Anyone having problems with Market Samurai??

Hi guys,

Am waiting on the Market Samurai help desk to get back to me, but thought I'd ask here in the meantime if anyone else is having problems with the software?

I can't seem to generate any keywords.

Am using the latest version, have followed all of their instructions, even through to trying to upload a debugging file for the help desk, but it just timed out.

Anyone experienced the same or similar???

  • Have you tried turning off/on the inbuilt proxies? I'm not having any issues myself.

      I had nothing but problems with it. I don't remember getting anything out of it, and then about the second day I had it, it expired. After that I just gave up on it

  • My issue right now is with rank tracker it's saying a specific term is in "x" position and when you click on it in Market Sam, it's nowhere to be seen. When I look at it manually I can see where it truly is.

    Nuisance, apart from that everything works fine.

  • I am using Market Samurai and it works perfectly for me it generate any keywords in an instant. Try to Uninstall it, and install again, maybe it will works normally.

  • I think overall Market Samurai is great. However I get wildly inaccurate results when setting the project country to the UK. MS reported searches are much lower than Google Keyword tool 9adjust both to daily). I have taken this up and they were looking into this (some months ago now). Anyone else noticed this?

    • I find it's always best to double check your keyword and competition information in more than just one place so you don't end up wasting your time.

      If you have issues with Market Samurai it' s always worth reinstalling it even if it says it's up to date, I don't usually have any issues with it though.
  • Yeah I'm seeing that too, for many of my pages. It's way off. I'm sending in my MS file to tech since they requested it.. we'll see what they have to say.

    I'm still in the trial edition, so... still on the fence about this software.

    • So they have my data file and still have not responded. On the MS forum they responded with "send us your MS file"--which seems to be the response most posts there get. I wonder if it's also the last everyone else hears from the tech team...
  • I heard back from them with I'm afraid what was nonsense.

    I love MS but as far as the rank tracker goes, it's become
    a useless tool.
  • I woke up and got a message that google are updating their data etc and i have been trying to do some keyword analysis for an hour anyone know the solution?
