What's a great product for List Building?

I'm getting tired of building one and out websites. You know, those websites that produce lots of short term sales which eventually dies down. I'm looking into building something really long term.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I see this happening with list building. Am I right?

So can anyone help me with prominent list building experts or complete and great products out there that centers around list building.

I'm doing research and it seems Frank Kern's and Jeff Johnson's name pop out. Any others?

Thanks.

Try it with ARTICLES. Write 3 of them. Put in your BIO in article #1 that you are an expert in said niche etc. and direct them to article # 2. Write article # 2 in some sort of web 2.0 property and leave the best part out. Entice your readers to opt in to your list in exchange for article #3 which HAS said "best part" content. Hope this is helpful

Ken Walker and Chris Farrell are two that come to mind for me.

Remember too that the key to list building is offering something of "real value" to your prospects for free... not junkie stuff

It must be something that a prospect can use to "help themselves". If you help them...you've got a friend for life!

Once you've got that, then learn how to drive traffic and you're on your way.. the list will just keep growing.
