    I've been using 3.0 for a couple weeks (coder) and it's great. The increased speed and loading of packets was the biggest change for me.

          Sick - is a great program and the forum and support for them is great. You will have to use another program to scrape your lists of forums or buy them on the forum.

          Sick 3.0 is a major upgrade and for the price (look for a wso) it is cheaper than the alternatives even with any extra costs.


          There is a bit of a learning curve but nothing to bad.

    Goodluck people. I got screwed by sick. Well, not really because I won the Paypal dispute. Though they say you wont', I did! =)

    I purchased this software via the website on January 16th. After purchase you can not instantly use it. You have to wait for somebody to approve your account. The site mentions this could take 4-24 hours. First of all that is BS! It should be instant after purchase. Second... I was never approved. I made the purchase, downloaded the software and waited for the approval. After days of not being approved and given access I submitted many many support request and they were never answered. I sent around 12 of them. One a day. Never got one single response.

    So, even though their web site specifically say's you WILL NOT win a Paypal dispute against them, which ain't true and they have NO control of,I finally got my money back today. As funny as that is that they try to tell people they won't win one, their wrong and that info on their site is FALSE!

    So if you plan to purchase this software be careful and maybe try to get a hold of them somewhere else first and don't get screwed like I did.

    Very disappointing situation for me.

      Sick Submitter is both awesome and not so awesome at the same time


      First the awesome part:

      As far as functionality, Sick submitter is a straight up BEAST. I've got it installed on a dedicated server, and it's a bad MOFO.

      With the new features, it's a nice all in one solution. Profile links, Social Bookmarking, and RSS submissions. I downloaded the update and tried everything out and was more than a little impressed.

      The forum that they have set up for it is pretty good. I've had a couple of questions and always had them answered in a matter of a couple of hours usually.

      As far as functionality and features Sick Submitter scores an AWESOME on the awesome or not - O - Meter

      Now the not so awesome part...

      The "packs" that you get included in the software are very limited, and I can guarantee you that they are "spammed out" in a matter of hours after their release. I checked a few after making a run, and in a period of 24 hours there were over 500 other people who had already created links on the same forum. So, for the tool to be effective (In my opinion) you need to scrape, harvest, separate, and load your own lists.

      There are definitely tools out there that will help you scrape a huge list of forums in a matter of minutes, but actually "testing" them to see which ones work in the "hard" part.

      The software has a monthly fee - I think I pay $19 a month. On top of that though, you have to pay for captchas which are most definitely cheap, but If you are building forum profiles, you usually build them in mass, so the cost can definitely add up.

      So, if you take into account:

      $19 a month

      +

      $XX a month in captchas

      +

      hours (?) scraping, cleaning, and testing your own lists

      =

      worth it?

      For some people, I'm sure it is...hell, I'm not going to run out and cancel my subscription...it's a good piece of software.

      If you don't want to scrape, clean, and test your own lists, you can buy packets from the sick forum which will usually cost you $10+ for a packet of sometimes 100 or 200 sites..which is just another way that the costs add up.

      So, it is a GREAT tool, and you will more than likely be happy with it, as long as you are OK with the time and money investment you will have to make to see some decent results.

    People keep mentioning the forum being good but when I tried to register an account for presales questions it wouldn't let me. So I couldn't ask any questions or get help with my membership never being activated.

      Ummm... I think you may be thinking of the wrong program our cancel policy is right here - Cancellation Policy. Also, we try to answer all support questions within a few hours and the support forum is very open and you can check response times there.

      Now if you had a Plimus billing issue that is between you and them but our apologies. They perform all our fraud checks and we don't even get any information until you pass their tests.

      Okay, not going to get in a back and forth with you, You say you have already canceled and been refunded so not much more we can do to help. Apologies you were not happy.

    I agree that the $19 a month price is extremely reasonable compared to other programs that do the same thing. I remember when EVo2 came out, it was even more expensive than Senuke. Magic Submiter is another good cheaper alternative. I've been using a program called Sentinal Bot which has been working great as well(this is a one time payment with free lifetime updates)

    PSST. There's a WSO on here that drops the price to $12.99 a month. More than reasonable. Pair it with Scrapebox (for finding your own sites) and AMR and you're good I think. Also, come on dude, all caps? Really? for some reason I was listed on that spam site (so they said) but when I searched on it, it didn't find me. In any case I was able to get/register the software and got forum access the same day. Good experience all the way around.

          A footprint is a way to track a platform by search phrase. A simple example would be

          "powered by SMF"

          If you were searching for SMF forums. Most forums have some kind of tag, or powered by in the footer.
