    Hi!

Personally I found Info Prodigy by Steve Clayton and Tim Godfrey an excellent course, however that was a limited copy course I believe. The information Russell Brunson includes in his MC2.0 is good, but is more focused on creating the membership site.

With info product creation the process is very similar......find a product your customers want.....create......sell.

Both guides just give lots of advice on how best to approach each step.

    Regards

    Chris

Someone else asked this yesterday and here was my answer:

I used 20 Minute Payday - not an affiliate, not my site, don't make a dime from it, but it is our success story we have allowed Russell to use about us. I can't recommend it enough since we didn't even know what IM was when we stumbled upon Russell and went through this from start to finish. Hope that helps!

    hope that helps!

Wow this one looks pretty good... and for $47.00? I am sure this one has a huge back-end built into it.

First off, there is plenty of free stuff out there to help you learn how to create a product. Second, if you can write and convert a file into a PDF file, or create a video, or an audio, you can create a product. It's not that hard. I would look into some of the free stuff to help you with product creation before paying for anything out there. Just my opinion.

      Look no further my friend.
The ALL TIME best report I've ever seen (and I am not biased nor affiliated) must be Jason Fladlien's "Info Product In Under 48 Hrs" report:
      http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...d-version.html
Don't be fooled by the age of that report.
      It's both timeless and excellent.
Don't be fooled by Jason's eccentric looks and behavior either. That guy is the real deal when it comes to setting goals versus time management.

Had you not mentioned this, I would have been the first to recommend this product. DEFINITELY a must-have guide for any infopreneur (no, anyone involved in online marketing, period.)

        Good look-out!

      Oh I think you misunderstood...

I have lots of experience in actual product creation I was just curious what people considered the "Best Info Product Creation Course". Whatever the consensus was I would purchase the course review it and make sure that I raise the bar in my own methods.

I am debating whether I am going to teach my method which I have personally used and have refined over the last 5 years or so.

I just am not sure about the whole concept of marketing "how to market info". or even the concept of creating an Info product about how to create an info product... Something just seems a little contrived to me in these marketing models... They always have... Maybe I'm just nuts

I really just want to over deliver and not charge an arm and a leg and hopefully in the process evolve my method from the feedback I get from teaching it. It works, it's a bit unique and it's been my proprietary method for awhile.

All the info product I have created for myself and others have been completely outside of the IM niche and it was like that on purpose... But lately I really have been feeling the "call" to teach and train and coach... I don't even care if I make that much money from it... It's more about tapping into an inner passion

I pretty much have it all down already and I think I was going to put it into a shippable DVD form and then have an option for personal follow-up coaching.

I have not decided yet.

Not much has really changed in the info product creation arena. You can find older materials for free with a quick search. It doesn't matter if its 10+ years old, its all good. There is also quite a bit of free information on this forum. You can get quite a bit by just reading the discussions about guides that others bought.

In my humble opinion, it doesn't matter how good the course is. You need to implement the system and be able to make money with it yourself. If not, you're just selling the concept or theory, it's not going to sell much.

    That's just my opinion.

      Absolutely...

I have my own proprietary system that I developed myself that I have used profitably for over 5 years. I have never taught it. As far as I can tell nothing out there is quite like it, but with that being said I am curious what other people are teaching and what is considered a quality info product creation training course... I'm always looking to up my game and learn a little more.

If I do decide to create my own Info Product Creation course and teach my methods that I have used I will definitely make sure I am providing the most value and most bang for the buck.

In my opinion, the best product creation courses are those that do NOT teach how to deceive buyers, how to create unethical mind tricks, how to write untruthful sales copies with things like "hurry only 1 left" and then suggest you to have "must have, or else..." OTOs.

Also, those that do not teach you how to bribe people to post reviews all over the Internet to create deceptional "authority".

In my opinion, the best courses are those that TRULY teach how you can help you niche in the BEST way possible without looking at money first.

So far, I wasn't able to find such a course.

So what I did was, I created info products based on treating people with respect, honesty and integrity. And delivering to them what THEY want.

Results? 13 - 15% conversions and constant "I LOVE YOU, THANK YOU" emails.

Jimmy D Brown's Small Reports Fortune is a good place to start.
It teaches you how to create 7-15 page reports that Sells.
It's better to start with small reports and then move to
    full length information products

    hope it helps
