer than a year.

Seriously! These are the custom sites (not the templates ones!) that people pay $5000 for!!
Again, you are mistaken. Those three websites are apart of the package that costs $497. those three sites ARE NOT Platinum websites, those DO NOT cost you $5000, They cost $497 for two plus 2 extra sets of graphics, all psd's and docs. Will you admit your mistake? Because you are broadcasting misinformation.

          Hi dude,

          Thanks for that. Much respect.

I apologize if you got a call from an aggressive rep, that is unacceptable. DigiBizPro however is free unlimited consultations for everyone, not just customers. In the past when I used the floors, they did not have your credit card information, so the choice was up to you to buy. I have actually fired a few of them, the ones that are aggressive and hyper capitalistic eat it fast.

They are supposed to give you a one hour consultation (If you are interested) and you check the box to receive the call. Hey, I have never "Sold" the information and it is stated in the privacy policies. Perhaps we can get into a discussion about those politics some time as well. Ill be back tonight hopefully if I get some time and can answer your other questions.

          Thanks for the apology.

I think you should have told your JV manager (Leithan?) more about your service.
I watched the webinar with Mark Linkg and there your JV manager told us that the sites are all unique and we own them ourselves.

Also you don't tell anyone that the sites are still licenced to your and belong to you...
To include this only on the agreements is kind of.. I don't know, not very professional..

We all know that there is something you try to hide from us when we look at your answers, so if you want to get people trusted in your service then you should give a clear statement. And don't tell me that you already answered every question or that you don't have the time or whatever.

I wanted to buy your premier package but now I'm happy that I didn't (yeah, you're happy too, I know..)

Anyway I just want to say that you should clear up your salespage, if that would have been done before launch there wouldn't be such negative discussions, not only here on the warrior forum..
I respect your service, but you should just treat us fair.

      Hey Capone,

Letian's pretty familiar, since we have been working together a LONG time. I think what you are referring to is the fact that the setups will be unique? With the chance to customize them? And the systematic introduction and of new sites and graphics?

I appreciate the professional response and constructive criticism as well. The "We all know there is something you try to hide" statement was pretty unprofessional but I appreciate the honesty.
I have absolutely nothing to hide, why on earth would I come here if did?

The guy from the first video testimonial(CrazyWebMoney.com) doesn't even have an active product. You can't buy his "great" product or take advantage of his great affiliate program because neither is operational. You also can't sign up for his autoresponder because his autoresponder account is dead, lol.

The guy from the second testimonial says his prayers have been answered, and he has finally started making money online via the site created for him by digibiz(SecretProfitsNow.com). Guess what? His autoresponder account isn't active either, and you can't buy his product. If you dig around a little, you'll see that his sales letter isn't even complete.

Lasly, if these sites were guaranteed to make thousands monthly as implied, no one in their right mind would do all the work and then sell them for a one time $500. It makes zero sense.

Basically, you're paying $500 for two plr/mrr sites, imho. I think I'll pass.

If this was a WSO thread, half the posters in this thread would get banned. (ok, slight exaggeration...but still)

Anybody who purchases from Jamie gets the right to criticize him or his service if they don't like what they get. Otherwise, keep your negative thoughts to yourself.

No one in this thread is spewing negative thoughts, or criticizing his service. They're asking legitimate questions, making legitimate observations, and criticizing his responses.

Exactly. If you are a customer of DigiBizPro I will do my best to help or answer your question. If I were to meet in person with Simon or the other person you can bet everything that if they did not have anything nice to say they would not say anything at all. You just don't do that unless you are hiding behind a computer screen. This is not my venue or workplace because of lack of respect. It is a shame because I respect and admire alot of professional marketers and professional product owners here.

      Hi Curtis,

Actually if somebody had put up a WSO for this product and flat out refused to answer the key question about the product, posted by at least a half dozen WF members then they would have suffered an intolerable number of complaints , been accused of refusing to answer vital questions and had their WSO removed, no way would they have let this madness continue in a WSO.

If they had then gone on to moan that people came to assumptions (accurate ones btw) and then abused WF members with frankly at times insane statements, they would have been most like banned.

My statement that "we all know why" has simply been proven to be true, because quite clearly in the specific packages we are discussing, the sites are the same for everybody, of course, he won't confirm or deny this but it's quite clearly the actual truth.

I've given up even trying to discuss anything in a sane manner with the OP, I simply reported his last insult to the mods here, I left this thread but was sent a PM to let me know he was still making comments about me which had no basis in reality or that he could substantiate.

My comment that the sites sold in the stipulated package are all the same and everybody will have the same sites (PLR) was accurate as we can clearly see , that he flat out didn't have the common courtesy to be upfront about it is unfortunatley 100% to blame for the negative outcome of this thread. Nobody is saying that at $5k , unique sites are dealt with, there is no confusion over this.

As I said I've now reported this guy, if he was an uknown on the WSO forum, he would have been quite rightly lambasted to hell and back, there's no way in hell he would have been allowed to side step the key issue and speak to members like this.

It goes both ways, yes he may have finally goaded me into a modicum of shortness in one of my posts, but that pales into insignifance compared to his responses and I had the decency to apologise for the tone, even though I was 100 % correct in the content, sadly the OP did not.

These threads are often for pre purchases , so the argument that you need to have purchased a product to critize it doesn't hold water in this particular case. There isn't criticm of the product, it's acceptable to sell PLR, nobody has issue with that, the criticism is not of the product itself but of the consistent refusal to clearly indicate whether the sites in the $495 package etc are unique, using words like "custom" only served to draw away from the fact that they are not unique.

As has been evidenced by almost every contributor to this thread, passers by, JV partners and others, any negativity has been generated by the OP. I only returned as I was notified that he continued to make statements about my character based on utter fabrication.

      End Transmission.

After reading all these posts I have decided to get a refund on the product. I guess I was naive enough to believe the testamonials. I also thought my sites would be unique. I don't know anything about customizing websites nor do I want to know.

Thanks everyone for for your comments.

So many people complain about products they purchase--why don't you just return them and get a refund. I could never figure that out!

Whoa...came in here wanting to know if Get Response 'requires' a confirmation email and saw this DigiBizPro subject.
Had received an email from Michael Rasmussen about it (great bonuses I also researched), and finally passed on the offer due to the very same questions that are here. When there are too many questions you get a gut feeling.

Since I still felt some regret about passing DigiBizPro by ...darned if you do, darned if you don't...I'm so glad I spent the time reading this, and I can't believe I didn't think of the WF first.
    Feel So much better now.
