Has anyone tried these two products?

I hope I'm not out of line here, or being inappropriate, but I have a question.
You see, I recently came across these two software sales pages, I think run by the same owner:

https://backlinksubmitter.com
If they do what the sales pages promise I think they sound like great value for money..Moreover it seems that if I buy the backlinksubmitter at this time, it also includes the directorysubmitter
However, some aspects of the sales page for backlinksubmitter.com seem and are unfinished,which doesn't inspire a huge amount of confidence.
So, I was wondering if anyone here has bought & tried either program or had any interactions with the owner? Did it work as promised? How responsive was the support?
