Anyone having trouble with the Google Shadow software?

Is there anyone here who has purchased the Google Shadow system and is having problems with the online software?
I have been using the software without any problems for about 18 months now, but around the beginning of December I started getting a 404 'The requested URL was not found on this server' message for all the pages I normally use. I've tried contacting the merchant, but I haven't had any response. Does anyone have any tips/know what's going on? It's not just a question of getting a refund from Clickbank, because I really want to use the software!
