I am looking for some ideas or feedback on a current product/program launch I just attempted.
I have a list of 5,000 business women across North America. They are mostly small business owners who work traditional brick/mortar or home based businesses.
I recently surveyed them about what their #1 challenge was and the majority told me it was time management. So over the course of the year, I sought out a time management expert who I felt these women could relate to and who had time management down pat!
So I put together an 8 week program and started my launch.
I tried to do everything as "Mass Control" style as I could.
I made 4 money magnet videos...3 with free training, 1 with proof.
Released them over the course of 2 weeks.
Created some urgency in that the doors for registration was only 7 days.
Emailed my list constantly.
Invaded the forums (I hired people to do this full time)
Connected with JV/Affiliates who also had large lists similar to mine.
Did as much banner & PPC as I could afford.
The doors for registration opened 3 days ago and I've had 1 sign up.
It's been very disappointing and embarassing..but I'm determined to learn from this and have my next launch be a complete success.
