Maybe he had some bad luck, but he certainly doesn't come off that way when you consider the 3rd WSO not mentioned here yet where he is selling Josh Kulp's product as a WSO. (Saw this after I had already paid! Bummer.) OR When you consider the info shown below. OR when you consider he just has to respond to emails and say "I've had some bad luck!"... or even respond at all. No response since 2 days after purchase.

I might not go as far as to say "plagiarized" based on what I have found so far, but it was close.

I agree, the report was a little light after I went back and reviewed how he staged it in the thread. The problem was I downloaded it and didn't really even read through it all the way... which is how he got me on the service. It had some okay stuff and it looks like he wrote some of it, but it still seemed light.

It was kind of like "Pump -n- Dump". He built up the idea and then he sold you a higher priced service.

Looking back... there are lots of red flags I didn't catch...

Posts in ALL CAPS. (Amateur? Of course, he says he an "IM Rookie"!)

Service price out of sync with results. If he was making $750 / release... why the heck do it for $59! Yes, I know, sometimes people want to help other people for various reasons, but that is too huge a difference to ignore. (Can't believe this one... why the heck did I miss it?! Tired I guess.)

I didn't even Google the guy or cross check him or his post at all.


I haven't had time and the old forum where there was a previous thread about this is "dead" now anyway, but since this topic popped up again, I will reveal what I have found.

Well, what do you see on the first page... same slide.

(By the way, check out those 2 resources on Press Releases and you just learned a ton more than you would have from AWs product!)

Okay, that could be explained by resell rights, PLR, etc.

So, I contacted the creator of those inquiring about the captured results and if she knew Adam Whitaker or Matt West (from paypal account) and here is what she had to say:

EDIT 8/28/08: He actually does claim the image as showing his results. He says in one WSO, "SHOW YOU A REAL EXAMPLE OF HOW MY PRESS RELEASES RANKED IN 5 OF THE TOP 7 SPOTS ON GOOGLE" WSO Archive - --> Pocket $3,500 Each Month - The Simple Way <-- | WarriorPlus

I said: "True, but upon review... that is definitely your image. Right down to the listings, number of results, seconds, search term, adwords ads, and place the red circles overlap the text... he edited the top somehow either taking out your email address or pasting a new header over it. Regardless, doesn't sound like he asked permission to use your image."


I also found snippets from the report on the web (Googled) in various places, but not more than a couple sentences at a time. Nothing solid enough to yell copyright infringement. Also, those things could be explained by PLR again or just research where he didn't rewrite the lines he used properly.

However I did, after the fact, find the same offer for the report/ebook posted at the same time at Sitepoint... same price! (NOT WSO!)
