SYNND to Index Thousands of Links?
I am looking at SYNND to help me get links indexed. The types of links I want indexed are from Web 2.0 properties and forum profiles.
Does anyone know if SYNND would be a good option for this? I read somewhere that all URL's submitted to SYNND are manually reviewed and if this is true it wouldn't be a good option for me.
Update: The answer is most likely no after doing some research.
