Chris Farrell's Membership Site

Hi everyone,

Is Chris' site really good for a beginner? And the most important part is does the program work itself?

I've been reading all sort of good reviews about this membership site. I really would like to get some "outcome" comments regarding this membership site.

Any current Chris' site members would like to chimp in? It will be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi WyattTenG,

I joined Chris Farrell's membership site two months ago and I have to say that it's probably the best membership site I have joined so far and I know it sounds so cliche but it's that good. Because of this membership site, I was able to build my own sites called

If you truly are a newbie in Internet Marketing, then I believe that you will benefit from his site.

I have never stayed more than a month on any membership site I joined in the past because either the price was too much or the information inside just wasn't worth it to me. This is the first time I have actually stayed longer than a month and you can bet I will continue to stay as long as Chris delivers good stuff and he does.

Have you ever had any internet marketing guru actually let you use his squeeze pages or his website to promote? As you can see from my links below, I actually do use Chris' squeeze page and have actually started building my list, which I never had before so I'm pretty excited about that.

Customer service is fantastic and all my questions were answered quickly either through forum or email.

Chris does a lot of his training via videos as you will come to realize and to me, that is great because I'm more of a visual learner and I have to see something so I can follow along. He doesn't use any of that Internet marketing jargon or lingo either. It's as if he's right there next to you showing you step by step what to do. Inside his members area, you will find a link that he calls "21 days to success" and he literally takes you step by step and guides you on what to do every day in order to make that first income online, I gotta say that stuff is awesome.

My advice is that you try out his site. I believe he gives you access for less then $5 for a seven day trial so check it out and look around. I think you will like it. He even tells you where to go and what to do first once you join his site.

I don't subscribe to a lot of internet marketers but Chris Farrell is definitely one of the few. I actually just logged on and I noticed that he just made a series of videos called "Your first 33 days here" and he tells you one day a time for 33 days what to do on his site so you can get started quickly...this is fantastic!

    Hope to see you there.

It is good and will give you all the technical expertise you need to get started in IM but I would say that there are areas where you will need to acquire more in-depth training as you progress, e.g. keyword research, copywriting and product creation, to name but a few. Chris does continually add to what is already a comprehensive site so it may be that in the future these areas will be more thoroughly addressed.

The forum is lively and highly supportive but, as with any forum, you need to be selective about the information you apply. Overall, it is an excellent choice for newbies that represents exceptional value. Chris used to be a DJ over here in the UK and it shows - his presentations are very professional and he exudes calm and integrity.

As for outcome, there are any number of testimonials on his site although those that give actual figures earned are, understandably, thin on the ground. I think you have to look at this as a long-term approach to IM. I used it to acquire some technical skills I did not possess and, more importantly, to acquire a realistic mindset. I mix in what I learned here with other knowledge I have since acquired so it's hard for me to tell you how much I have gained from it fiscally other than to say I think it will prove an excellent foundation for some projects that I view as solid future earners.

Hope that helps and, if I were you, I would give it a try.

I have been on the Warrior Forum for quite a while now. I write VERY FEW posts. I will risk my "Very Few" ranking to comment on Chris Farrell...he is simply EXCELLENT.

      He educates without talking down.....
He walks through concepts without the "feet in wet cement" tone....
He actually responds to questions....AND in a timely manner......
He conveys the "Been There" understanding without the War Stories.........

I could go on, but I think you can glean I approve of Chris and all that he teaches.

      Here's the secret.....CHERISH THIS ADVICE.....it is the key to everything;

Chose a segment of the internet that interest you....."ONE SEGMENT"...learn it, exclude everyone and everything until you are happy with your level of understanding.....LET NO ONE TELL YOU WHAT YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...NO ONE!
I'll say that again...."LET NO ONE TELL YOU WHAT YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN!!!!"

I don't care if it's SEO, Website Authoring, Traffic Production, Minisites, Affiliate Sales & Marketing, Graphics, Blogging, Keyword research, Copy Writing, Article Marketing, Back Links Marketing, Social Site Marketing, List Building, Outsourcing, Web to Main Street, Software Programing, Public Domain, Website Flipping, Google Adwords, PPC, Public Domain, POD (Publish On Demand), and/or anything else you can learn.

ALL OF THESE CAN MAKE YOU MONEY!! And they all build a broader base of knowledge from which to operate. Yes, you can outsource a lot of any endeavor, but if you don't have at least a working knowledge of that which you're outsourcing, be prepared for some rocky roads in the future.

Take your time....if you don't have time, none of this will ever bail you out and you would be better advised to seek a living or funds from an alternate source.

      Focus............

and remember what Henry Ford said,

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're probably right!"

I love the membership. I originally joined because I was a technical idiot. I'm developing a real business. I am no longer a technophobe.

He is a fantastic teacher. He makes the complex sound so easy.

The forum is great. If you want help with anything - you just ask, and you will definitely get your issue resolved.

The membership keeps on evolving with new sections, videos etc added on a very regular basis.

Don't forget, you also get hosting included with your membership fee.

Is it good for a beginner? You ask.
No! Its much better than good. He will take you from knowing nothing to earning your first dollar. Seriously, I'm not kidding.

WyattTenG, I'm biased, so instead of taking my word for it, why don't you take the $4.95 trial. See what YOU think of it. Its dead easy to cancel if you don't think its right for you. You really have nothing to lose.

        Best,

        Good day Jack

I found what you said to be pretty profound and accurate. There are so many "shiney new things" out there and they ONLY create distractions. I have recently been burnt by Zeek Rewards episode and so to try and recover I have turned to Chris Farrell. I note that all the posts here are from 2010 or further back. Is this still up and running, would it be worth being an affilliate for Chris Farrell's Membership site. Has it been updated recently or is he just cruising along with all the stuff he created in 2008 & 2009? Would be great to have some recent feedback. Also Jack

Chris Farrell's website banner is currently saying there is 1 day to go to until the relaunch, and it will be on 28th August.

I fully understand people's frustrations at the wait for the new training materials. But having had a sneak preview on a recent webinar, the new site looks to be a one-stop-shop for anyone serious about learning how to earn money online.

After the relaunch would be an ideal time to check out the site - there will be a 7 day trial for just $1.

          Regards

Here's another thumbs up for CFM.

If you are a newbie and want to learn about internet marketing then CFM

is the place to be.Before I joined his site I was clueless but now I am a lot more clued up.

I've been building my list and have learned how to put up blogs and squeezepages (see my sig.file below).Without Chris's help I would still be
      in the 'Dark Ages'.

If you are a newbie I would highly recommend joining.

      Kind regards,

      Mark.

I am currently a member of Chris Farrell's membership site and have been for several months now. I have to say that in my opinion, CF is hands down the BEST IM teacher today. He is a natural at teaching, he's likable, very detailed and ever so knowledgable.

The price he charges for his membership ($27 per month) is ridiculous. He could probably charge $97/month and it would still be considered a great deal for all he gives you. It'm amazing.

He has video tutorials for everything, artciles, rebrandable ebooks, etc. I have checked other guru membership sites that charge a lot more but give so much less. Everything is completely step by step and nothing left out!

I see him as being a pioneer of the new wave of membership sites. Guru's need to take notice and use his businmess model. If they did, there would be more successful Internet Marketers out there.

If you are still unsure, I think he still runs a trail $4.95 membership top try it on for size.

      Hope that helps.

Thanks for this awesome thread! I'm watching and listening him and already I'm excited! Thanks for this lovely post! He can be my teacher anytime. Especially when pronouncing the American prah-sess as PROH-SESS! LOL! Gotta love that English accent! LOL!

One pet peeve though. I absolutely HATE it when interviewers rudely interrupt the interviewee to try and point out or make a point with their viewers! Grrr! Why do they do that! It's so annoying and down right RUDE! Gosh, just let him have the floor and speak! (oh! but then again--he won't get to salivate over telling you he's in BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA--AND well, you're NOT! LOL) Geez!! Like a previous comment i can say that Chris Farrell's membership site
is good value. Far better than a lot of others i have seen. Yes it is aimed
at the newbie, but it has all the elements there that you need to start
      an internet business.

Chris has not been going all that long himself, no doubt as time goes on
he will extend his knowledge and be able to pass this on in due course.
It is designed to get you up and running a business, getting a website
up and all things that go with it. Different elements of marketing will be
expanded on in due time, not to over complicate basic start-up.

As long as he keeps the format the same and doesn't get to distsnt from
his members, he will do just fine.

So many positive comments...but I am not surprised.

I would highly recommend his membership site to anyone wanting to get started online and to anyone who has not made any significant money in internet marketing.

The stuff Chris teaches is rock solid and something which real businesses are built upon.

He has recently gone up on the membership fee, but you will not find a better value anywhere.

You can throw your money away on $27-$97 shiny objects and easily spend much more in the long run or you can join his membership and get more than enough information to have as much success as you desire.

I joined for a couple of months to test it out in order to see if it was worth promoting - I believe in buying a product before writing a review or promoting it to my list.

Anyway, I would certainly agree with most of what's been said about Chris' site. It has a great deal of useful, practical and helpful content for complete beginners. He covers most areas of online product promotion and marketing with current focus on Facebook and matters related to that for traffic, etc.

As I'm not new to IM or website building, I was able to look at it very critically. It seemed to me that whilst Chris shows beginners how to build sites from scratch, the focus seemed to be on affiliate marketing - with templates and images almost exclusively for the promotion of his own products by his members - viral or what! Well, why not!

Added to that, the membership fee includes hosting but that, to me, is a negative because it ties you in for life of your site to the membership. Or, at least, that's the intention because once you leave the membership, you have the hassle of transferring your sites elsewhere. Whlst that may not be such a big deal for most marketers, especially those more experienced, it's not something a newbie would find straightforward.

The forum is very active and the more experienced members (a few have been there for two or more years) are really kind, helpful and responsive to questions posted by newcomers. Chris and his team often respond to posts and do all they can to help those with difficulties.

I did learn two new things that had foxed me, before. Creating screen capture videos (these webinars are available to non-members, too) and inserting a banner in the signature box.

Did I think the monthly fee reasonable? Personally, I thought the fee @ $37 to be a tad high but then I'm comparing Chris with a legend - Bill Myer - (bmyers.com). Bill's membership site which is only $9/m (I've been a member for two or more years) is packed with content to which I wish I could devote even more time because there's always a great deal to learn each and every week, whether it's on creating screen capture or movie type videos, kindle publishing, creating physical and digital products/software. His field of expertise is immense and his generosity in sharing his knowledge and expertise (in forum responses and emails) is second to none.

I'd say join Chris' site for a period of three months and learn all you can during that time but I, personally, would not host my sites there, also, because of the limitations placed on CPU, bandwidth, and the few sites you are allowed to host on one account. You could have unlimited website hosting for as little as $7/m with Bluehost or Hostgator with more features than you could shake a stick at.

Once you have the basics, you could then look for specialists in fields relevant to your needs.

While I agree that Bill Myers' site is excellent in many ways, it is heavily slanted towards Video and Screen Capture.

If you nee to learn, polish and produce video, it's worth the money. However, for the newbie. it has to be Chris' Membership. Even if you aren't that new, or perhaps you still haven't made any money, a visit to Chris' site could encourage you to stop what's not working, and learn to do what does.

          Cheers

Well... On the other hand, wouldn't a newbie like to test their new found knowledge practically?

I agree that a limited hosting may not do much, but at least it can get them to start trying things.

Most newbie don't really get past the technical barrier and would likely be "unwilling" to pay unncessarily for extra hands-on practicals.

"Would you want to purchase a hosting package to learn to implement the things that are taught to you?"

The way I see, the hosting is a good compliment to the training program.

About transfering hosting, A good hosting company should be able to help you with that. Its not that complicated, you just need to provide them with certain information like FTP account and they will transfer for you in a day or 2.

I've been a member of Chris's membership site for 15 months. IMHO I think it's the best site for learning IM. Since joining, I've got some sites up and running - which is more than I thought I'd ever do, and I've built a list of about 200 subscribers. However, I could be much farther along than I am. My list could be much larger, and I could be earning much more than I currently am.

The reason I'm not doing as good as I'd like is because of ME! Because I've haven't yet applied myself like I know I need to. And I haven't taken advantage - on a consistent basis - of the wealth of information that is right there on Chris's site for the taking.

I know that consistency is key - and that my success is up to me. Chris provides everything you need to be successful, and I've seen on the forum that other members who have consistently applied the knowledge they've learned at Chris's membership site are doing very well.

I will ALWAYS be a member of Chris's site. I actually took advantage of his lifetime membership offer which he offered briefly back in March. I did so for many reasons. Mostly because Chris's attitude and teaching style is inspiring, Jeff "The Web Guy" Hope and other members of Chris's team are TOP NOTCH, and Chris is constantly adding new and valuable content.

The forum is the best one I've ever been involved with. Most members are very helpful towards each other, and I rarely see any member-to-member nastiness or parental-type comments, which really turns me off.

I get free hosting as part of the membership price for as many sites as I like. Plus they have Fantastico as part of Wordpress. I could go on an on. The only thing I would say is that they do not allow members to add viral invite-a-friend-type software programs to any of the sites that they host for members.

And - this is important - since signup is through Paypal, if a member wants to cancel their month to month membership, it's EASY AND FAST (unlike some programs I've run across recently where you can't even get through to cancel!).

So to sum it up: I heart Chris Farrell Membership.

There is a ton of free information on the chrisfarrellmembership site.

I'm going through the free to anyone (no membership required) 26 module VIDEO "A Successful Web Business Explained - Step By Step" Course now. To get to it, go to his main site and add /public/department131.cfm

Anyone who gives away free such high quality and useful information is one of the "good guys" in my book. I appreciate Chris's simple way of explaining things and putting all the pieces together in one place. It's just what I, as a newbie, have been looking for. Plus I love his English accent. What is it about American women loving British accents? IDK

Anyway, check out the course and other free stuff like I'm doing. I like what I see, so I'll probably join once I'm done with the free course.

I have joined so many different programmes over the period of 3 years and have not stuck to anything as yet usually because I don't fully understand something and come to a stop. However, I am in the process of watching Chris Farrell's free videos and I must say I am impressed. Chris shows you every step of the way. I think I will be joining his membership site. You can tell he really enjoys helping people.

Chris will teach you the basics and much more of IM and if you apply and use his stuff you will make money. His videos are detailed, if you don't understand something he'll create a short video to explain it in more detail. He genuinely cares about his members and most important don't spam you 24/7 with just another thing to buy. That is exactly what you need when you start out in IM - is not to be distracted by all the "new" shiny things on the market.

He gets my vote and his got a lovely accent, it, he is always friendly and helpful and responds to your questions. You never feel like an idiot or that you are bothering him. If you follow his course and get the basics right you can expand on that instead of jumping in with a program that leaves you in the dark and promise big money but you can't even use an autoresponder or set up a website. Lay a strong foundation and build on that. I'll admit there is certain areas that needs more info but you can just contact him and he will point you in the right direction.

I've been researching and learning all about IM for a few months now and came across Chris Farrell's membership site back in December 2009. His site became the missing links in my jigsaw puzzle (so to speak) of how to do what I KNEW had to be done.

I don't about any of you out there - but I have purchased many products in the past (esp. when I was a "newbie" trying to learn everything) and then I was left in oblivion - not knowing how to proceed with the product - ie. getting it up live on the "net" and
not enough information as to where to start and what to do next.

Chris covers EVERYTHING in his membership and goes through it all via step-by-step videos - which I find a great way to learn - and you can keep referring back to them until you master that skill. As Chris often says "IM is a process of skills" that you have to learn - but you only need to learn that skill once". When you have mastered the skill then you're one step closer to achieving your goals/dreams. I created my first website and had my first sale through his teachings.

Lastly, even though Chris lives in California he often travels back to the UK and, unlike a lot of Internet Marketers (or gurus as some people call them) he does put himself out to meeting members of his membership site. I had the pleasure of actually meeting him in January and to me - that's the true measure of the man - ALWAYS wanting to help others. If you decide to join only one membership site this year - join Chris Farrell's. You won't go far wrong. Here's to your success. Good Luck

I would say if your goal is to learn how to build your own squezepages and websites then this is the place for any body. I learned more from the free videos "an internet business explained" than all the other programs I've bought. I'm a member and will probably stay for a while.

Yes. I'm earning. But I was earning beforehand.

Chris teaches list building via squeeze pages. He teaches relationship marketing. He teaches you how to build a real and sustainable business. There is nothing new. No magic bullet. You're not going to be earning 50k, working two hours a day in your pyjamas.

I've most certainly tweaked my business, and now concentrate on list building. My strategy has changed massively due to what I have been taught at CFM.

There hapens to be a very lively forum over at CFM, and I would guess that the majority do not spend too much time, if any over at the WF. That would explain why there are very few earning claims made on this thread.

The only way to really find out how people are doing would be to try the 7 day trial for $4.95. Payment is PayPal, therefore its easy and in your own hands if you want to unsubscribe.

How much am I earning? Thats between me, my bank manager and the taxman

OK...well I'm a member here, and I was expecting some negative comments, this discussion isn't really balanced at all.

He's a great guy and it's a great resource for newbies, but it's lacking beyond that level.

I'm considering leaving now because his traffic course isn't well structured, and just offers a basic overview of what to do in each area rather than specific details, the kind of information you can research in a third of the time on wikipedia.

I'm planning to leave, which is regrettable, because his teaching style is eloquent.

There are a lot of membership sites out there, averaging $97/mth, and with a lot less content than what Chris offers. Many of them tend to promote their own products or offer 'packaged deals or biz-in-a-box type deals' so that you never really learn how to do anything yourself or learn the foundational tools of building an IM biz. Instead you're continually forking out for updates/upgrades/upsells etc etc BUT with Chris, he actually teaches you how to build a website, register your accounts on Clickbank/Paypal etc and much much more..... Before you can even think of making money, you've got to learn the basics don't you think? I'm here on WF cos Chris recommends it to his members... and I'm real happy with the stuff I'm learning here too!

I love Chris and his membership site, ANY success I have has been due to him and his wonderful wacky world of helpers. But yes I do buy other programs and resources, like traffic generation, to suppliment his information.

It is the cheapest most thourough membership site on the net. I've belonged to a few and still do have one other membership, the benefits are great-not that I actually learn anything from it.....

It is the best program bar none for people wanting to learn how to make a living online.

I really liked Jack's advice. I joined Chris's membership 6 weeks ago and the best advice is to stick with just one thing and as Chris explains, just learn one thing well at a time!

I have been trying so many programs for years now and I joined Chris's membership because of the great posts from people here on the Warrior Forum. Chris is the real deal and he really treats people as he would like to be treated. Most people it seems just want to sell you a program and then just leave you hanging. That is not the case with Chris Farrell.

Everything Chris was saying was exactly what I have been experiencing as well. You can learn a lot from Chris, but I never would have found him and started in his program if it wasn't for this great forum!

Thanks everyone on the Warrior Forum for your advice!

From subscribing to his free stuff and actually going thru them, I learnt how to build a webiste and use ftp etc.

Like someone said above, it may not be advanced, but it helped me clear the fog.

He also advocates focusing on one mastering one thing at a time, and taking time to build a business.

If for no other reason than that he deviates from the normal hypey IM pattern, it's a breath of fresh air.

I'm not a member, but I've definitely benefited from his free material.

ah someone is interested in income for newbies, I read it quite some ways up the thread but will be happy to post my income life as a newbie...

started in March with 1600 dollars from the sale of teacup chihuahuas. Budgeted 400 dollars per month for IM.

Went nuts bought a lot of sites and programs.

    March zero income
April very little like 18 dollars
May 134 dollars yeah I am on my wayyy
    June nine dollars
    July 18 dollars
NOTE I had hired a tech in June to do the techie stuff - He used his own affiliate links instead of mine.....thus no income. Caught it in August.
    August 165 dollars
    September so far 170 dollars

ps in August had to sell ggrandmothers gold jewelry to stay in IM business.

But I believe I shall make it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnell. But I am taking the time off to learn the craft. You must learn how to do all the tech stuff. Even if you just go in and check their work, and as Hitesh says when they screw it up you got to be able to step in and fix it.

So Chris Farrell teaches me all the basics and I have gone back and I am redoing all the basic techie stuff again and again until I get it. Learn how to move from one host to another, I am working on that now and whew it is tough. But do it.

    michele
hope this helps someone. I hate admitting how little I am making. and this is gross income. If I subtracted my expenses-cash expenses I would be in the RED.

I had actually managed to get Chris' excellent "How to create your first website guide" pdf book sometime ago. Unfortunately, I didn't read or follow up on his suggestions. I wish I'd done it as it would have saved myself some hard earned money!

He's a good teacher no doubt and I like his step by step approach. I could say that ebook could be the newbies' IM "textbook" for all just starting out The membership site, from what I see, is an extension of this. A very good investment for sure.

Without doubt in my mind, Chris Farrell Membership is THE best membership site for newbies - bar none.

This is why I promote CF Membership in several places. I know that if my customers investigate and join, they will associate my business with a genuinely helpful resource.

He is one of the few mentors who understnds that newcomers can't follow all the jargon, and often don't know where to start. His style is to teach in layman's English, which speeds up the learning process a lot.

Provide you pay attention, and follow the step-by-step advice, you can join many before who have become successful, and I mean many.

You're given (not sold, unless you count the membership fee) tons of resources too, but not the usual Information Overload stuff which drowns many rookies.

I don't believe there's a faster way to make the right decisions and apply them in the right order. The monthly $37.00 fee is well worth every penny. He didn't win his top IM awards two years in a row for nothing.

You have to bring some things with you if you join:

          An open mind, putting your biases aside;
          A willingness to look, listen and learn;
A willingness to apply what you learn.

          Cheers

          Alan

IMHO, Chris Farrell's membership site is little more than a paid affiliate army. He didn't make significant income until he started teaching others how to sell his membership site under the promise of teaching them how to make money online.

Simply because someone may have a poor opinion of anothers product doesn't necessarily mean there is any type of vendetta going on.

In fact, I don't expect anyone to believe what I say. Just do your own research and the truth isn't hard to find.
