I believe Ezinearticles takes ages to approve your article.

goarticles is quick.

I'd say EZA, since GOArticles do not have any reviewing process whatsoever. EZA is still regarded as #1 article directory.

EZA is certainly by any mean better than goarticle. Ranks great. Helps better in ranking your site.

I would also recommend EZA. No doubt it takes time to approve but its better to get quality backlinks instead of worthless links.

Both EZA and GoArticles are better, so as ArticlesBase. I am an EZA platinum author and I'm happy that my articles are approved within 2-3 working days.

  Starting off ezine articles takes about 7 days to approve an article but it seems to rank better with the search engines. My opinion is to post your articles on ezine and once approved then post them on goarticles. Use both directories.
  Also there is many other article directories you can post the article on after it has been approved by ezine.

I'd say Ezine Articles. You see a lot more articles there ranking on the first page for certain keywords, but that could also be because more people use EZA than other sites. Don't discount GoArticles though. It has a high page rank so it's good for backlinks as well. Submit your articles to both (to EZA first then to GoArticles after approval).

  I have 70 articles up on Ezinearticles.com.
  
  Here are the stats:
  
  Articles Views: 1,213,737
  URL Clicks: 61,595 <---traffic sent to my site.
  Click Rate: 5.1%
  
  I can't access stats like that for Goarticles...but most of the articles I have on that site have 30-40 views total.
  
  On Ezinearticles I have a few articles with over 100,000 views and 29 of them with over 10,000+ views.
  
  For me it isn't even close.
  
  Note: These are stats over a 3 year period. I did similar link building to both my Goarticles and Ezinearticles. The ezinearticles always outranked Goarticles.

Why is this an "either, or" question? Can post your article to both sites verbatim, since we all fully understand that syndicating your content is smart, yes?

Pound for pound though, you'll rank quicker with EZA but be left with only a top level domain link. Goarticles can rank fast as well with proper SEO and there you can have loads of affiliate links heading straight to a sales page.

I've tested both, and the differences are negligible and both have pro's and cons. So do both.

As others have suggested, post to EZA first, and then the other directories.

I've noticed over the past few months that my articles get republished the most from Articlebase.

Actually, you should post to Buzzle and EzineArticles at the same time. It will take EZA 7 days ( or longer ) to approve, and Buzzle will approve in 24 hours. If you try to submit an article to Buzzle AFTER it's approved at Ezine, then they will reject it. Ezine will accept it as long as it's to their standards, not because of duplicates.

No matter what anyone says, both Buzzle and ArticlesBase rank just as well as Ezine does in the SERPS, in many cases.
