Hi,

I have received an email promoting another traffic method which promises amazing results in a short time.

It is called ZeroDownTraffic Blueprint and the sales page looks a bit hipey.

I would like to check if anybody has tried it and can give us some reviews.

Thank you and best regards

This is a product for those totally new to IM, focusing on Twitter as a marketing tool.

All the info in the product is good, but there is nothing new in it for anyone with even just a bit of IM experience.

There are upsells after purchase... for a bootcamp version, and declining that, for a "best 4 methods" from the bootcamp. I did not purchase these, so I cannot give any insight.

Some methods that you can expect from Zero Down Traffic Blueprint course

Search engine optimization – This one is hot. Search engine traffic is the best source for free targeted traffic. If you are into marketing online, the first skill that you want to master is search engine optimization. Zero Down Traffic Blueprint is expect to include this tactic.
Video marketing. Video sharing sites like Youtube can also be used as source of traffic. The reason is people search for videos the same way they look for information at Google. Therefore, the traffic is highly targeted, just like Google or Yahoo.
Twitter website. Internet marketers had been using Twitter for years and this trend still continues. Twitter will allow you to post short messages known as tweets and you can also get lots of people to follow inside this social media.
Facebook marketing. This could be one new concept highlighted inside Zero Down Traffic Blueprint. Facebook is one hot social media site in 2010, and lots of internet marketing experts start seeing Facebook as one big traffic source that shouldn’t be missed.

Did I miss something? I've took a look to ZDTB and the only thing that I saw was this...

Zero down traffic blueprint are 6 videos in which Oli share some twitter tactics (nothing new...)

video #1 - Piggy back marketing - affiliate marketing with another name
video #2 - Setting up the foundations - "the plan" to get a profitable twitter account.
video #3 - How To Become an Instant Expert - how to leverage content to look like an expert in your niche...
Video # 4: Attracting "Buyer" Followers - you all know how to do that...
Video # 5: Turning Your Followers Into Raving Fans - not in the mood to comment...
Video # 6: Monetization, and Advanced Techniques - yeah... right...

There are also a bonus with Tellman's secret traffic training (nothing refreshing new about how to generate traffic to your sites)

and a bunch of cross sells on the download page.

I don't want to spoil the surprise but there is like a bizillions of other twitter tutorials that explain the same... concerning on twitter, there is nothing new under the sun.

I purchased this because it had crap written all over it, and it came recommend by someone I can always rely on if I want to get my hands on the next piece of overhyped junk.

Seems funny that the twitter account that he logs into in the videos seems to have very few followers, doesn't it

Seriously, what has already been said is very true. Describing this product as a basic introduction to twitter is almost an overstatement.

There is no substance in it. It covers basic stuff like signing up for clickbank (yet again), adding followers on twitter by going through accounts of popular twitterers and then manually adding their followers, and a lot of other basics of twitter and business in general. Not quite as it is made out in the sales material, to say the least.

I could write a very long and in-depth review, but unfortunately I don't have time. But I can not state strongly enough that the claims made in the sales letter are wildly out of proportion with the content of the product - as if the myriad of upsells and cross sells didn't devaluate the product enough on their own.

Avoid this at all cost, it is yet another hyped up piece of regurgitated drivel spewed out from the bottom of this industry.

    Period.

You really should stop waisting your very valuable time on such products. By simply spending 10 seconds on the sales page you can get a very good idea that this is just another hyped out of proportion product that is not going to show or teach you anything you don't already know.

In the past 2 months there are simply too many of these type of crappy products that promise so much and deliver nothing at all.

I hope there will be an end to these type of newbie traps.

You said it... but we can never stop it.

But hopefully those of us with more experience who can see past the illusions can help raise awareness, if even on a small scale.

Too true! In fact, they look so much alike that I forget which ones I've already checked out -- I almost mixed up this one with another one that came through the pipeline recently, but this one seems to be even thinner on content...

Just wondering if the people promoting these aren't eventually facing a backlash from their subscribers as they lose all their credibility...

Of course, they may not have even looked at the product, not that that's an excuse.

      Elisabeth

BTW, I just checked out your link for the Adsense theme and I really appreciate the thorough instructions etc. on the page I landed on (and the theme, which I'll download in a minute). Thanks!!!

The really sad thing for me is that this product came very highly recommended by an internet marketer that I really trust - well ... trusted.

Among other things, he says, "You have to see this video quickly. Even I'm shocked."

    Well so am I.

Has everyone become so desperate that they'll tout anything that comes along?

And by the way, it's another one of those "only 250 sold" deals.

Yet when you click away from the page you get a $10 discount offer.

Most of the clickbank products lately, and the top sellers right now, spell the word "scam" in salescopy.

    Take zerodowntrafficblueprint..

Looks like one lucky copywriter in UK was very busy these months...

Every single UK launch follows the same pattern, broken guy to millionaire, thousands of dollars in minutes, millions of visitors, just 250 copies to sell... downsells, upsells, cross sells, UK biglist bosses promoting...

All I can say is, sitting there and manually following the followers of the big wigs is so 2008. He could at least take the time to research twitter follower software and recommend a free version of one. I give far better twitter instructions in the 2 pages in my pdf.

I am not going to say much here, I said everything there is to say on my own site.

It's amazing how a sales page can fool you into thinking your getting brand new traffic techniques never before released to the world. You make your payment...get into the members area...then realize you've been taken...Nothing New At All! When will marketers/copywriters ever learn buyers are becoming much smater than this technique now

I just got an email from a guru last evening that the product already did $200k in sales..and making money...

And that is the only thing that is important.

NOTE: I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS PRODUCT

The reason I put that disclaimer is because of the information I'm about to let everyone know. So, here we go again, another marketer taking advantage of consumers.

Right now, this has been a successful product launch for the owner. Why?
    1. Affiliate Utilization - There is at minimum confirmed 20 affiliates promoting this product, and potentially 60 or more.
    2. Hype -Hype via prizes, and offering $100 Cash if product doesn't work. (The cash offer to customers "may" be a violation of Clickbank TOS -- I have to re-read over this one)
    3. Quality of Affiliate Prizes vs. Quality of Product --Marketers are shucking this product to their list like there is no tomorrow without any validation of the quality of the product. Quality of the product should not equate to quantity of videos, or # of PDF's - it should equate to whether or not the product actually works & says what it's supposed to do. However, that aside, marketers would rather have a race to get the most money to win the prizes. The prizes ARE pretty good for this product launch & if squeezing your list for everything they got is what you do, then this is your type of opportunity -- but not your customers.

So, with that said, here is the major conundrum:

The site specifically says the following
    :

"Let me warn you...this special price is only available to 250 people... and once it's gone, it's gone forever!"

According to my research, this product has now sold: 5,000+ units in just 36 hours, almost close to $300,000.

    1. At least 250 people should be pissed that their purchase is NOT exclusive anymore. So the value of their purchase is now worthless.
    2. It's these types of statements & claims made in sales copy is what is very frustrating that comes out as a total lie, & this kind of stuff should be unacceptable.
    3. And the product is mainly about Twitter -- Well, it was a good job selling it because you have absolutely no clue what it's about until you purchase.

This launch utilized the new 1-Click upsell process. Possibly, a good portion of purchasers were ordering to test out what the experience was like.

But overall, my main pet peeze was the claim of 250 units & now boasting about 5,000 sold.

Thank you for what you said. I was going to go on a rant of a similar nature.

I don't think I'm alone here when I say this is absolutely despicable marketing. I bought the product because I have a perverse fascination these days with what I call "crap marketing." So-called "gurus" selling rehashed and over-hyped garbage on Clickstank seem to be the major violators.

But given the 60 day no questions asked guarantee, I can check out these products and if (when) they prove to be garbage, send them back. Call me cynical, but it's sorta gotten to be a hobby of mine – though I do think the CB returns department must know me by name these days!

      :-o

Since the Arbitrage Conspiracy debacle a few years ago, I've bought a ton of IM products from CB, the vast majority of which have gone back. ZDT will be going back as well.

To reiterate what others have said far more eloquently and in greater detail, ZDT is just a very carefully disguised and masked Twitter course. A handful of videos. That's it!

It's basically just an Introduction to Twitter with a few Twitter 101 tricks thrown in. I've seen better free Twitter stuff all over the place.

If you want *real* Twitter training, The Twitter Method offers 10,000X the value of this thing. And I've seen what appears to be far better courses being offered for far less here on WF. Furthermore, those courses are offered by guys with faces and last names. I'm not even sure this "Oli T" character of ZDT really exists. I seriously doubt that unless you've moved 500 units of ZTD, you could even reach him...

Still, even by recent Clickstank standards, this is a pretty bad product launch. Once I got inside I realized that the back-end and up-sells were just rehashed Affiliate X junk, too. But upon looking at the JV leader board, I wasn't surprised to see Chris X among the leaders! This is looking to me increasingly like a way for Chris X to foist more of his stuph on an unsuspecting market by total deceit.

Is this a kind of fraud? I dunno. But it sure smells like it...

Anyway, I mainly wanted to add that they're "now approaching 12,000" units" sold. Gosh, is it just me, or is that a bit more than 250?

Lies-of-omission, tricky-dicky marketing just sickens me.

(Attached are bits of a to-the-moment email sent by "Oli" to the ZDT JV list – some interesting names ("the usual suspects") in there...)

I just have to chip in with my 2 cents here and get this rant off my chest, because this recent craze about selling cheap $37 "pushbutton automation" products has really aroused my ire and fury. I don't buy any such products, and would NEVER promote any of this rehashed junk to my list (though I get questions about it all the time) as it would really ruin my credibility.

I can't believe these big, well-known Gurus can actually promote this crap with a straight face. This is utterly disgusting, and it seems like they've bought into a lie and just can't pass up on lucrative JVs that come their way, regardless of how crappy the product they're promoting is. I can't believe either how Oli (the creator of ZDT) can boast without a hint of remorse that he has been flooded with emails from customers who (apparently) LOVE his product.

Are they selling to some dumb idiots in an alternate universe that we have no knowledge of? I just can't believe the huge disconnect between what they're saying and the actual reality of what's taught within this product.
