Article Marketing Robot Help!!!

I just purchased AMR and I am stuck with the POP3 set up.
I set everything up as requested.

Email Account- jermaine@bestcoffeintheworldhere.com

Incoming pop server- mail.bestcoffeintheworldhere.com

Incoming pop port- 110

Incoming mail server account name- jermaine@bestcoffeintheworldhere.com

Password-**********

but every time I test it, it fails. What can I be doing wrong?
Any help would be grateful

    These values depend on what host you're on. Looks like you're with hostgator I guess?
    Have you tried mailing the support dep. at AMR yet?

        I was having trouble with a submitter once and what I did was forwarded it to a gmail account and used the gmail info in those fields for the submitter ( and real domain address for the directories).

    Right under the server information there is a check box that says, "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)."

    Uncheck this box and try it again.

      I originally had problems with it but I just went through to hostmonster live support and I had it fixed in 1 min. You're best off getting in touch with your domain host than the product vendor.
