Does Google Approve Software Written Articles

For some time now, I have known that Google is very strict with the content you post on your website. I know that posting low-quality content can lead to flagging down your website. But today I read some disturbing email I presume it was from a marketer. He was talking about a software that can help one write top quality content to help the website get top ranking if posted on the website. I have a few questions to ask.
1. Is there any software that can write top quality articles?
2. Do you think there was any sense in what the marketer said

    1. I gave up on article writter or article spinner after paying 2 software claimed to rewrite articles to a very high level of human readability and uniqueness.

    2. He just trying to sell you something. Sales talk...

    Anyway, Google's algorithm is so intelligent it actually reads pages. It can determine context. It can also determine common, grammar, and other writing errors on pages.

    If you really want to try it, I suggest try it on a new website.

      You are right my dear, i guess it was purely sales talk. Looking at the way he put it. I think i should not walk in that direction.

    It is better to write article yourself. If that is not possible then you can easily give money to people writing content. I would never recommend using software for content writing because content is the king.
