WP Plugin For RSS Feeds?

Here's what I need: a wordpress plugin that will allow me to auto post from an rss feed, probably a mashed up one from Yahoo Pipes or something. I know this is out there, but I'd just like to know what the general opinion is of which plugin is the best for this job.

  We really need a bit more information on what you are trying to do with the plugin. Are you trying to use a feeds to build your sites content. Or are you simply wanting to submit a few relevent feeds to your site. More information is really needed in order to give a good answer.

  I am using WPeMatico, but I am not able to append Adsense Ads after each post using Post Template functionality. Any idea how to do that?
