Using Targeted Email Services

Has anyone ever used one of these services where the company will send bulk email to optin email addresses based on a category?

One site that I just came across is at doubleoptinoffer.com

Does anyone have any comments on using these services or if you have any recommendations?

    I just came across this, $49 to test a campaign of 300K seems a reasonable price...almost too good in fact....

    What kind of questions did you have. Not sure what that site is? that you are linking to. Get as much insight about the company as you can. I was an affiliate for one of those companies before and they were not legit. I have done some extensive research after being burned and found a company that is run by a warrior that provides what you are looking for.
