Insiders HQ - Clickbank VP Recommeds It

Did you guys had a chance to see the 40 seconds video of Dush Ramachandran, the Vice President of Sales & Business Development for ClickBank, in which he recommends and supports Ran Aroussi and his latest product - Insiders HQ?

I got to say it is the first time I see Clickbank officially recommending a product like this. I guess that when Ran says he coached 8 out of the top 10 Clickbank super affiliates in 2010, he is not joking.

Anyone joined the course yet?

It's costly. However to use clickbank as a platform to promote IM product is not a wise move. Most IMers will use their own affiliate link to buy if it's really a good product.

I am pretty sure Clickbank has ways of checking this... After all, if your clickbank account is under your name and you are paying with your own paypal or credit card, it really isn't that hard for them to see you are the same dude... right?

At the moment they allow you to buy any product using your affiliate links provided you do not do it too often.

Yes, it's allowed but I don't think it's best practice. If you like the product and you are in the IM niche, why not promote it yourself after you've bought it? That way you'll get the money back, if you're good at marketing the product and get a few sales.

I was just watching the video on insidershq.com (official site) and this seems to be a top quality product. Looks like it has just about anything and everything you need to start an online business, which is what it's all about right? Building a business. On the other hand, I think all the information is available online, probably even here at WF , but, it does help with a nice package and a guiding hand.

Having Clickbank's Vice president doing a testimonial is pretty cool though !

Yeah, I didn't see that one coming... I also like the no hype on this launch. At least not like the regular hype we usually see. It also seems like not many super affiliates are promoting this and in my book, that it is actually a good thing.

Plus, this is a clickbank product which is very unusual for such a high priced product. You get the full 60 day money back no questions asked guarantee so they must be sure they can deliver.

Am I the only one who think it wasn't appropriate for ClickBank VP to recommend an IM related product?

I think it gives a real UNFAIR and unethical advantage for this product and for this vendor...

Maybe I am wrong and overreacting, but I believe getting testimonials from well known gurus is cool, but getting testimonials from OFFICIAL representatives is a dangerous trend, especially for newly launched products...

I seriously doubt that this will become a trend.

The entire concept behind this product was actually started by Clickbank people. Ran Aroussi has coached 8 out of the top 10 clickbank affiliate in 2009 and 2010 and on one of their meetings they simply suggested he will create a course that will be available for everyone (not just his friends in Israel) and so he did.

I actually think this is a great thing because I really doubt the VP of clickbank will recommend anything less than great.

As I said, I really don't think you will see this type of recommendation anytime soon...

Do you think that other marketers that hype the hell out of their products including lying on the sales page and promising stuff they never really going to deliver is not an unfair advantage they are using over other marketers who are honest and not trying to rip and scam people?

No I have not tried it yet but I am way past the newbie stage even though I would probably find some nice new techniques. I wish they had some marketing material for us affiliates to promote it. It looks good but it is pricey!

i haven't signed up for this insiders' hq yet, but from the video, the courses start on 25th/Oct, so i don't know if anyone could really give a review before that, from the video, it said that you could refund it, after you tried all the 8 week modules, so it did give some tension relief if you are not sure this is a good product.

i think it says something of Ran and what he teaches that the VP of clickbank would, for the first time i've ever seen, recommend a training product.

Ran saying he trained these top affiliates is one thing, having the VP of Clickbank saying so and recommending the product is another.

Everything he's done so far looks really slick, and provides good content.

It's through clickbank, so you cant lose.... its not like cb doesn't issue refunds. duh.

I'm not trying to be picky here, but I re-watched the video, and the clickbank product they are promoting in their video is claimed to only 'blogging to the bank', but the commission paid by that product and their screenshot of new setup account doesn't match up. The commission for blogging to the back is something like $13.25, but their clickbank account screen view has commission like $26.17, $46.42, $34.29. They all looked not like the commission from promoting that product. I don't know if it's I'm too picky on this or I missed something...

The commission is like $13 and some change but they made more than one sale plus bttb has a $295 upsell which $150 is paid to the affiliate. Ran and Phil are legit.

This is very strange launch. Really quite with no hype at all and usually every product Phil is launching has all the biggest affiliates promoting it.

Pretty disappointing to see that the really good products are not getting enough attention while all the crappy ones are being promoted by everyone.

So far I've received emails from Tim Bekker, Andre Chapron, John Jonas, Eric Rockefeller and Howie Schwartz promoting Insiders HQ.

Maybe the reason not all the big affiliates are promoting is that Ran and Phil doesn't have an affiliate contest with $10,000 or a Mercedes as #1 affiliate leader board prize?

They actually do have a contest and the number one prize is $25,000 !!!
$10,000 will go to 2nd place and $5,000 to the 3rd...

Any other ideas? I know that Ran is not well known but I guess this is why he joined forces with Phil as he is pretty known in the industry and had several big launches in the past year and a half.

Yes it's very disappointing to see this.

Marketers with lists know that the vast majority of newbies are looking to get rich overnight with no effort, (which of course doesn't exist). These people jump from one product to another, looking for that magic bullet.

These marketers with the big lists take advantage of them by promoting all these crappy 'get rich quick without doing anything' type of launches. They knowingly mislead (defraud may be more appropriate) their lists.

It's well known that top Clickbank affiliates earn well into 6 figures per month. Clickbank stating that 8 of their top 10 affiliates were trained by Aroussi is a HUGE statement.

It's sad to see that when a real good product comes out, it's ignored by the vast majority of these well known marketers with the big lists.

I guess things were not going to good with the sales as they just added a payment plan and you can sign up for only $97/m instead of the one time payment of $997.

They also changed the sales page...

Given the current ecomony, I'm not surprised they went to the monthly payment plan. It is pricey for what it appears what you will get.

Regarding the VP of marketing endorsing it, it "smells" of "conflict of interest" to me.

I'm skeptical of most high dollar programs so far because most contains all the info you can get online for free. There are some high dollar programs with their own proprietory software that could be worth it, but beyond that, any IM'r who has bought products in this niche probably have bought everything they need to build their business.

Let go of buying the "new" launches and start working with the programs and ebooks you have already!!

Given the facts that these guys are top CB affiliates and that the SEO of Clickbank says so this could be a little better than everything else similar out there, or what do you think?

Possibly because the good products make a mockery of the usual "get rich quick" crap they make their living peddling.

Perhaps also because the good ones advise not to subscribe to self proclaimed gurus lists.
