Can Anyone Explain the MAIN difference between RAP and Nanacast?

I'm currently researching this but there seems to be some overlapping features.

    Nanacast is a hosted solution.

    That's the one main difference that truly sets them apart.

    Also, RAP is Paypal only.
    Nanacast works with tons of payment processors including Paypal.

    RAP will remove 1099 tax issues.
    Nanacast will not.

    There's so much more. What are your concerns?

      In your opinion....what is better?

      Ideally, I would like to create multiple membership sites (have the option where the affiliate gets 100% commission which removes the 1099 issue) as well as statistical/intelligence reporting features. Obviously integrating with aweber ect.

      One question I do have....does RAP and Nanacast offer membership communities? What about Sales Pages/OTO templates that you can use? A nice affiliate experience ect...I'm sure there is more but I'm still learning the power of what they can both do....

    Another major difference is that RAP implements a split payment instant commission system where affiliates get paid instantly on a sale. If the commission is 50%, then the affiliate gets paid on every other sale.

    With nanacast, it has a more traditional affiliate system where you handle commission payouts at a later time, just like how Clickbank pays out commissions a few weeks after the sale is made.

    RAP has a membership add-on. (I don't know about Nanacast)

    RAP also comes with 2 sets of templates for every page that you'd need in it: slaes page, download page, squeeze page, affiliates tool page etc.
    It has an OTO feature - for one OTO.

    Every system has its merits. With nanacast, you build someone's brand and business. With RAP, you set it up on your own server, but RAP has its biggest disadvantage, it's regarding refund issues.

      Hi Roy,

      As James mentioned you can use the Cname function of Nanacast to brand your membership login page and content pages so that they appear on your own domain.

      Other than that you can use your own website for your sales page, put a buy link on it, and even redirect back to your own site for the thank you page.

      There are benefits to using the Nanacast hosted system but we provide flexibility in the system that you can use it many ways.

      You can use Nanacast with your own hosted blog and our Member lock plugin. One of our users just released a plugin where you can use Nanacast with Whishlist Member another blog membership plugin.

      You can use Nanacast's api to integrate with any third party script you want... including RAP if they have an API.
