WP Backup & Security Plugins - What is Recommended?

Could someone please recommend the best automatic wordpress backup plugins & site security plugins & explain why. I have no idea about this.

    I use wptwin to backup and clone my blogs because it backup and clone the website in few minutes without any setting on the new site. I keep backup files and I can clone it again at anytime if required.

    I use this free plugin to backup to Amazon S3.

    It backs up:

    -Database
    -WP Files
    -Files/Folders outside of Wordpress

    WordPress › BackWPup « WordPress Plugins

    Hey Jerry, Zubair mentioned that he uses WP Twin and I would add that it is the simplest, fastest WP backup I have ever used. It now has been upgraded to an automatic backup feature.
