What's the difference between RSSBot & RSS Gadgets?

Incansoft are running a sale at the moment. I think that RSS Gadgets would fit in with what I have already, but I'm not sure how?

Can any Warriors explain the benefits for me please?

Thank you

Brian

While I don't own RSS Gadgets, I do own RSSBot and read the info on RSS Gadgets.

RSSBot is a terrific app for submitting your RSS feeds to multiple aggregators, something you want to do for all your sites. In addition to automating the process of submitting your existing RSS feeds, such as from Wordpress sites, it also has a nifty feed 'creator' that will create a RSS feed for sites that don't generate one themselves.

    It's a really good, low-cost app.

RSS Gadgets on the other hand takes data from the supported providers (Amazon, Ebay, Clickbank, Youtube, Goarticles, Google News, and Twitter) and formats it so you can insert the feeds into your website. It looks like you can provide keywords, and it will pull feeds based on those keywords.

One example - assuming I've read the info correctly - would be for a niche site, to have RSS Gadgets pull Amazon, Clickbank, etc. product info, based on your niche keywords, and display targeted ads.

I used to be a 'blind' Incansoft booster, however some of their apps have been very disappointing. That said, the 'good' apps are terrific values, and for the price ($24.95, not including their current 50% off Christmas discount), I'll be picking it up. If it works as advertised, it'll be a great buy.
