{Review Needed} Anyone Know This Site?

They are an online marketing company who approached my father about marketing his company and bringing it online. It would target a local niche of NYC.

They are charging him $1000/mo to build a site, market his site, have a phone routing service to vet out service and job calls, and maintain it all.

Has anyone ever heard of them?
Is $1000/mo worth it?
Are there better offers out there?
Or should I just tell him to screw them and I will market and design his site. Only problem is, I can't offer the phone routing service.

Please help warriors.

    Google them.

    I remember seeing something about them upsetting business owners who had established sites because, as I understand it, they'll build another site for the business to pass "lead" info to the business owner and charge accordingly.

    I have no first hand experience with them.

    Just what I heard.

      Thank you. I will further google them. We are worried that the domain rights will be theirs and if we stop paying the $1000/mo they will own our .com
