Which article directories give you the best results?

My #1 used to be ezinearticles; however, they can be a big pain to get articles approved and submitted quickly, even if paying for their platinum membership.

These days, I know that many use articledashboard. Which directory do you find to be the best for building links to your sites?

    • I have no issues with Ezine, they are still my preferred. I also like Buzzle.
    • I can't seem to get an article approved from buzzle

      they seem to reject an article that is too similar to others submitted

  • Ezine articles seem to work for me. There are many others out there.
  • I'm still using ezine a lot, it works for me so far, I've heard a lot of people mention articlesbase and I've created an account but just haven't used it yet

    • I still like Ezine a lot but I wish we could have at least 1 do follow comment in the actual article... If anything else I enjoy buzzle and have been trying article dashboard recently.. waiting on the next PR update to see how well they perform.

  • EZA takes time to approve articles although has most exposure. Besides i use buzzle, articlealley and amazines. No problems so far.

    • I used GoArticles for a while and was impressed. Then it became a real challenge to get the articles indexed.

      Overall I would say EZA gives me the best results in terms of ease of indexing, good rankings, views and click-thru rate.
  • I find Article Base to be a great article submission site. It gets my articles published faster and ranked high with a little work for highly competitive niches.
  • I love articlesbase because they accept duplicate content...and despite that, it gets indexed and gives me considerable amount of traffic. Plus, they approve fast.

  • I still think Ezine articles is the best. It has produced the best results for me.
    Ive try I think 300 different ones LOL.

    But there many I would put in my top ten those. That produce somewhat close results.

    good too.

      I also like Buzzle, articlebase & americachronicle.
      They work for me.
  • I use Ezniearticles just like everyone else. I have been using amazines.com a lot lately and have been getting good results from it.
  • There are only just the major ones -- EZA, Articlebase, articledashboard, and Goarticles.

    With out all these thousands of article directories, what's the benefit of using them? To build backlinks to the major ones?
