It works, yeah, but not worth the money no, when you can do this on your own, sure, takes a little longer, but worth saving $97 or what ever it is a month.

How long does it take you to do it manually vs. with the software?

Wow, not worth the money? I guess if you're not making much then yeah, just do it manually. But, if you are making some good money online then just pay it. You can upload a video to dozens of sites in minutes. Totally worth it for me. But I do make money online and posting multiple videos is such a hassle! I signup for a month or two and then cancel when I'm not doing videos. Rinse and repeat!

I personally don't like any opp that requires a monthly fee. By the time you figure out that it's not going to work for you, you've broke your bank.

Definitely not worth the money imo.

Tried it, couldn't stop payments coming from my account (my bank alerted me), and the results were poor at best.

REALLY over-hyped this one - SERIOUSLY.

I recently signed up for a 30 day trial after hearing Russell Brunson talk about how he uses this traffic method.

I plan on using it to drive traffic to my niche sites, but the first test was not related to my business at all. My wife is trying to raise donations to walk in the Atlanta Breast Cancer 3 day. As a test, I decided to try TG and see if we could get some donations from complete strangers. See her blog in my sig line.

It took about 90 minutes to setup all the account login information. No biggie.
After creating the video I watched a few of the tutorials on how to use TG. These were easy to follow and to the point.

After uploading the video to TG and also configuring for a PodCast, I filled out the submission information and fired it off.

Most of the submissions went through without a hitch... and less than 10 hours later, I have numerous page 1 rankings (some with 2-4 links on page 1) for my keywords...for example "Donate Atlanta Breast Cancer 3 Day".

So far I am very impressed with the product. Hope to get some donations with this, but for a ranking test, it has lived up to the hype. I can't wait to try it with MONEY sites.

        Cheers,
        Ken Hughey

Do you mean app, because TG is a tool not a biz opp. I agree that in this case it seems a bit pricey, but tools are necessary.

Plus SeoNUke and Pushbuttontraffic cost the same and submit to a bunch of video sites and they both do a lot more. Although SeoNuke is down and I think it's very blackhat(I could be wrong).

I was considering TG because of the free slideshow software till I found Flypaper.com.
I've also bookmarked some sites(I just got to find them) that submit to 12-20 video sites for free or a lot cheaper.

For anybody interested, Flypaper is prettycool and simple and has a 30 day trial and is $22 a month or $195 a year, plus it does a little submitting, but not to over 30 like TG. TG does submit to the most video sites though.

Hi Joshua, the SEnuke site was temporarily down on the 22nd while we updated scripts. As far as SEnuke being Blackhat...no way! SEnuke simply automates the entire Web 2.0 marketing strategy and then some. However, because SEnuke is so powerful and also has the ability to automatically create accounts (verifies activation emails also) at Web 2.0 properties it can be used unethically so I guess you could consider SEnuke to only be as ethical as its users.

        Thanks

P.S. Traffic Geyser has been great for me... I was able get for free just by showing business owner how to use correctly... most of the time people just put anything in keywords and title and tags... without the proper SEO knowledge... it is not worth of paying $97 per month...

No, I'm not using Traffic Geyser.

No tool, just me, 10 minutes a day for a whole week to two video sites a day. Does the same job just as effectively. Beats paying $97 a month for TG.

I used it for awhile. When it was new and only $47
    a month.

Realistically to get your money's worth out of it you will
need to produce a lot of videos. TG advises banging them
out fast'n'sloppy - basically spamming the video sites.

Depends what you are marketing and the speed at which
you can produce videos that aren't totally lame.

Ever try Heyspread? I get good results with it and it's super easy to use. I tried Traffic Geyser when it first came out and canceled. I didn't get the results they suggested and I just didn't have the time then to figure it all out. Heyspread is a pay as you go solution that is exceedingly reasonably priced and it works like a charm.

I've had great results with traffic geyser, but it's really a matter of your budget and what your time is worth. You can definitely use other methods which are cheaper or free, but it depends on what your time is worth. If every hour you work is worth a few hundred or even a thousand bucks then if it saves you an hour a month you're way ahead. Considering that it also submits videos to blogs, podcasts and bookmarking sites, it would take forever to do that all by hand and it save me a ton of time.

I used TrafficGeyser before for a client who had lots of videos to spare. It certainly brought along good results for the search engines at that time. You need to target your keywords properly and make sure you utilize it in the title, description of the video and add links into the description.

I only used TrafficGeyser for a month. There was a very high charge per month then and unless you can produce video continuously to use the service, you will be getting more value using TubeMogul instead.

    To Summarize...
    Use Traffic Geyser if
    - You produce loads of videos regularly to upload
    - You already have a strong sales system and
products to sell to realize the ROI
    - You wish to syndicate content on podcast directories
and social bookmarking sites at the same time

TubeMogul is a better choice and there is good tracking
    built into place as well.

I have used it for awhile and I think it is worth it if you produce videos for the web. My time is valuable and if I upload a video to Trafic Geyser it will submit my video to approx 50 sites at the same time, while I work on something else. I haven't seen anything else out there that compares. It will also warn you if something is going to cause the submission to fail before it is uploaded so you can fix it before it is submitted.

Just an update, I realize the price per month for TG has shrunk to $97. It used to be much more when I first tested it. And...if you exit the page, there is an exit pop-up that will allow you to try it for $1.

    That's actually worth considering.

    Be Well,

Traffic Geyser is an absolutely incredibly program. It not only submits your website to over 20 video hosting websites at once it also strips out the audio part and submits that to podcast directories while also automatically sending your link to 15 of the top social bookmarking websites. They are also changing and adding new features constantly. It takes you a long time to upload a video to 20 websites plus submit to podcast directories and also to bookmark them. With just one video per month it is well worth the cost. The videos are easy to create as well. This program rocks!

Here's a case study for you.

I set up a BANS site, made a quick header for it, and made an EASY slideshow type vid and blasted it to Traffic Geyser for a few high volume search terms.

It's now a little over 3 months later.

I've done ZERO other promotion for the site.

    Current earnings: $1187.75.

    Traffic Geyser WORKS. Period.

$97 a month is a pittance compared to the time it saves. I've had quite a few sites get monster traffic from them, but this particular one is a great example because TG is officially the ONLY thing I did to promote the site.

It was literally just pictures of items in the niche. I took a bunch of stock photos, popped them in an iMovie slideshow (with "Ken Burns" turned on), used some of the stock background music in iMovie, and branded it with my URL.

I made 3 more just like it, with different photos, and traffic geysered them (each one in 2 different formats) for 8 separate sets of keywords.

It happened to go viral on dailymotion.

The beauty of it is that different videos go viral on different sites. They each sit in different markets/demographics, and if you upload enough videos with the right keywords, it WILL result in traffic (often HUGE traffic).

The problem I had with trafficGeyer was that it was not just a simple set and forget.

Many of the different videos sites needed specially formated or different
sizes for the videos to look there best.

While it is true it is faster to submit the videos automatically. it does not do you any good if the video quality looks horrible.

You would be better off uploading them manually to the major sites and make sure the video looks good.

It helps but not worth the price.. if you have a few minutes a day you can do the submissions on your own... in fact another service has video submission as part of their array of features, Traffic Kahuna (not a shameless plug for them) but they had an auto submit service that submitted to 20 or so video sites, and the interface where you could bookmark the URLs for those submissions

Decided to bite the bullet and try out Traffic Geyser after trying out various alternative softwares. So far our favourite was TubeMogul, and it still is.

Despite the rave reviews on traffic geyser. My staff have found it very buggy and we have been wasting alot of time submitting videos that end up with errors. Sometimes it poses an error and yet the video is posted, giving us cases of multiple videos uploaded to the same platform.

With unstable reporting, we are not very confidant of taking their verification of successful/failure status point blank. And it'd be too time consuming to check each website individually to see if the video is posted.

We have given up and decided to stick to our usual combo of tubemogul, bookmarkingdemon, socialbot and rsssubmit for our work. My personal opinion is that specialized software comes up tops in the end.

Not to knock Traffic Geyser, but perhaps my guy just couldn't quite figure it out. *shrugs*

Now's the bigger issue, I'm try to cancel our subscription and I just cannot seem to issue a ticket in the supportdesk. It either keeps logging me out or when I try issuing a billing ticket. The page just doesn't change. I've emailed them and hopefully they will cancel my subscription before the bill comes.

I've used TG a month, not too sure about it - definitely don't like the slideshow creator, and lots of errors w/submission - and don't do tons of videos, at least yet.

    Haven't tried TubeMogul yet.

What are their prices for the paid versions? They don't say on the site - wondered what they cost and if they're worth it.

I've been using TubeMogul. It's free and it allows you
to track your stats on the video sites.

But it doesn't have as many features as TrafficGeyser and
doesn't submit to as many sites.

However, it's still quite a good option for video traffic.

Most of your traffic will be from youtube anyway when it
    comes to videos.

My preference is Traffic Geyser because of how innovative they are. They go beyond just video submissions. I know I said this above, but they are totally worth the $97/month. Their service includes podcast submissions, social bookmarking submissions, video submissions, blog submissions, and they even let you record the content from your own phone line. They make life much, much easier. I owe a lot of my success to Traffic Geyser.

I had used it when it was first launched. The problems at that time were
    a) You need to make a lot of videos in order to submit it to the sites in their list. If you cannot do this then there is no use paying monthly for it
    b) You can use Tube Mogul for the major sites. Yes, TG has a lot many sites, but many of them are unheard and I am not sure how popular they are. Tube Mogul is free
    c) You can get some traffic as soon as you submit the videos but soon after it peters off. You have to keep on making and posting furiously.
    d) TG is not really hands off. Sometimes there are errors while posting and you have to go to the site and manually upload the video. So its not totally hands off.
It may work for some very highly popular and large volume KW but not for niches.
    e) You could try a service called SpotMixer, it charges $49 a month but the cool part is that there are a lot of Video templates that make the creation of the video easy. You can make a video with their stock images and clips, add your slogans/links and you're ready to go. I tried this and the service works, but the entire concept of submitting videos to get ranks and traffic did not work for me.
Just my 2 cents worth, hope it helps !
