Easy Video Player 2 is sooo NOT for me

Hey can someone get in touch with Josh? I tried to put in a refund request (under my name just now 430am this morning central time) and got 2 emails when I sent the request to support@easyvideoplayer.com

One was support@webactix.zendesk.com (is this your company Josh?) it said
"Welcome to the Webactix Helpdesk. Please follow the link below to choose a password, and we will log you in right away."

And a code link and when I click the link it says "

The second email was from your gmail that read

Problem is I already emailed your support and not you. I am not sure if you got this or not.

Either way sir please respond when you can EVP for several reasons is not for me. One of the first times I have ever asked for a refund on anything.

  • Did this reeaaallllyyy need its own thread, there's one right below it! =P

    PS - Purchases through Clickbank are handled by Clickbank, just have to use the link in your receipt to request a refund...

    • Josh put out a good product..sure, the "upgrade" thing kind of threw me for a loop, but I've never seen a product creator who puts out a good product take such a beating lol
