Anybody played with Howies newest s/w:

The Article tool

Howie s/w is so hit and miss , it's hard to tell when he has a winner not.

Posts from those with ultra low post counts combined with lovely big affiliate links to it will be ignored.

    I read the sales page...

    Does it do anything that services like isnare or content crooner don't do?

    Not specifially that I could see. If you're doing volume it's relatively cheap $149 for a year, 350 placements 12 articles per day.

    Past that couldn't see anything clever , such as rotating anchor text in sigs etc.

    Perhaps some of the users might have something interesting to tell us about it.

    Howie's tools are generally really good quality, and I especially like his automation tools (Black Hat Lab is awesome).

    Anyways, I grabbed this since it was so so cheap, and so far am really happy with it. It does exactly what I want it to do which is automate account creation and mass submit my articles to a ton of directories.

    This with combined with a good article spinner is perfect for getting a ton of exposure in very little time which what I'm all about.

    Just my 2 cents.

      Does the submitter allow you to input your content in spinner syntax?

    No, it doesn't support syntax, so you will need to spin the articles first and then just copy and paste it into the areas provided.

    With that said, the volume of site this tool will hit is so high that you won't really need to hit it that hard. You will be submitting to hundreds of sites, so you might now want to submit to every site every day.

    Here's what I do with software like this to get high success rates:

    1. Submit my handwritten/outsourced article by hand to the top 10 directories like EZA, GoArticles, Buzzle, etc.

    2. Spin the article then submit the spun version using software.

    This has always worked the best for me. I avoid using software for the major sites since they are more keen on catching things like that.

    I also would recommend you vary your anchor text in your submissions as well.

      In the video I watched, it didn't appear to have a method for spinning the anchor text, the only way I could see this working without having used the s/w would be to submit to say 100 sites with one version of the anchor text, then submit to the next 100 with the next anchor text version and so on.

      There didn't appear to be anyway to just wang the article out to say 300 sites using variables to spin links .

      Out of interest when you've finished the submission does it give you a report with the links to the articles it posted?

      This would be pretty useful as :

      a) You could see it's succcess rate
      b) You could compile all the URL's for use in RSS .

      Out of the 300 or sites it submitted to , how many did you land on, any idea?

      Like I said, you will need to spin the articles first, then submit them. The random function is really good since it will randomly select directories to submit to for you.

      If you're lazy and don't spin your articles then there may be a problem, but I doubt it.

      There are quite a few directories that a lot of main stream article marketers don't use or even know about, so it's easy to get your stuff in and ranked.

      You can use a bot to inflate the views and get them on the front page fast. This will drive your traffic up even more.

    Couple of weeks back he released similar tool called classified submission tool. I bought it and had to take refund (you search for its review on this forum)

    I really don't know what's the use of submitting the same article to 100's of directories

      1. You don't have to submit the same article to all of the directories. That's what spinning is for.

      2. Submitting to lots of directories gives you lots of traffic and backlinks. Simple as that.

          1. You don't have to submit 1 per directory. That would totally defeat the purpose of having any software.

          2. If you're not familiar with mass submitting articles and its pros and cons, I would do some quick research.
