Raising your PR0 to a PR3

Does anyone have any good suggestions to raise a PR0 site to a PR3?
Do I need 5k, 10k 15k backlinks?
Do I need 3k per month of traffic?
What else would I need to do to raise my Page rank?

    My opinion is that you need quality content,quality backlinks and unique visitors.It is not possible to say exactly -how many back links and traffic you need to get pr-3.It does not depend on quantity,but quality.For example-if you get 10k pr-0 backlinks,there is no possibility of getting any pr on a new pr-0 domain.But you can get pr-3 + only from one quality/high pr backlink.

    In a word,if you build some quality backlinks,getting pr-3 won't be difficult

  • TBH, at this point I would wory more about if google will ever do a page rnak update again. They have not in 8 months, maybe in january...

      Get links from higher ranking sites than yours to increase your PR.

      No magic number just build consistent backlinks to your site.

      Also realize the PR that is shown by many people is outdated as soon as it is published. Google updates this internally on a far more rapid rate than the PR information you find.

      Unless you are selling links on your site, spend more time getting traffic to your site. PR is only relevant when looking to flip a site or sell ads on it.

      Build trust, build quality links, build in activity, build wealth.

  • You definetly need as many one way links comming from higher PR sites than yours.
    You should install a plugin like SEO Book.com ~ or any other "SEO plugin" (search on Google) for firefox to spot while searching on Google high PR forums and blogs that accept comments, and put the keywords you want your site to rank for as an anchor text. You do this by putting your keywords instead of your name. Do some intelligent comment so that the moderators don't see you as a spammer and your one way links will be accepted.
