    Hello, I would not recommend signing up with AM at this time.

    I have used them in the past and had success with them, but for the past few weeks it seems like they have competely stepped away from the computers. None of my support tickets are answered, and they will not fix my membership status.

    I do believe that they switched servers a couple weeks ago but I think maybe that messed up their support system. Traditionally they have been very flaky and unreliable, but when they do work they work well.

    I think maybe they will fix their problems once they get it all straight, but they may not and will simply end up in the fly-by-night dot com dumpster without issuing any refunds.

    I would not recommend article marketer at this time. If they fix up their system I will update this post. Currently I am using the Submit Your Article service which I have had no problems with, the only downside is the 8 article maximum every month.

      Yep, and here are tips:

      1) Get a squeeze ball or other stress release item while you work there, learning the ropes. You'll need it or lose hair, pulling it out.

      2) Keep young children out of the room while you work there, so they don't hear your cursing.

      3) Know that their rules or mainly known to them and are unique on the planet, like needing to use caps in ALL works in a title, like, "Smith Won the Presidency" would HAVE to be, "Smith Won The Presidency."

      And at times, you'll be asked to make every single paragraph a one-liner, as they believe paragraphs to too difficult for humans to read. Draw the line here, though, as that's ridiculous and goes against USA basic English grammar rules anyway. Plus a majority of readers actually do not prefer that online. Fill out a support ticket, and they'll adjust that so-called tech-glitch.

      4) Know the odds are way against any article at all passing muster the 1st and 2nd times through. It's the Law of ArticleMarketer. Once you accept that and allow for time, cursing, headaches, stress busters and revision, you'll be on the money there. The articles do seem to make rounds on the web, once they are submitted. It's a shame there is no author page to actually view all the links from the ArticleMarketer site like other directories have (an example is: Diana Barnum - Isnare.com Author ), but maybe there is and I'm missing it...

    Hello, a little over a week ago I posted my info about Article Marketer.

    I am happy to say that after my 5th support ticket they finally fixed my account, and so far I have sent out 2 articles that are both listed in Google, so it seems to me their service is back working again.

    It does take longer than a day for review but usually no longer than three.

    Also regarding the long post above, I think their rules might be hard to get at first but after a while its easy. The account in question was a brand new account, and the first article submission in a new account will usually get flagged the most but it passed without any problems.

      Thanks Nathan, I'm glad you got things straightened out. We are still making some repairs after the recent server move, and it is causing some delays at our support desk.

      Lots and lots of folks use our service, so when it's down, we have a some catching up to do!

      Anyway, I'm happy to answer any other questions you might have here. Or PM me.

        I have used AM.

        Is it good? Depends, it does distribute to lot of directories. However you do not have flexibility to modify Para title etc, your article will be showing once or twice for search term.

        You need to rewrite it many a times, I do not understand for what reasons.

        Once had account missing, sent a support ticket, they were quick enough to
        Respond.

        Currently I am not using it, as I am into multiple niches, it did not support Pen Names. When I was member, do not know the current status though

        Hope it helps.

    Stay away from AM.

    You would be better just submitting articles to a few key directories than mass-distributing them all over.

      Why dont you try isnare.com? I heard there very good in article distribution. It cost $2 per article but it is worth if you sit down to think of the stress you would go through submitting to article directories one by one

        Not recommended. They are extremely slow with approval even if you use paid service, and customer service is almost non-existent.

    I used them for about a year and then dumped them after marginal customer service. I actually got far better results submitting my own articles using:

    * Article Post Robot
    * Submitting my RSS feeds to RSS directories
    * Using PRWeb.com

    As long as I completed my keyword research and remained consistent I always outperformed my AM results. So I no longer use them.

    I use them for two months and when I want to cancel my membership, I met with some problem. So I sent them several emails and got NO reply at all.

    Poor service!

    I will not use it again.

      I swear i have never in my life experienced such a huge level of frustration. Every article you submit they have a so called article coach review it, then they tell you one or two things you need to change to get your article posted, then they say they will review it again the next day, well the next day rolls around, they review your article, at which point they come up with a few more things they want you to fix, then you fix that, then they tell you that they will review it again the next day, at which time they review it, and add more things thaey want you to fix. It is horrible. Just tell us everything we need to fix at once, let me fix those items all at once, and publish my articles. Also, the only way you can communicate with them is throug the god awful create a support ticket system, and they have a 48 to 72 hour response time. I had a article that the so called article coah didn't think the four word title of my article wasn't long enough, and that is subjective, and there was no way to tell them that it was exactly the title i wanted, and by the way six days later, that article still has not been posted. I'm telling you one week dealing with these idiots will literally have you cussing and pulling your hair out, and begging for a refund, which good luck with getting a refund, i have been asking through their cute little tech support create a ticket system, and still can't get a response. When you see Article Marketer RUN!
