I got a slew of emails on this yesterday. Submits to Video sites, Article sites,
Press Release Sites and will do some bookmarking. I'm sure a lot of you got the same emails. Did anybody buy it. Right now it's limited, and submits to only a few sites. And bookmarking, comes later from what I've read.
It's only $77 and if they keep adding to it like they say, could be a good buy.
But, does it actually work? I bought Traffic Anarchy which is also a submitter andit has a large failure rate. That's my concern.
If anybody bought, please give us your thoughts.

I too would like to hear from someone who has bought.

It looks pretty well organized and the lifetime license with planned upgrades would make it a pretty good deal... if it works as advertised and they are around for the long haul.

The problem, imho, with web-based tools is that if they close up shop you're out of business (at least as far as that tool is concerned. I'd prefer a script but am still giving this one some thought.

It would be nice if they had a sales page so that you could actually REVIEW what is being offered/features.... without having to listen to a video OVER AND OVER to get the points you miss.

RANT / FOOTNOTE: I'M REALLY STARTING TO HATE THESE VIDEO ONLY SALES PAGES. Videos should be followed by, or built into, the sales page so that the potential customer can QUICKLY GET TO THE POINT without having to listen to some boring, long-winded infomercial.

Video is being misused by many marketers imho. I usually just click on the video only sales pages and close them. I don't have time to listen to a video that drones for minute after minute just to get to the info I want to know.

      Amen Brother...

I never caught on with video only sales letters. I like video for SEO however..Short 2minutes teasers with cta's...Or how to info...My preference is sales page and if a video give us a demo of it's use and case study with the sales page...

I got similar e-mails and have not bought either. If you google it, it looks like maybe it originally came out in March? Or is that something else?

If this does anything like BuddyMedia's or Syncapse's platform, it's a STEAL at $77...

The 1-seat license, completely stripped down for either starts at like $300/month (albeit, it's MUCH MUCH more powerful than this)

I'm not sure if the software's been around since March (as you guys state), but the domain has been owned since January...

You may very well be right!

Here's a question, from your own personal tests, what trends have you noticed with Sales Page vs Video Sales Page?

My Video Sales pages always outsell Sales Pages.

I personally hate these kinds of videos! Many times the seller does not tell you what the product really is!

I prefer a sales letter. I did nor buy this and probably won't unless the reviews really blow my mind!

I'm not associate with this product just tired of these kinds of sales videos!

With these kinds of video sales pages, I often click out and then you may find other info. available.

I bought this yesterday, mainly because it is the only cross platform downloadable submission software I have been able to find so far.

    The pros:
    1) Built on Adobe Air, so it's mac friendly
    2) Clean interface, fairly intuitive to use
    3) $77 one time fee - I am getting so tired of monthly bills but....it's a trade off as obviously a hosted service is usually updated more often and better support over the long term

    The cons....
    1) It uses the Decaptcha.com - which apparently disappeared from the planet the day of the launch. But they appear to be on top of it providing a temporary workaround until they have a replacement service programmed in. Frustrating but I can't really blame them and I have to say their response to the issue bodes well for future such issues
    2) Of the 5 modules - only 4 are live! Right now you can submit videos, press releases, articles and FB & Twitter (they refer to as "viral"). The bookmarking module is grayed out and 'to be added later'
    3) It submits to a total of 20 sites...hello?? I guess for the price - it's okay but that just doesn't seem like much to me - maybe the bookmarking module will blow my socks off....but.....
    4) I almost did not buy in spite of the mac compatibility because of the video! I have to agree with others here that I am sick of wasting 20 minutes or more to get to the order page. They may convert but I can also tell you that I have passed on a lot of products lately until they came out with a direct link to order. Life is too short for these things.

Bottom line is that I will keep and use the software as it is mac compatible but if anyone knows of another one - let me know as I definitely still shopping! this holds promise but at the moment it is very limited in it's scope.

Thanks Melody for providing an actual rundown of the product.

It sounds like this service MAY mature into a viable application once it matures. Maybe with a little more beta testing...? But I agree with the consenus, a 'one-time' fee is a huge draw over the monthly services.

    Okay,

So outside of FB, Twitter & Digg (which I think you can link completely with TweetDeck or some other FREE software), would there be any reason to get this if you have UAW and TG?

Seems a bit useless other than the cross-platform aspect of it.

This was something Adel Chowdrdy was once behind a few months ago, as I had personally responded to one of his ads here on WF where he was looking for 'beta testers'. However, since that time, for one reason or another, he is no longer associated with it.

On a side note, the version I tested WAS NOT based on Adobe Air....it does look a lot better and I do see a few additional features that weren't included in the version I tested.

Looks much nicer and I like the additional features!

I'd say for the price, go for it..as long as you can use it in your business in a positive way!

    Update!

Decaptcha is still down but they have posted a workaround for everyone to use. Bookmarks section is still not added but they seem to be very responsive - it's a nice change to actually see the product owners responding for a change. Everything works as promised - I do wish there were more sites on the list - but I can live with this for now - since it is Mac compatible and a one time fee!

I bought this and "at first" asked for refund..

This product may not have been quite ready for prime time, but hey they launched it and away we go...

First day - the decaptcha server they recommend crashed.

As of today. they do have a fix for this and let me give you the low down on what where it auto registers to:

That was a huge selling point for me - (I hate captchas) well so far these seem to be working for auto-register.

Note: you have to use they're decaptcha info

    article dashboard
    article click
    article base
    FreePressindex
    BetaNews
    StupidVideos
    imageshack
    kewego

not a huge list, I know:

However... this product does have potential.

If they can get the decaptcha problem solved and get a ton more web properties on it, I can see them being a player.

the money is not in the list- the money is in the value you provide your customers.

That's my hope to be honest! While I admit to being a bit disappointed in the number of services represented - I am also willing to be patient with them and give them a chance to improve based on the communication that there has been with the developers so far - unlike another service I bought recently (nuff said).

I remember WPRobot in it's early stages, and it was a little rough around the edges, and today is one of the slickest blog builders on the market.

The fact that they have been on top of things and communicative since the beginning makes me want to wait and see what will happen.

    Will keep ya posted!

I don't think it can compete with SENuke by a long shot. The only place it has it beat is in price but then again you are getting what you pay for.

Thats for all the feed back. I too have been thinking about giving viral submitter a go. Again based on the price.

My concern was always the amount of web properties you could upload to. At the moment it does not seem to be as many as people would like.

I'm using seNuke. And it is the business for sure.
The price tag could seem high for most people at around $100 per month. You really need to be a "proper" business website owner at that price.

I'm in need of something less tough on the pocket for my community of newbies. Viral submitter seemed the perfect solution.

I'll be keeping an eye on it for further updates.
It does seem to be on it's way up.

Thanks again to Melody for the great in put.

I'll suggest Magic Submitter (Video, RSS, forum profiles, articles, supports spinning) creation of accounts automatically, creation of profiles), Article Marketing Robot (supports spinning, massive article directories, auto account creation, quick), and ScrapeBox. Of the three only Magic Submitter is monthly, $67.

I purchased and wish never had. I consider software not worth money at this point of development. Maybe I would have a different opinion of the product if I got updates from the developer which there hasn't been any. One exception was pushing someone elses product if you want to count that as an update.
