Small Reports Fortune OR Desperate Buyers Only?

Hi everyone... Looking to invest in a little more information and I had heard about Alexis Dawes book "Desperate Buyers Only". However, I also know she sold her book and site rights on Flippa in Sept so she is no longer involved. Not sure how helpful the book is or how updated it is. Don't want to buy old, regurgitated information if that makes sense.

Then I was looking at Jimmy Brown's Small Reports Fortune and wondering about that.

Advice on finding a good ebook about creating hot small reports in non-IM niches?

      I second the recommendation for Jimmy's product. I have DBO and think Jimmy's product is better suited for what you are after.

    Wow didn't realize Alexis sold DBO on Flippa. Anywho... I agree with the others. Both those e-books are fantastic. I actually had both of them printed at the FedEx store and I have them in a binder for easy access.

    But from the sounds of what you're looking for, Jimmy's seems to be a good match for your needs.
