Any good courses on licencing to offline businesses?

I just finished watching a video of Bob Serling's on licencing your products and services to local businesses (instead of selling them and giving them full ability to do with them whatever they pleased)

I went to see if the course was still for sale at Million Dollar Licensing 2.0 but it seems the doors are shut (as normal for the big stuff)

Just wondering if anyone knows of any other great courses / products on the topic of licencing products/services out as a business model?

For those that had purchased Bob Serling's course, did it also come with licencing agreement templates etc. (as those would obviously be needed to solidify the terms and conditions of use)
