Your opinion about the free traffic system

Has anyone use the freetrafficsystem.com site to get backlinks from your blog? I'm planning to add my blog to the system, but don't want to mess it up with irrelevant content. Would love to hear the opinion of Warriors who used it.

as long as you monitor your blog, you can just delete any spammy or badly written posts.

I use it pretty much all the time for Home Business Tips

I get quite a bit of search engine traffic too as a result

    hope this helps.

You need to monitor the posts you get from free traffic system. Some posts are pure marketing pitches and others are good content. They have a system in place to weed out duplicates, and they approve all articles before sending them, but still it seems that a lot of crap comes true.

One thing that concerns me about FTS is that they let people get extra links by adding their blog to the system. This is fine but those extra links are added to the bottom of other peoples articles. (Articles written for FTS).

You could be reading an article about weight loss and at the end their is a little blurb about Forex trading (which is the extra link they give as a bonus for adding your blog to the system).

    So this means several things. You will get free blog posts and bonus links but also;

~Blog posts that you will have on your site will have non relevant blurbs at the end with links.

~Articles that you write that are posted on other peoples sites will end with a non relevant blurb with someones link.

~The non relevant blurbs do not make sense to readers...(hmmm why am I reading about eating healthy and suddenly there is a link to getting hosting for a website).

~ These misplaced links could Potentially be a footprint to Google.

~ Since the bonus links are at the very end of the article they are almost like a call to action. So if you are using FTS for traffic in addition to a backlink will the reader click on the call or another link which is embedded in the article but may not be at the end.

~ If Google does not like non relevant content they could not count the links, devalue the site they are on, etc.
Then again they could do nothing......

I think FTS could be a good concept but the "bonus links" are not such a good idea.

    Just some thoughts.

IMO the support for this product sucks. I've had a ticket in for over 4 days now with no response. Added something to the first ticket and still nothing. I even started another ticket to ask about the first one almost two days ago now and still no answer. I used the paid method and not the free one just to get a good test of what would happen.

If the results are anything like the support, it's about time to cancel.

Thanks for your replies. I've signed up for the service, and have submitted one of my articles to the system. When I searched Google for my article I found out that the blogs where my article was posted don't use my resource box. So, I don't think this will be a reliable traffic generating system...

No they dont use your resource box. I believe they have some directories in the mix but they post mainly on blogs. It's easy to find directories to get links at but not so easy to find blogs to post on. So this mixes it up giving you a lot of links on a wide variety of blogs.
And you get links within the text which Google likes.
      Plus it is free.

On the downside....the footprint of the blurb link at the bottom which I mentioned above. Plus it can be a lot of work spinning an article to make it a quality one.

I've been using this service for around 5 months now and I think it's ace. I also subscribed to the "SEO Elite Push" service that they offer for $300pm, and that is an awesome way of building quality backlinks without lifting a finger.

In fact, FTS started work on one of my brand new domains at the end of August and it's now a PR2, on the front page of G for some pretty competitive terms, and drawing about 100 uniques per day.

The whole system is neat IMO...you either put in the work and generate your own backlinks, or pay for the above and have it done for you.
