Dan Kuschells protege training
Basically Ive been missold this , told it was full of technical assistance and theres none, and now they want to charge me 15% and P&P. Now the P&P is bad enough but the 15% they can go f themselves .
Thing is now, surprise surprise, theyre playing dumb on the emails and I cant get into the customer service side to check on how my tickets for help are progressing .
Any advice on what I could do now? Im contacting my bank tomorrow to get advice and ask for their help in getting a full refund and twitter etc is gonna take a hit , bad news travels fast tho i doubt it will damage his bank balance.
