Review of "Quick Profit Formula" by Tyler Koling

Hey guys,

I just found out about this one and I think it just launched today. I'm looking to get some good honest reviews of this product.

I don't know anything about the site owner other than his story on the sales page. Is this true or not?

This seems too good to be true. Anybody have any feedback on this before I decide to give it a shot?

I always like to invest in new marketing products if it is worth my time, because I don't like having to waste my time if this doesn't add to my marketing knowledge.

here is the website - www.quickprofitformula.com

One thing that raises my doubts is on the header graphics.

'As seen in - Entrepreneur, Money, CNNmoney, Fox News, The Wall Street Journal'

Are you kidding me!

to good to be true? sounds like every ad I have read in my life with the long boring story of how they figured out how to get rich. How? by selling the product. don't know what marketing skills he teaches but is probably effective stuff on the internet like they all teach etc. Just my opinion. Have not bought it.
One thing is if you click out of it by the 3rd time you only have to pay $11.95.
I get 300 emails a day on marketing stuff. Gets tiresome reading the same type of similar stories discovering it on basically your last paycheck ;-).
could offer something for just 11.95 but I would be wary of possible back end sales.

also does not really explain what you would be getting as usual. I can't buy stuff like this anymore without coming here ;-)

I just read a review on this. Type "quick profit formula review" in Google. On one of these review websites, they stated that the refund rate on this is about 51.4% already and it was just launched this past week.

another thing that raises doubts is the images in the testimonials, half of them i have seen in free graphic sites.

Against my better judgement, I purchased this product yesterday, probably because I thought it might be easier than what I've been working on for a while.

      BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

There are several other products out there which are almost identical to this one, even the sales page bears similarities. Long drawn out sob story of the rags to riches road. While the story (if true) is important to the owner, does it really interest anyone else?

Anyway, the program is designed around the free website My Product Center! (Expect to pay at least $97 for hosting). PPC is the marketing method the program promotes. Big red flag hoisted at this point, so I didnt read anymore, just packed up and sent an email to the
owner expressing my disappointment. As I paid only AU$13 for it I told him to keep the money. I reckoned that it was cheap punishment for my laziness.

      Cheers to all

Thank you everyone for giving your feedbacks on this one. I already crossed this off my list of programs to check out.

    Warm regards,

After a few years of swimming in the shark infested water of the Make Money Online pond I've developed my own BS Detector. This programme easily ticks many of my BS boxes:

1.UNCLICKABLE "As seen in" icons a the top of the page.
And if the Photoshoped headline which follows is indeed taken from a real article - where is the name of the paper? I want to read more!

2.The usual Rags to Riches hype addressing you on a personal level and obviously bashing all the other programmes as scams while giving you empty promises:

"I've been there, so I feel for you."
"I've been exactly where you are, I spent the money on the fake products, felt the frustration, and hit rock bottom..."
"Sure there are tons of scams out there... you and I know that's the truth..."
"The very first time you read through the materials, you'll know exactly what you need to do to set up your business, get it running, and watch it start making you money... all nearly instantly!"

3.Have you noticed that through all this sales pitch fluff there is not A SINGLE WORD on what the guy actually SELLS or what is "secret formula" actually is? Guys, if you want to make money online, you've got to sell SOMETHING. Whether it's information, your own product, someone else's product - people don't just open their wallet and throw their credit card on your screen! There's "no bogus theories. no fake ideas.." no "Fake systems. Mumbo jumbo. Worthless trainings. Expensive schemes..". Only hype & fluff.

4.Inconsistencies in the story all across the board:

-Halfway through the letter Tyler says:
"After Brock was born, I decided to quit my job at the factory..."
"Now just one year later, I'm making more than $50,000 per month and I still only work a few hours a week"
The photo of him with his newborn baby is dated 14 OCT 2008. That's a bit over a year...

-"I'll be honest... unless you're connected to some of the top money-makers on the web today, you've probably never heard of me." And then "I don't like to toot my own horn, but I'm generally regarded as one of the premiere marketing and online business experts in the world."
Wait a minute - You're considered one of the premiere business experts in the world, right? But I've probably never heard of you??! Are you kidding? Do the names - Stephen Pierce, Ewan Chia, Frank Kern, Shawn Casey, Mike Filesame - ring a bell? For a reason right?

-Simple math: The so-called local nespaper article is about a young dad who had generated $126,368.27 in 9 MONTHS.
Now about a month after the publication Tyler receives a call from Ken who had read the article. Tyler coaches him for 6 MONTHS until he has generated over 50 grand.
Then Tyler had a group of beta testers for another 3 MONTHS.

But he's saying that "Now just one year later, I'm making more than $50,000 per month".

      9 months + 1 month + 6 months + 3 months = A Year and 7 months.

      Try harder next time, Tyler.

5.Fake testimonials with stock images and ridicolous claims:

"Hey, Tyler - I can't thank you enough man, I really can't! With all of the money that I have made from your AWESOME formulas, I was able to buy a brand new house for my family, a new car for myself, and I don't have to worry! You're the man!" (Keith Reynolds, Boston MA)

Really? Can I have your number Keith? So Tyler, Are you saying that in less than a year you've gone from ruggs to riches, you've become a world expert and you've had one of yoor students follow your techniques and buy himself a house and a car? But you've only started beta testing 3 months ago??! BS Alarm ringing louder...

6.TWO OR MORE EXIT POP-UPS the last of which offers you the SAME DEAL for a 1/4 of the original price.
Not only is it unethical but it also shows how much Tyler underestimates his own product.

This product is now languishing in why did I ever bother folder. Most if not all the information and resources in this guide you can find for free if you do a search. Luckily I got it cheap on the "half price" offer. Unluckily I left it too long to get the refund. Its an ok guide for free but if you paying for it, my advice don't bother with it.

I was surprised to see this spring up in the discussion board. I never purchased this and cleared it out of my memory bank.

Now it's bringing me bad memory LOL

You are many of these guru's dream newbie. No offense intended, but REALLY?

Get ONE good quality program with solid stuff behind it and try stick with it for a little while anyway. For your own good. Commission blueprint is a good example.

At least when you listen to what they tell you in a sales video, you have an idea of what you will be getting into.

Go back to Adam's take on this and read it again. Again, for your own good.

I would add to his version:
And when you find a "guru" promoting this stuff, unsubscribe from his list. He doesn't have YOUR best interest in mind.

Again, I'm sorry, but try to understand, I found this out the hard way too.

  • I tried this program a few time ago, but it's absolutely to avoid for expert people.
You can find the information elsewhere for free, if you don't know them yet.

First I don't liked the first way, that propose you to spend $97 on a automatic website builder (that wasn't explained in sales letter).
Then, the other concepts, around PPC and something other, are easy to find also on free guides.

I kept the product, just because the price was not so high.

    Thanks and goodbye,

thanks for the review of this product .
you have just saved me from spending even more money on yet another B.S scheme that just takes your money and doesn't work.
Thanks again I will just keep following the likes of the Guru's mentioned earlier in this post at least they are well know so their reputation is on the line

It's amazing how they keep promotes these product as the great wonder that will help newbie and intermediates quit their jobs and make a lot of money.

I wonder why they bother, is it that they just don't care about the bad blood that they caused?

There was this guy (won't name any name here) that his product was bad, his customer service was horrible and he kept making promises that he never fulfilled. I cancel his product.

About 3 months later he was promoting yet another product he had created. I wonder if he forgot that he never fulfilled on the first one yet.

      They just never learn

        Hi everyone.

I purchased on the third down sell for $12 or something.

That was OK there are a few tips in there, I had no big problem with the site.

But have just had a call from someone named "Chris for Tyler's office."

anyway he was trying to "help me" but I declined.

Now for the "get out of here message!"

He proceeded to tell me he had my credit card details and if I hang up he will proceed to charge me.!!!

Good trust building don't you think.

I suggested he had no rights to charge me anything, he warned me that laws were different there.

I put him on hold to check my records. (as I couldn't remember)

Clickbank and Paypal. I am comfortable with that.

He was gone by the time I came back off hold. (having called his bluff.)

So Tyler is now my number one "stay away from his products list.!"

I will be relaying this information to Clickbank as well.

Do yourself a favor, don't go there, even for $12.

Hope that helps people stay well away.

        cheers.

OMG, sounds like you were held hostage of a scam!
Good for you to put this out in the open here and with CB.
          I appreciate you!

I always check in here -at the Warriors Forum- for REAL reviews. I suggest not to believe in "product name + review" searches, as most of them are from other marketers wanting to make a quick buck and most likely are not even familiar with the product because they have NOT bought it!

Good point, Paul, about the photos. I didn't think of checking if they were at iStock Photo, but they looked "too perfect" to me.

I want to thank all warriors who take the time to warn us about deceitful practices and save us a lot of frustration, grievance and cash!!

          Peace,
          Tammy

    Hey McDavis:

Funny you asked about this particular product... I bought his product this past May and I admit a huge disappointment!!!

I received a commission on it because I bought through my link... To make a long story short I am not fown of his product... Too expensive and like you said wanted one to upgrade more and not really offer anything substantial!

So please pass on this one!

Wow. I am really surprise to see a sales copy with no video in the IM niche. 50k a month, 1hr a week.. I think that is a little hard to swallow.

There are 2 down sells, upon exit. The last one offers it for $9.00
