Empire Formula Affiliates, you got paid?

Hi,

I was an affiliate for the Empire Formula by Anik Singal and Jimmy Kim. On 2010-10-27 I made a sale and earned $998.50. This commissions, I was told, was to be paid in January. On Jan 14th I emailed Jim and asked about this and he said "Commissions are due shorty. Do we have your necessary forms already?" and I sent him my W8. After that, I've heard NOTHING. I've sent several emails to both Jim and the official support email after that but not heard back. Anyone else heard anything or know Anik or Jim and can shed a light on this?

    It's sad to hear what you are going through. Thats why i usually like having a third party involved like clickbank as a form of payment. I think that should be lesson to some.

    Anyway i hope everything works fine for you. Because making a one big sale like that takes a lot of hustle.

    Update: I've been in touch with Jimmy Kim at Lurn Inc who is the affiliate manager for Anik for the Empire Formula a dozen times. On Feb 9th he said "i made sure your scheduled on next payout date. That would be next thursday."
    On Feb 17th I emailed Jimmy and asked: "Next Thursday" is today, will I get paid today?
    He replied: "yes it is. I'm not in the office today but i'll find out if you've been paid"

    Of course I was not paid and 3 more emails the last week has not been answered

    Jimmy, when will I get paid?

    I am also sad to hear what you are going through. I on the other hand am extremely frustrated with the people that take care of the Empire Formula website. I paid $2,000 to get access to the program, and don't get me wrong, the program is great, but for a price tag, I feel like they should take more care of the website and their customers.

    The bonuses that were promised were NOT delivered. And there is still an announcement to join Anik on a live webinar on November 23rd. 2010! That is simply ridiculous. It's as if they just abandoned the site.

    The other day I saw someone asking Anik on facebook if the prizes for the pre-launch would be delivered, and he simply told that person to talk to Jim.

    THIS is really ridiculous! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE THINK TWICE before buying anything from Anik or Lurn.

    As far as getting my bonuses. I have been in touch with their support MANY times! We exchanged quite a few emails. And I still haven't received my bonuses.

    A very disappointed/frustrated customer.

      Funny that I see this thread. The guy asking on facebook was me

      I have been sending some friendly mails and then some more angry mails to them. For the first few I got responses (always had a lot of time before those first few and it was short time after the launch) and after that I just didn't get anything back.

      Oh yeah, I never got the contact details of this Jim guy. Funny tactic to tell people to contact someone but never giving away this persons contact details.

      Since the launch contest was going towards its end, the only messages I got from the support where telling me that "soon" they would act and we just need to have a bit more patience and all that.

      It's been five months since I gave them my contact details for sending me my prize and I haven't heard anything since. I even stay subscribed to their EF launch list, just so he doesn't have any excuse like "i couldn't reach you, because you unsubscribed from my list".
      And yes, the only things I get from there are advertisements.

      Funny sidenote: In some of these mails he promotes push-button systems and softwares and a few days ago I got a mail telling me how of course no push-button softwares work and that they are all scam and how only this new great system works, which is not push-button.

      I actually had a good impression of Anik at the beginning, but seriously, I will never ever ever ever buy ANYTHING from him again. No matter how great his stuff may look.
      This is ridiculous.

      Someone should file an FTC complaint at Federal Trade Commission
      I unfortunately cannot do this, because my great inbox was set to delete all mails older than 30 days without me recognising that, so I don't have the mails anymore that prove that I'm a winner.
      But I still have a saved version of the leaderboard, if someone needs it for the complaint, although I guess that the site would still be online.

    Last time I heard from Jim was 5 days ago when I again asked when I will get paid and he said.. "Sorry but i've been in the hospital for the last 5 days. I don't know why you haven't been paid, i'm working on it with my accounting department right now as i'm finally back in the office again."

    Sent 3 more emails since then and again waiting for a reply (or my money..)

    Well, I got a reply from their support dept but that doesn't help me much..:

    I have escalated this issue to the concerned
    department and they will surely look into it.

    Be rest assured they will get back to you as
    soon as possible.

    Well, originally I thought Anik was a great guy because I got to know him through Mark Ling, and his empire formula launch was really great.. but after that he kept pimping sales offer almost every single day and I had to unsuscribe from his list more than 3 times (actually unsuscribed 2 times, just dumped the last one in spam ) to stop the e-mails coming (he uses icontact and can probably add the e-mails back manually )

    Hope you get your issue resolved cause I really want to continue believing Anik is a good guy..
