I have been using this service for about 6 years and I have actually tracked sales, unique and raw clicks for 1 solid year. I show this on the video. For me this traffic has converted better than Adwords and mucho cheaper! The only problem is that it is hard to "ramp up" the traffic. I consider this traffic source a single not a home run. But those singles add up! It is certainly worth it since I almost pay for my pro membership with affiliate commission. 99% of the time I do not even think about it.
There is a catch though. Most of my products and services are in the IM field and of course everyone who sees startpage exchange ads are pretty much IMers. So for me it is targeted traffic. If you were selling real estate in Montana I am not sure if the results would be as good. Check out the video and let me know what you think.
