Endless Rise and Hubshout are by far the best in my opinion. They cost a little bit more but you get better results than the other guys.

what's "Endless Rise" the SEO Resellers?, what does that mean?
It means that you can make a website get high rank and sell the website to some buyers?
You are finding the buyers, or not?

Hi.. I believe you are thinking more on the lines of "website flipping" like a lot of people do independently or on sites like flippa . com. This is actually reseller of SEO and other online marketing services like PPC management, Social Media Marketing etc.

SEO Resellers offer SEO and other Internet marketing services to "other" people/clients/small & large businesses.

They offer these services by "outsourcing white label" the work to someone else who may be more equipped/ capable to do the work requested.

(White label simply means the company will offer these services for your clients BUT with YOUR branding, so the work looks like it came from your directly and not from someone else).

For example, if I have a client who wants SEO for their local Real Estate business, and I personally may not be as talented in doing proper SEO or other marketing services, I will instead use"outsourced- white label services" from an SEO outsource company like HubShout or Endless Rise or eBrandz...or whoever you would like to use. The "outsource/ white label service" company will charge their fees for the service, I in turn will add my fee on top of that fee as my profit. The total between what the "outsourcing" company charges and what I charge is the total cost of what my client will pay one time or monthly. you submit fees to your outsource company and you keep your $150 or whatever you choose to charge.

        example figures here:

outsource company fees: $150/ monthly (more or less, depends on clients needs and OS company)
my add-on maybe another $150 (or more)
so client pays = $300 monthly...

Doesnt sound like a whole lot of money but, multiply that number by 10, 15, or even 20 clients paying you $150 monthly or more...

Some people profit/ charge anywhere from $300-$1000 per month depending on what the client needs. That $300-$1000 month is their profit after they have paid their outsource company....

Depending how aggressive and ambitious someone is...

        $300 x 12 clients (1 new client per month) = $3,600/ Month or $43,200 / year

$300 x 52 clients (1 new client per week) = $15,600/ Month or $187,200 / year with someone else doing the work for you...you simply gave the outsource company a lead/ client and work request!!

        Hope this helps

        Chris

What exactly do these guys do? If I have a couple of websites, can I just buy the SEO off of them at the better rates instead of reselling?

Does anyone know what type of SEO they actually do? I am new to this whole reseller SEO concept!

Basically, White-label seo solutions is an SEO service produced by one company (the producer) that other companies (the marketers) rebrand to make it appear as if they made it. You could Google it.
Anyway, there are lots of SEO reseller companies out there that you could try.

One thing to remember is that the SEO Reseller provider should be 100% focused on supporting your business and have accurate ranking tracking tools and a management dash board that you can operate from.

Control panel integration is critical if you plan to scale your client base to dozens of campaigns.

Can anyone comment on Hubshout's online management reputation?

How does it work? Does it just monitor everything or create citatiosn as well?

Does it monitor more than social network sites i.e does it monitor sites like ripoffreport.com or or can we input the sites we want monitored?

Does it streamline the ability to not only monitor but fix clients reputation?

Most of All, Is it White Label?

Well thats what your doing is just buying it from them for a low monthly rate then you sell it for whatever you want to sell it for. If I understand it correctly it is all white label.

    Hi all:

I am just now starting to work with Endless Rise as a reseller. So far, they have been very helpful and extremely responsive. I have been researching outsourced local SEO companies and so far I am the most impressed with these guys. I had a long conversation with Paul Stinemetz, CEO, and he really went through everything and answered my questions. I have been in frequent communication with Warner Carter and he also has been helpful and responsive.

I am just getting ramped up with local business marketing and cannot comment on the actual service. I CAN tell you that all of my local SEO business WILL be going through Endless Rise as I have been very impressed so far.

After I get things rolling, I can pop back here and update on my experience with them.

I searched for reviews and found some positive feedback. As I am a new member, I cannot post any links here, but you can find them by doing a Google search of their name or going to reviewcentre "dot" com "slash" reviews236302 "dot" html

I hope this helps and I will report back more info as things progress.

Hi Yvonne. Not much activity going on in here. I posted the same similar question earlier this summer and still did not get a response. I have done much research and have spoken to endless rise, hubshout, boostability and ebrandz and they all have desirable features. Endless Rise has been really good about following up with me and answering my questions. Boostability has been good also however, hubshout has gone above and beyond in not only addressing my concerns as I have years experience outsourcing to overseas with overall mediocre results, hubshout worked diligently to try and give me some options and for me is the best fit, even before I became a client. Now, having said that, hubshout and boostability are US owned and based companies versus endless rise and ebrandz which are based overseas (Philippines and India) and hubshout and boostabilty costs you much more, so that your margins may be less, if you are like me and have an online/internet marketing business helping local clients, Having said that for me, having outsourced overseas in the past where my profit margins are much higher, I would rather work with a local US company, that I know is aligned with Google (Google Adwords, certified, ex-googlers) and that follows the white hat guidelines as well that abides with US law than not. This is not to discredit endless rise or ebrandz as I have heard great things about both of them and know others who use them, it is just for me being that I would be using an SEO/PPC reseller for my clients, I cannot take any chances for SEO, PPC and written content. For other services such as social media, video marketing ,then I would consider using endless rise or ebrandz. So, I am going to be working with hubshout as they fit more in line with what I need for my business. If you decide to go with either hubshout, boostability or endless rise, let me know and I will forward you my contacts for them.

        I hope this helps..

Hey guys. It's been great to talk to some of you on the phone based on this thread. Keep the calls coming.... I often think that we spend too much time on the keyboard and not enough on the phone or face-to-face.

But one caution: As I said above, we have great respect for our competitors and believe that no business should every be bad-mouthing another. It's just not a good way to to do business. Toward that end, when you call, please don't ask us to do direct comparisons as it puts us in a very awkward position. Just let us tell you about our strengths and you decide what's best for your business. If it's not us, we understand...

It's a smaller Internet than you think... :-)

Hey guys! I just want to reiterate that it's been fantastic to talk to all of you who have called HubShout based on this thread. I have very fond memories of my intense times in TWF back when I was just learning SEO and it's really cool to be able to give back and share knowledge / help others who are just figuring things out. I can clearly remember just how crazy, complicated and overwhelming Internet Marketing seemed to me then.

As mentioned before in this thread, we have great respect for EndlessRise. As such, when you call please don't ask us to make comparisons to them - it puts everybody in an uncomfortable position. And as a policy, we simply won't bad-mouth any competition (ER or otherwise). It's just too small a world out there and we know how that feels on the receiving end.

As you look for an SEO reseller, I would recommend you spend time talking to everyone you are considering on the phone and do your own due-diligence. Be critical and draw your own conclusions. There is bound to be an SEO reseller out there that "fits" well with your style, objectives and customer needs.

It seems from first glance that the reporting for HubShout is more interactive and professional. The Google spreadsheets on Endless Rise are a little like 2005 websites. Grey and drab. But they look pretty good, regardless. I am curious if the prices are more as they may be justified.

Can anyone tell if the "Reseller Compare" link on Hubspot is comparing Endless Rise on there, prob so.. for $170. If so, I whonder how "dated" it is.

I will probably try both, will let you know.

Hi all. Sorry my PM box was full there for a while. I think we've gotten back to everyone who was interested from this thread.

I'd also urge people to check out our new Email Module re-launch! We are pretty much a MailChimp Lite now.. Who cares? Well, it's integrated into a single reporting dashboard. You can also private label the Email Module and basically offer your own Mail Chimp under your logo.. Again, as a stand-alone that's not too exciting, but bundled with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Sales and Phone tracking, etc - It's pretty cool. Call me to discuss and get a demo / screen share. We also have a bunch of Webinars on the website you should watch.

The reseller button on your site is not allowing me to complete the app.
Is there another way to do this?

I like both companies mentioned above, but I do think, in conjunction with having great results for the client, it is dually important to have a great presentation to submit to them, and with you phone message and lead management embedded into the system is awesome!

I may try both, I know ER offers video and social media marketing which i didnt see on your site, but I guess that's something I can outsource through them....

I am leaning more towards HubShout , although there is a small setup cost with them (100% is returned when you submit your first client ;-) ), but what they have to offer seems far more superior than the others I have seen. I also looked at eBrandz, but I have heard too many negatives. about their services; could just be unhappy people though. Cant please everyone...

Endless Rise looks really good too, I just dont like the looks of the software, but it is free to get started. Office is now located out of the country, may not matter to most people though as long as the job gets done...some people may prefer local company....all about choice...

Hubshout has the best platform and client reporting software I have seen. The interface looks way more professional than the others. I will report back soon...maybe after the holidays because I have to take care of some other things...but I will be in touch...

Thanks Chris I appreciate the input.

I had a lot of discussions with eBrandz and honestly everything seems really good, from their prices and service offerings and customization etc....the ONE thing that help me back was the language barrier. Unfortunately the accents were too much for me. Otherwise it seems like a perfect solution for anyone looking for a reseller. Most communication can be done by email anyway, I just felt more comfortable being able to talk on the phone without misunderstandings.

I have got this feedback from few others as well. (I am from ebrandz). For larger agencies we have started US based support. We have had good success with it and we are trying to offer this to more and more partners in 2012!

Like this for example - for one, this isn't even a sentence. Second, why would you ever think it's okay to use the term "pissed off" when representing your company and thirdly, this doesn't make any sense at all! Why would I be pissed? What does this all mean?

Also I just wanted to mention that in the english language when we put something in quotes like you've done, it generally conveys sarcasm instead of what it looks like you're trying to convey. This comes off looking really quite stupid.

Personally, I would HIGHLY recommend HubShout if you are looking for a white label reseller program. When I first ventured into seeking a white label reseller program, I stumbled across some thread here and decided to give Endless Rise a call. Every time I called, I reached a call center, and was told a sales rep would contact me back by the end of the day. (I believe they leave the office 5pm EST) This was on a Monday, around noon EST time. I did not receive a call back that day, and decided to give them a call back on Tuesday around 3pm. I was told again, that the sales rep would contact me ASAP. It took me calling on Wednesday, as well as Thursday to finally be in touch with the sales rep. All that the sales rep did was set up an appointment with me to speak to a 'Mike' for two days later, around 2pm?, I believe. I did not receive a call from Mike at 2pm, which I followed up with a call to him around 45 minutes after our set meeting (set through google calender). He did not pick up, though he did return my call around 20 minutes later. The conversation went something like this-

Mike: Yeah, so this number called me a little while ago?
Me: Yes hi, we were supposed to have a meeting to discuss Endless Rise' White Label Reseller Program at 2pm...
Mike: Oh, well what is it you wanted to know?
Me: Well, I am interested in the program and I would like some information about it, and what would be the process to sign up.
Mike: Okay, well what is your business' name? What is your website's name? How many clients do you have? How long have you been in business?
Me: ..... Well, I am currently becoming incorporated, I left the agency I was working for and have decided to venture on my own, and came to the conclusion that using a White Label Reseller program for some of the services I offer would be beneficial, and would give me more time to manage clients as well as offer more personalized services. So once the papers get back and it is set in stone, I would be more than happy to share that information with you. My website as well is under construction, though if you would like to take a sneak peak, I would be more than happy to e-mail you a link. I don't have clients currently, because as I said I am just becoming incorporated, and taking on my own clients. I left the agency I was working for around 6 months ago for personal reasons, and I am very excited to get back on gear and take on many clients, giving us both business. I actually have a large marketing campaign I am going to launch in my entire city in about a month, which will bring me a healthy amount of starter clients---
(Mike cut me off while speaking)
Mike: *Laughs* So you're telling me that you don't have a business, don't have a website, and don't have any clients? *laughs again* It looks like were not meant for you buddy, but if you want I can give you the number to one of our competitors who work with people like you, they're called HubShout.. give me a second and i'll give you their number.... by the way, where did you hear about us?
Me: .... The Warrior Forum, on some thread some time ago.
Mike: What!? Where did you find this thread!?
Me: As I said, it was some time ago.... I do not know the status of it or where to find it. I'm sure a quick search would lead you to it.
Mike: Yeah, whatever.... I bet. The number is-

The conversation ended there. And let me tell you, The week it took to get in touch with them, and the rude hostility that I was treated with was for the best, because their referral was fantastic.

I Called HubShout right then, and spoke to an account manager right away, by the name of Chris. He spoke with me for about 25 minutes, discussing their program, and the ins and outs. He set up an appointment for a screen-share meeting to show me a live preview of their stellar reporting software. During our meeting, Chris went over EVERYTHING that one would want to know, as well as answered every question I had. He treated me with great care, leaving a lasting impression of their business. Chris and I have had multiple conversations through e-mail, all thorough and professional. I will be signing with HubShout within the next 3 weeks, so if anyone has any questions about them from a customers P.O.V., feel free to send me a PM and I would be glad to talk to you. I am also very knowledgeable about the program through my heavy research and conversations with Chris, so if anyone has any general questions I should be able to answer them for you accurately.

In business, if someone leaves a lasting impression on you whether good or bad, I feel its important to share that wealth with others. I highly recommend HubShout, end of story.

Overall Endless Rise is a decent value for the money. As others have mentioned, they have a long turn around time, and the quality of writing is mediocre. The one upside is that Paul has a guilty conscience, so if you lean on him and complain about your campaigns he will cave and provide you with extra work for free or greatly reduced cost. Just make sure that when you bring your campaigns to him, you clearly state that you are "evaluating" their services on a trial basis, and have 50+ campaigns with a competitor that you want to move over. This gets him excited and makes him very pliable. If this sort of thing makes you squeamish, one of their competitors that are less apt to cut deals might be a better choice.

You just re-iterated what WebSeeds said about them.
You have to lie to them for them to be interested in doing business with you. That is a terrible way to start off a relationship with anybody.
A good company with great customer service will treat any and everyone like a potential customer and treat them well.
Apparently Endless Rise doesn't do this.

If they are not professional, why would you want to associate any part of your business with them...???
        I wouldn't....

While looking into outsourcing using a method similar to this can anyone tell me how much more would using some one like Hubshout be than hiring your own person off o'desk? Also would the cost-benfit analysis be justified in charging the extra difference, what are the benefits?

    Hi Everyone,

I suppose enough time has gone by without my posting in here, so I created an account just to respond to this thread. My name is Paul Stinemetz and I am the CEO of Endlessrise. Id like to clear up a few things from this thread.

    2. Our reporting has changed with the times and improved.

    3. Our turn around time on correspondence is extremely fast. Anyone can call 323-313-1234 and see for yourselves.

    4. I checked with my team in regards to WebSeeds's post and could not verify this happened. If this was a past employee, I extend my apologies as that is completely out of character for us to speak that way to anyone and should in no way reflect the image of our company.

    5. In regards to the comment from William on getting free work and getting a deal on volume. Well that is very simple and really does not involve me at all, we have a guarantee and if the campaign (given it fits the correct setup) does not meet guarantee, then we do provide free work. This is company policy. In regards to volume, as with nearly any company in the world, yes if you have volume to bring over we do have volume discounts.

    6. In regards to the post by vndnbrgj, no one needs to lie to us to do business with us. We do business with mega corporations and also very small start ups. I do not think that most people consider offering volume discounts as unprofessional.

Sorry for such a late reply! Just noticed this thread was updated.

Though it is refreshing to see someone of your standings come to share a word, unfortunately, that is how I was treated. I do understand that was not particularly Endless Rise's fault, though the fact that you employed someone who communicated on that manner is saddening. The gentleman I spoke to was based out of New York. Not sure if that clears things up for you. If it'll help you, I would be more than happy to pm you my phone number so you can syndicate it with your system to see if that pulls up any records. It seemed that because I didn't have the information he wanted from me, he wouldn't share yours. Which is highly unprofessional, considering I gave him my backround story, was open, and honest.

I apologize for my review or statement on behalf of your company, I do not mean any harm. I do however hold a strong standing for my respect, and I value others respect as well. So I did find it important to share so noone would be put in the situation that I was.

For me, I did not sign with HubShout yet, only due to a medical emergency I needed to take care of over the past few months. Though, I am still in contact, and I am highly looking forward to working with them very soon.

Saw the thread and had to throw my two cents in.

I've been a freelance web designer for the past 6 years and am just now getting my feet wet in the offline space for online marketing services.

I heard about Endless Rise through my mastermind group. All 14 people in the group use Endless Rise to fulfill the services they sell. They are all very successful and have a business model that I can replicate because Endless Rise has one of the best and most reliable teams in the world and come through on the services they white label.

I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with their staff, including Paul who I've spoken with personally on multiple occassions when I got started a few months ago; he had answers to all my questions and has also provided me with ideas and valuable resources to help me get my first clients.

One of my coaches thats in the mastermind just achieved first page rankings for 3 different keywords on the national level less than 2 months into the campaign. Everyone in the group has similar stories, especially when it comes to local.

I can only speak for myself, but they are highly responsive and if the person I need to speak with isn't available, they always get back to me within 24 hours. They also hold bi-weekly Q&A Webinars in addition to being available for live chat from the dashboard and being able to pick up the phone anytime and talk to a project manager. What I am saying is that they have some of the best customer service I've experienced in any industry. Not to mention their reporting and analytics dashboard is top notch - you might just **** yourself when you see all the different modules and how things can be customized.

If you haven't used Endless Rise before, its well worth giving them a call to see if they are a good fit for your business model, there is definitely a shortage of quality white label online marketing resellers out there - for me, Endless Rise is the cream.

I needed to read this. Just started setting things up with ER and I am also a master mind member. I opted for the new reseller content service which includes professional vids and a newsletter. I plan to use ER to fulfill orders for clients ranging from 1 billion dollars in holdings to mom and pops with $1500 budgets.

I am no stranger to the idiosyncrasies of business as I have owned 3, but the customer in me stills wants things to go the way I want them to, on my time. Not always possible.

I am experienceing a slight break down in communication with ER at the moment (via skype and com hub) but in fairness I am calling today to see what type of solution they offer. Make no mistake about it, I do believe in this company based on sources I respect.

Many times things don't go right with outsourcers because the business owners have failed to put the proper processes in place before they hire an outsourcing team.

I expect ER to do a great job but in case I am wrong you will know about it. Cheers

So I called the number posted here by Paul. At extension 60 I had a very pleasant convo with a what I am almost certain was a Filipino young lady that spoke very good English.

After hearing my issue she agreed that something was awry and looked at my ticket. She was not in the department that handles my type of issue so she took my information and assured me I would receive a call back with the hour.

Approximately 30 minutes later my phone rang and it's who I needed to speak with.

Long story short I am pleased with the results. I never expect businesses to be flawless, God knows I am not, but I actually gain more respect (or not) by the way mistakes are handled.

By the time I left the phone I had 3 new skype addresses sent to me and a clear picture of what the future will be like as an ER reseller. I feel pretty good.

Gotta agree here. That's what I appreciate most about this company. They manage issues quite well (at least in my case a long ago.)

And though a bit off topic..... I think us IM'ers should be more optimistic like @kingsef. There's just tons of negativity on the net, even here at WF. Reading posts like this, aren't they contagious.

Seeing this thread bumped to the top I remembered I was going to reply with my experience, from the point of view of an enquirer.

I haven't used their services yet, and wouldn't bother replying, except that my experience was so different to webseeds that I felt I should.

I was in a similar situation around Christmas last year.....just had some initial queries, made it very clear that I was in preliminary "looking around" phase, and that as I was doing other things this would only be a part-time/on the side thing etc. I couldn't have been more upfront. Followed that with my questions, and sent email.

Well, Paul immediately had one of his staff attend to my queries (beyond what I asked for actually). At that point I had no idea whether this Paul guy was the CEO or a customer serive rep (or the office cleaner!).
I was attended to very courteously and had more than my expectations met with some extra info etc.

Since then, as it turned out, a web designer who has been training me on some of the business side of things actually has endlessrise as an outsourced solution he recommends (to those who aren't going to do seo etc themselves). This confirmed my own online research - they looked a lot better than a lot of other companies out there....and there are a LOT!

I can't speak for their services, I'll judge them on that if and when I use them. Like I said, a web designer I respect recommends them.
Personally, I have found them to be very accessible, very friendly and very helpful....especially compared to the (several) other companies I contacted (except I won't mention who they are or post anything negative).

No put down for being a newbie or only making enquiries. No company should take that approach anyway! You don't know who people know. You don't know what a "small time" contract might mean down the track. You should treat all enquiries with respect! That's my opinion anyway, and goes for any company.

Anyway.....that's my positive experience with endlessrise, and thought I ought to share it.

Reseller Agency With Endless Rise -- Little Guy -- Current Client Count = 3
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey guys and gals, Paul asked me to share my thoughts on Endless Rise and my experience. I am going out of my way to post something different than what I sent him here because I love the WF and I also love ER. When a company or organization does right by me I will certainly go to bat for them.

First off -- whomever that Mike guy is that Webseeds talked to should be fired --and I told Paul this.

I have never had an experience like this with anyone at ER, although if I did I would have told them to go F*ck themselves a long time ago .

Too much opportunity in this industry to stick with anyone who isn't doing things exactly as I want them done.

Now this is my honest feedback in regards to ER.

ER has enabled me to build a real business from the knowledge I posses. The teams over there are available on skype during business hours EST 9-5 and sometimes on weekends. I can also call any department during those hours and get an answer 99 calls out of a hundred (Yes I have made much more than that many ).

Each department is very helpful in always finding out what is going on with any of my campaigns even if it is being handled by another department.

And each time I bring a new client on, and each time they have a different service I start to see how simple it is to integrate what I am doing with what ER has to offer. The people there are friendly, humble, and they genuinely love to help -- which is extremely rare these days.

I still have a full time job and the company I work for has outsourced to a firm in the Philippines -- Filipinos seem to be generally more positive than Americans ( I am American maybe a little reverse racism ) But when a company treats employees like dog **** -- no matter what country they are in -- they become miserable. It is not a pleasure to talk to those people that are the outsourced help for the company I work for

I have looked high and low to find a more affordable set of services at the level of quality that Endless Rise provides. It doesn't exist. Everything is white hat, everything is tracked and documented and reported in a timely manner and with a mindset of flexibility.

With these first 3 clients I have brought on I have to admit I have been a bit unorganized, and the clients themselves had some serious issues with their listings and their websites going on.

Now imagine having a full time job and trying to manage a sloppy mess with all the aspects of an SEO+ Local+PPC campaign for 3 different clients. It's insanely frustrating. But everyone at ER no matter how crap a mood I am in that day -- if I send a message with an attitude (I am not perfectly zen yet -- perhaps when the job is no longer in my life that will be a step closer to reality) ER staff always responds respectfully and in a tone that is nothing but helpful.

Quite frankly ER is one of the best companies I have ever done business with.

It is so very rare that people matter anymore in businesses that have a long track record of success and are doing big numbers.

I do feel like I matter working with Endless Rise, often times I feel like I am their only customer. That is something worth shouting from the rooftops about.

Review my past posts -- I have no affiliation with ER. Just a reseller agency -- squirrel trying to find a nut so to speak.

I don't give a **** about my grammar or spelling -- and if you are offended by that you can do like I would have told Mike to do.

I don't paint phony pictures and never will -- there is a lot of bull**** on this forum from people who pretend to be something they are not. There are alot of great people here too, but I don't like to see comments and feedback on services that have not been fully tested and tried from open to close.

This is a real experience from a real solopreneur out there grinding everyday trying to make a better life for himself.

I am getting ready to hire an ops manager and a few admins to do lead generation for me. I wouldn't have come this far this fast without ER's consulting staff, their availability to assist, their organization, systems, and training and most importantly their overall positive attitude towards this business and their resellers.

OP's post is from 2010 -- Probably has found a reseller company or perhaps started his own by now . Hopefully this helps anyone who comes here in 2012. Give Endless Rise a shot, they have earned my respect, my trust, and my faith that -- when I tell a client I will do something -- they will help me get it done to specification.

As an aside if you want to sell these services but don't want to manage the workflow I can always use salespeople .

    Cheers!
    Steve

They all seem to have certain qualities and ebrandz and hubshout have impressive dashboards, however, I am still looking at the overall picture which also includes overall costs, margins, ROI. Hi Bsbear. I am not sure I am following your question? I offer SEO, PPC and other online marketing services to local and national businesses. Although, I have much experience with SEO, PPC, social media, etc, I choose to outsource the work instead of me doing this so I can run a smoother business. I was evaluating the seo reseller companies mentioned in this thread, which is what I commented on. Please rephrase your question...

I'm trialling 3 companies at the same time right now (EndlessRise, a Melbourne SEO firm and an Odesk family). I'm almost burnt-out and I need to start outsourcing before I quit forever or have a breakdown.

Anyway, they only start work on the 1st and 15th of each month (which is common in the Philippines), so I suggest you do the same so that you don't have the dilemma that I now face of having to update a client before knowing what exactly has been done. (Because they also only update you at the end of the cycle, or in their words "around the 2nd week of the first month and completed by 15th of the next month") But it's just past the 2nd week so "around" is the operative word

With no previous experience with the company, I don't know which order they do things or what they are up to. They also only work in USA EST which is the opposite to me, so I stayed up until 3am today to speak to someone because they only reply with "contact us on phone/skype" for updates instead of just updating the ticket. It's now almost 6am here, I'm gonna be wrecked today.

I thought staff would be updating as they are doing things (or at least weekly) in the dashboard, my bad. I'm forewarned for future clients but still stuck for this client. This particular campaign is making me nervous, first time using them, my reputation at stake, no idea if they are any good and no idea what they are working on, and I'll find out "way too late" to do anything about it.

So fingers-crossed that all is well and that they do a good job. I liked the packages they have to offer, they cover a broad range of options and have custom campaigns for Aussie customers. I want these guys to be the solution.

Tonight via skype, they replied saying that all the work has actually been done and that I'll get the report within the next day. I logged into my client site immediately to check, but no seo plugins have been configured, and no pages have been updated since February, so doubtful that any onpage seo work has been done. Responded and patiently waited 40 mins (in the middle of the night) for a reply (even though we were in the middle of a conversation). Silence is not exactly the response you want when you've stayed up especially to get an update. After the 40 mins, I told them again that I'm sitting here waiting for them before I go to sleep. They said they will check and email me, so I can go to sleep.

I'm not expecting them to rush through anything (Nor would I ever want anyone to rush anything, especially when it comes to my customers), I'm only asking the question about what work has been done/started over the past 2 weeks because my client has been with 'me' for a month, and needs an update. Given, it's not their problem that I took a week to find them and signup, and that they start their campaigns only twice a month, but it is problem for me so I was hoping to get a helpful response for my client.

I will update this post after the campaign has finished.

I'm still hoping that EndlessRise is the solution.

Anyway, 6am now.. ZzZz.. will see how it goes.

      Happyches,

I felt your pain when I first started my online marketing company. I started off doing everything from SEO, PPC< social media, etc myself only to learn that if I wanted to run a successful biz and not burn myself out, I would have to outsource. Like many, I went through odesk and outsourced overseas to Philippines and India to save a "buck or two" and gain higher margins. What I soon learned was that this came with a price. I found that managing the overseas outsourcing contractors/agencies I hired was a FT job mainly due to the hours they are available is when I should be sleeping; poor or lack of consistent communication; constant brown outs/blackouts and no internet access for them or due to having slow internet connections and PCs, what would typically take me or someone an hour would take them 4-5 hours and when it came to content writing (blogs, articles, commenting, etc) most did not have a strong enough understanding of US grammar and prose that I had to edit and rewrite most articles. So the money I was supposed to be saving ended up costing me more or just as much as it would have to hire a US based SEO reseller. Having said that, I did end up hiring a few really great contractors from the Philippines and Pakistan but it took me quite a bit of trial and error. I can give you their contact info you would like.

I evaluated endless rise initially along with boostability, elance and hubshout and all of them had some strengths and to be fair with endlessrise my evaluation of them was very positive however, I had the same concerns you are struggling with in terms of minimal reporting, conflicting time zones and availability. My clients want updates, when they want them even though I give them a monthly report, if they have questions about their services and status and I cannot provide them with an answer in a reasonable time, it makes me look bad. These are the reasons I chose to go with hubshout, as during my evaluation, they were not only professional, they were available. My AM (Account Manager), Terrance, is exceptional in availability and follow-up, even before I became a client. I feel good about the services they offer, real-time reporting where I can and client can in dashboard and they are awesome at communicating to you with newsletters, webinars and their forum is one of the best. Understand, I do not represent, work for or am receiving anyhting from hubshout other than great service so far. If you look at my earlier responses in this post, you will see that I had been evaluating these companies to determine who I wanted to hire and hubshout is who I have chose.

Another thing, I know that you are in Australia as opposed to the states, so the Philippines are probably closest to you in vicinity versus US but hubshout has international clients as well. What I learned the hard way was that I should have defined what type of service and support I was going to offer my clients and then find a reseller or agency that aligns with that.

I hope this helps and sorry for writing a novel here but I can relate to what you are going through and at the end of the day, your clients can care less on why you did not deliver as promised, so I make the people I hire just as accountable to me as I am to my clients...

Yikes, risky business there. Always try out a new provider on a throw-away site before you put your rep on the line.

Good in depth review though, thanked you.

    Thanks for your words..

    as for my update..

    <removed>

Sorry, I've removed my update because I just had a nice call from the CEO who listened to all of my concerns without once interrupting me, and offered to check and fix my campaign, as well as he sounded genuinely concerned about the problems I encountered and I believe he has good intentions about ensuring that future clients also don't encounter the same problems. He sounds like a good guy that wants to make it right.

      as for my update..
I will not be continuing with EndlessRise and I'm struggling here to not be a little bit annoyed at the people who have recommended them - I actually had to redo 'everything' for the client.

      * the directory submissions were very low-par - just a basic name and phone number kinda deal - no images (not even a logo), business hours, payment options, etc. no "100% complete profile complete" just the basic business name, address & phone number that the client could do themselves in a couple of minutes, good for a 'citation' only - and a couple of them weren't even Australian listings (even though I ordered the "Australian top directories"), and some of them weren't even directories .. which is confusing.. basically if I'd ordered "citations" instead of "local business directories" I'd have nothing to complain about.
(I also had to ask for the usernames/passwords for the directories as only the link was provided)

      * the video was an animoto video - but not even upgraded to HD so it looks shocking...I provided large, quality images and the "animoto" theme they chose was grainy and goes over the images so that none of them look crisp.. and the words chosen were strange (strange as in, they re-worded the clients "motto"? kinda weird thing to do - why not use it exactly as it is.. like the client has a 5 word motto and they changed it to "we are.. " we are.. ", like spreading out the words and I dunno but it just looks really 'off' when you see it - pity I can't post it here to show you what I mean), I just hope the client doesn't see it before I get a chance to remove it (they didn't provide the usernames/passwords for the video sites either, so thats another thing I have to chase them up about so that I can remove the videos)
On the plus side, they did optimize the videos for search engines.

      * I also re-did the on-page SEO, they only propose to update 2 pages for on-page SEO but I'm not sure they did any of them - none of them looked changed. They had installed All-in-One SEO but had not even activated it but I'm glad it wasn't activated as the description they had written was the customers home address which would've taken them out of the market for the location they are trying to optimize for. I deleted that plugin and installed my own so that I can add a few deeplinks, meta titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords, slug optimization, etc. I'm not quite sure what they did apart from install All-in-One SEO although I did notice the KML file had been updated and submitted which I was impressed with but there was no sitemap or anything else that I noticed.

Paying someone else to do something and then having to go through and re-do/fix everything yourself is a pointless and frustrating and terribly stressful waste of my time.

I wish I could hire a local or could afford the time required to train my own staff, but neither of these are an option right now.

Anyway, I am definitely quitting the SEO game, at least for clients, and I won't waste my time and money on outsourcing until I have my own training system and own trained team in the Phil's. And that means putting things on hold until I can get myself over there, and I'm ok with that (too burnt-out to care right now).

I'm still awaiting the result of the Melbourne SEO firm as well, who I was testing with a different client, fingers crossed that I don't also have to redo all their work too.
I definitely feel your pain happyches. Almost every thing you mentioned, I experienced when I started such as them using Animoto videos (non-HD) that looked like everybody elses or creating multiple videos with same theme. The text in the videos did not make sense and did not suit US grammar standards so I had to have that redone several times. Articles and blogs had to be rewritten as well. All this to save a buck or two is not worth it for your clients. I also had caught some contractors taking advantage of abusing the time and not actually having much to show for against the hours being billed. I used my own time manager software to better handle this as odesk time manager at the time was not efficient enough to turn off clock during idle time or relevant work time.

I started off doing all the marketing myself but as mentioned, as I started getting more clients, that was not practical in running a business with multiple clients and deadlines.

My experience with outsourcing to Phil and India, for the most part, was

Some suggestions and hopefully you wont give up and take this as a learning experience and better you learned this early than later:

      1. See if you can indeed find a reputable local SEO and online marketing provider agency that has references you can follow-up on and just as important are Google certified (Microsoft and Yahoo certifications are pluses) and keep up with Google's latest updates changes and is constantly communicating with you on these changes via email newsletters, webinars, forums and has an AM that you can actually talk to regularly when need be via skype, email, phone, chat, etc
      2. Create a pay-for-performance job posting with qualifications and minimum requirements that must be met. Although this is not popular for contractors abroad and you will get less applicants, it odes allow you to narrow down candidates and saves you from losing money and time. Create some SEO tests and trial periods and see if you can build a team this way. Also, you may want to make sure that they meet minimums such as 4.5-5 stars, minimum contracting hours, certifications that are relevant. One of the biggest challenges I had after hand picking contractors from the Phil, India, etc was that the reporting was lackluster and I had to manually generate reports that my clients could understand. * Again, this is why I chose to go with hubshout as they have all the basis covered that I need including one of the best dashboards and reporting systems that I have seen and used.
      3. I know several people who attempted to do what you want in terms of going to Phil and starting an SEO company and I was approached by someone in the Phil to start and run an SEO company out there as I have friends and family members from there. I had one of my good friends go out there for several weeks to do an assessment and it would take many resources to get it going and unless you are going to live there, hire people you trust, understand the vast cost of living in the areas you will be operating, be willing to pay to get staff certified (I have not seen any Google certified Philippines agencies) and other logistical challenges. By no means, am I trying to discourage you happyches, just emphasizing that my recommendation if you are going to go that route is you have to be "all in..."
      4. You keep hearing me mentioned, Google certified... About a year ago, providing SEO, PPC and the like, being certified did not really matter too much but since Google has been releasing all of these updates, especially Penguin, EMD, etc, I know of many black hat SEOers both overseas and local in the US whose sites and clients sites were banned or penalized. Try explaining that to a client who has been paying you to rank their site only to have it disappear into oblivion. Fortunately for me, being that before I started online marketing I was in the IT industry for a long time and have worked with companies like Google, Microsoft, etc I knew better than to rely on black hat as it was just a matter of time before Google dropped down the hammer. Not one of my clients or my sites were hit by any of the Google updates because I knew better and knew this was coming. Having said that, most contractors in Phil, India and surrounding areas are still practicing black and grey hat and in my opinion, it is not worth it to save a few dollars. You dont want your company blasted with negative reviews on Yelp, Google reviews due to this. So, this is why I opted to hire a reputable company that is certified, keeps me informed (daily), dashboard is professional, always working and clients can see real-time reporting. I
I learned years ago to find people who hold themselves just as accountable as I do. This is why I have chosen to hire and partner up with companies, contractors, etc who have just as much to lose as I do. I have seen a few other SEO agencies pop up lately as well, so it may be worth checking out. I also recommend you interview and test those that you evaluate thoroughly, asking for references in your country, especially other agencies like yourself and like clients.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best. I had to learn the hard way as well but note that the "game" and playing field has dramatically changed again this year (and will continue to), which again, greatly influenced my decision on whom I am going to hire and partner up with.

      I hope this helps.

I started using outsourced VA's from the Philippines about 4 years ago and totally understand the problems that some have shared here about problems working with VA's who are not in a central business location. I helped to hire about a dozen for a client of mine and hired a super guy to work for me. After 2 years his internet connection got so bad that we had to part and he went to find local work. That is hard because the Filipinos are great workers. When they work from home they deal with many of the same issues that others, like me, who run a business from home deal with.

I was glad to get connected with Endless Rise a few months ago and see what they had put together as a business model. Having all their workers, nearly 300 now I guess, in one central location with good training and good organization is really helping me to build my business to help SMB's. I've been building my own websites for clients since the mid 1990's and for the past several years building Wordpress websites for them myself. So far I'm very pleased with the support and results that I'm seeing from the staff at Endless Rise.

In the past few days I've talked with 2 people who have been using Endless Rise for a year or longer and have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm in a local biz marketing group on FB and asked this same question about using ER and got good feedback from several people there. I set my expectation pretty high for those I do business with to guard my reputation with my clients and prospects. I fully expect that the team at ER will do what I need for each of my clients.

I'm testing a Melbourne SEO firm, so I have my fingers-crossed.. but I'm pretty over it right now anyway. But yeah, with the Google changes, the things they might of got away with last year, are just so very different now. Quality over quantity.

Yep, this is what I did with the 3rd one I was trialling, the Odesk family.
Basically, I explained what my expectations were, and exactly how I wanted everything done - and, prior to hiring, asked to see "complete listings" they have done in the past - which they provided. My terms were, that if they met my expectations, and filled out the profiles correctly and as complete as possible, they would get "this much" per listing, but if I had to go in and "fix" something to bring it up to my expectations, they would only get "this much" per listing.

Problem with this method is that it would take longer to check and report with screenshots of the things that I had to fix. And it was easier to "fix it myself" while I was already logged in to check, rather than getting them to fix it and learn. However, that being said: after 3 campaigns, they have finally figured out that if they concentrate and fill out every section, concentrate on getting the information 'right', not forget to add the photos or biz info, etc. that they will get the full amount. Unfortunately its taken 3 campaigns to get them to that point and I still think they will "miss" some as soon as I "drop the ball" which is so totally not what I want. I want to have complete faith that they will continue to do it correctly - even when I'm not "double-checking". (business hours and payment methods, seriously - easy, easy thing to update, and I just can't fathom why they can do 10 in a row and get half of them wrong - I mean - you just did it 5 seconds ago, how could you forget it now? lol.. argh). but yeah, I do believe this method is working better, because they know they will only get less-than-half if they don't fill it out properly, but I dont want to have to spend many hours checking their work and pointing out everything they did wrong. I just want them to lift their standards of quality. I've even hired USA people and had the same problem, so it's not a language thing, it's just that they are either used to companies that focus on "speed" over quality, or they are in a rush to get the work done and just get paid, rather than caring about taking the extra time to do a quality job.

I'm still going through my phase of being 'over it', and the thought of taking on another client for seo work, just sends me into a spin.. my resistance is right-up-there.. "no, no, no" lol.. so I know I need to get out of the game until I at least have a full-training system or am over there in person, either way, I'm putting everything on hold this month except for my existing clients which I'll continue to service until their packages are finished and then I will not renew.

I don't normally get involved with banter such as this, but this was brought to my attention from a well respected Warrior and a colleague of mine and before any of you decide to rip me, yes this is my first post in the War Room. I find it very disheartening and disturbing that a supplier of services which are in competition with another service supplier "EndlessRise" who is the subject of this thread would breach the Code of Ethics of any business and slam the competition publicly and then add to it by having others "feed" the discussion to additionally breach that Code of Ethics.

I can say first hand that I and my company have been dealing with EndlessRise going on now for over a year. Each and every time I have had to have any question or request answered or performed, I have been met with efficiency, courteous and timely responses. I have asked for what the other so-called competitors call "special favors" (and yes I have interviewed them) and each and every time those "favors" were met and never once was it told to me that EndlessRise would not or could not honor my request, but to the contrary, even though it wasn't part of the particular service I had purchased and engaged them for, my dedicated contact person took care of it and in many instances my request was taken care of and implemented before the end of the same business day.

I recently had an over the top request made by a potential client that had a main site and 15 satellite niche sites that wanted our company to do their SEO for all of the sites. I made the inquiry to my dedicated sales person, explained the scenario and although the could not give me an answer right then and there, Paul, the CEO of EndlessRise called me within an hour of my initial conversation, arranged a time to have a conference call with the client which resulted in creating a 30 Page in-depth 3 Year SEO Marketing Plan for the client which included 49 in-depth/comprehensive reports. This has now resulted in our company securing a complete re-design of the clients main site, all of their SEO work for the main site and the 15 satelite sites and being their marketing consultant for their LBLO. So I am going to ask Purdue512 ( and I am taking a shot here based upon your postings) that you are with Hubshout, would Hubshout do that if I was your client, especially since it was not even close to any of the offerings EndlessRise offers. And for the record here, that was one of the questions I asked all of the companies that have been mentioned in this thread and each one said a resounding NO.

All I can say is that this arena (The War Room) is for those who have questions about services or products that are offered within these rooms to get feedback and honest opinions so that they can make a good business decision based upon that feedback and their situation and not a place to slam anyone or any company that provides products or services within this arena, those doing so are not only unprofessional, but also unethical and DO NOT belong in our industry.

If my assumption that Purdue512 is associated within the Hubshout organization, I apologize as my assumption was based upon what and how you related what you wrote.

All I can say is that I fully support and endorse EndlessRise and if anyone is interested in the type of work they assist those of us that utilize their services, which is above and beyond what they offering, contact me and I will be happy to share so you can see and make your own determination the type of organization that Paul Stinemetz has put into place. And for the person that asked if Russell and DCS Local uses EndlessRise, the answer is yes.

          • Hello Guys,

I would really like to introduce our company, I see you guys are having some problems with other firms on the "SEO Reselling" and SEO Outsourcing.

SIS Media Group, LLC is the ONLY 100% Exclusive SEO Reseller located in The United States. Our cost are about HALF of what the average going industry rates are, we leave ALOT of room for mark up and profit margins for our resellers and partners.

We would love to work with you guys. We have predefined plans as well as we can customize plans for our customers if they already have some they are offering to their clients already.

If you guys would like, I would even give an extra 15% off anyone who comes from WarriorForums here until the end of the year 2012.

    Howdy Folks,

I have to say I am little concerned about what I am seeing here. I have been with Endless Rise for over a year now, and they have done nothing but empower my little company. Every client that I have is excited with the results we give and I owe that to ER. They are prompt, and have a great communication system. they allow you to micro manage your accounts, and are always available to explain things to you.

Moreover, they have gone a step further than any other BPO I have seen in that they offer a customizable dashboard for you to share with your clients. They make my little company seem so much bigger, and my clients LOVE the accountability.

I have one client that gave me a testimonial that said that he made only 5% of his business off the internet over the last 11 years, and after we got a hold of him (us and ER that is) he now attributes 95% of his business to the internet. You can't buy a testimonial that good.

So, to the nay sayers, I say perhaps you did not use this resource to its fullest or perhaps you trying to sell another BPO, but Endless Rise is a great company to work with and I could not imagine working with anyone else.

    Regards,

    rightpath

I have signed up with Endless Rise however I am yet to use them as I have been all my SEO myself. I have asked them many questions and have always found that they are very professional and proactive. They have a great interface for the customers as well as the reseller. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to make use of some of their services.

Their prices are also pretty good.

    • Well there are alot of good companies out there in this industry that is for sure. I am not here to bash any of them and say this or that about a business, I don't do that, it is not how I run my business.

I would like to work with some of you guys looking for SEO Resellers and things and give us a chance, we are new to being a 100% exclusive reseller, however, we are NOT new to the SEO world.

We would be willing to give discounts to the end of the year for anyone who is a first time sign up.

I was searching for Endless Rise, came across this thread so have been reading the posts.
Thought I'd have a look at your signature only to find the link is to a parked page, so not a good advert for your seo service SISMediaGroup.

SO....... anyone willing to give current feedback on good/ great white label seo wholesalers ?

Called Endless Rise yesterday morning trying to get general info. I was told to go fill out a form on their website. Um can't I get general info without filling out a form? So we set up an appointment for someone to call me. No call at appointment time. Next day, no call.

    Calling Hubshout tomorrow.

Hubshout has great tools. And I like that they are based in the US. Very expensive for a reseller though. Guess it depends on the prices you are charging, but many small businesses that I work with such as a one to two man painting crew don't have huge budgets so with hubshout it would be hard to make much margin with them.

Report back and let us know what you decided to do.

Yea Hubshout's prices seem more like retail than wholesale. Still looking.

How did boostability's price compare? Just wondering what they charge.

I am currently using SEO Service Agents (they have a thread here on WF Somewhere) and am beyond pleased with the results.

I also have some clients on John Moore's old service.

I've recently seen hub shouts pricing and to be frank with you, if you can't put a painter on their local 1 level and get 500 a month from them which would the the bare minimum I'd every charge any business then Paul!

          Get different clients!

As for endlessrise, I called them back in 2011 and was told the exact same thing! Sir, fill out form please.

I followed my directions, never got a call back. Seems nothing has changed with them. I bet you $50 bucks you can call hubshout during their USA business hours and talk to some one from the good old USA! That would be to me enough to pay higher pricing! LOL

I can only speak about Endlessrise because I haven't worked with other white label providers yet. They are NOT a perfect company. And i understand sentiments about not picking up the phone, etc. because it happened to me once. I didn't hear from them for 48 hours about a request I made but when my phone finally rang, my account manager explained what happend and they more than made up for it. That hiccup never happened again and so I'm still working with them until now. So far, I'm satisfied with the work they are doing for me (mostly SEO and social media/Facebook). I have them as partner 14 months and clients grew from just a few small local businesses to more than 20 now.

The biggest reason why I'm staying is I feel a genuine dedication from my account manager and also from Paul their CEO whenever he hosts webinars. One webinar I can't forget titled "How to turn 1 lead into 50 leads," or something close to that. It was a total eyeopener for me because I always found mysef staring at a dead end once a prospect turns me down. But after watching joining that webinar, I just "got it". It was like an A-HA moment. Watch that one guys, even if you don't sign up. Its killer. Anyway............

I just have a good feeling that my small SEO reseller business will continue to grow if I stayed with these guys. My account manager is very helpful, especially when it comes to marketing my business, like how to use the software for sending out proposals, sales pitching, etc. Also the low pricing is ideal for me because most of my clients are very small businesses. I got more room for a fat markup. So I guess I recommend Endlessrise for warriors who are just starting out as SEO resellers.

    Sorry long post......

    Best of luck,
    Rick

So after spending some time reading this thread, I have to say I'm more confused than ever. How does Endlessrise get praise from the member "rightpath" who joined the same month as his first and ONLY post.

Just really confusing half the posts seem like a plug for someone's company. Not a small plug but an in depth experience. I'm just waiting for someone to talk about the CEO of some reseller who saved babies from a burning building while writing blog content.

I use them for mobile responsive websites. I'm a web designer myself but I can only do very basic WordPress customization. Genius eh! lol so when it's the hard, complicated mobile responsive stuff, it's Endlessrise. when it's the easy fun designs, it's Holley. Designation of tasks is quite clear.

PS.. Funny just a few months ago clients didn't even care about mobile but now almost all my orders are for mobile responsive WP. Well, at least Im not as stressed as before because I don't have to do all the work on my own anymore. More beauty rest! And that thing they call "sleep"? it's priceless! Plus got no time to study mobile responsive. Anyway, try them. Totally easy to work with.

        @nana10
I've tried Endlessrise for both mobile responsive and plain WordPress themes. They make clean sites and the process is very smooth for theme-based designs. If your clients don't have many requests, you can easily go with the theme-based. It's cheaper too so you can get a bigger mark-up.

But like Holley said, most clients today want mobile responsive websites, so you'll probably get this kind of project. It takes a bit longer finishing custom mobile responsive builds, but mostly because the client has a lot of requests or sometimes they change their mind in the middle of the project. That's when the back and forth and delays happen and you don't want that. So just make sure to sit down with the client (or skype or phone) before the start of the project to know what they really want and then get some feedback from your account manager to know what's doable and not. You'll be fine as long as you do this.

Endless Rise has recently tripled the size of its staff in the web development department. This means lots of new faces, lots of training, lots of growth. BUT.......They are FAR from being able to put qualified staff on your project. We have recently completed a web design project with them. Gory details about this bludgeoning available if you PM me.

I just signed up with Endless Rise a couple of days ago. As I've read in this thread, I made it a point to fill out the signup form they have on the site (endlessrise *dot* com) first and decided to give them a call. I am no beginner to making money off the Internet as I have been providing micro services like copywriting and a little graphic design for over five years now.

However, I am new to owning a business that does not rely on my personal time and effort. Clients used to outsource to me and now I will be outsourcing to Endless Rise. I'm now a legit business owner guys! lol! Although I have not yet started with my first campaign, I feel extremely good about this company. Right now I am still watching all their training videos and studying their marketing documents. And also, fooling around with their customizable dashboard. I'm learning a lot so far. It's very pleasant to speak with them... and I feel that they really care to help me become a business tycoon! lol!

I am confident I will be able to make good money from my new business and that I am in the right direction.

  • I have tried Endless Rise for 3 months and they have been consistently PATHETIC!!!. Not just poor but PATHETICALLY POOR!!

Poor internal communication between projects, slow responses, poor communication with me when they did respond and not following up.

I tried contacting Paul Stinemetz who is the CEO and heard NOTHING back even though I had already paid $3k just for my own projects and had 3 solid clients already in their system

I have cancelled everything and can't tell you how disappointed I am. Best of luck.

I've been doing some work with EndlessRise for the past 3 months. They seem decent and communicate effectively enough. The quality of their content tends to vary somewhat, and the fact they're in a different time zone (we're in Australia) is a bit of a pain.

They've just kicked off their backlinking work, and I had to call them up because all they had done was write a few poorly-worded comments on some irrelevant websites. Not cool- watching them like a hawk now.

This is what I like about Endlessrise, they are quick to take responsibility for their mistakes, learn from it, move on and improve.

This guys are real. They got me pissed on some occasions too, definitely. Not perfect, but they rock!

I have been reading the forum for years and now have a need to outsource additional SEO/Website clients and really wanted to get a clearer picture on whom to use. So I did a search and found these posts. I have to say it has been entertaining. This thread could have been a daytime soap opera. It finally got me to register and post so I guess there is a silver lining. So here we are in July, ER rolled out a new Pro Membership in March, any up to date feedback from actual client members with more than 50 posts under their belts?
