Auto Click Profits WARNING

Hey Warriors,

I bought Auto Click Profits a few days ago, authored by one Daniel Owens, whose pitch is really powerful and demonstrates how he's made over $1.1M in three months. I know, I know...

Anyway, I thought I'd give it a shot. $37 I think it was.

As soon as I paid it, the upsells started. The first one told me something to the effect that "sorry, but we didn't sell you the complete system just to see if you're worthy of the next part..." and wanted me to drop another $197. I passed feeling a wee bit cheated... Darn.

The next one, I believe was the same thing but discounted, which I passed on too, now slightly peeved. After that I think there were 4 or 5 more upsells (which felt like 100!), one more irritating than the other, each one essentially undermining the principal product, A.C.P.!

But, OK, I thought. Let's just keep saying "no" to get to the download page and if I like the product THEN I will look at the extra stuff. But then there was one more final upsell for a mere $4.95. It was called ACP Copy & Paste Membership. OK, I thought, I'll take it, what the hell.

I finally got to the download page for ACP. But I continued waiting for the Copy & Paste module. Give it a few hours, I thought.

I found the pdfs informative and reasonably well-written, and there was even one minor a-ha moment, but nothing I didn't already know. That's the trouble with all those IM pitches - they're a mystery until you buy. I've grown to hate always buying a cat in the poke in the IM world and I'm increasingly unlikely to continue doing that in the future. What's WRONG with being honest, folks?

Anyway. The software itself, however, while in principle very good, felt incomplete and glitchy at first. It wouldn't log in to my account for a while, etc, has a rather limited interface, etc. All in all, I decided to write to Daniel, because he assures you that they're working 24/7 and always answer their emails as fastas they can and certainly in more more than 48hrs. I wanted some advice on how to get the prog to work.

No answer. So I wrote another email.
No answer. And another.
No answer.

Meanwhile, I managed to get the program to work. It's okay. Not earth-shattering, but useful.

I sent them another email saying I now to ¡t to work, but I was still waiting for my Copy & Paste link.

No answer.

Then I went ahead to PayPal to see if I shouldn't demand a refund. It's only $4.95 but you know - it's the principle. To my surprise, I discovered that the $4.95 was just for the first 5 days, and after that I'd be charged some $30+...!

Jeez how low can you go! Is THAT how they made their $1.1M in three months..?!!

After looking through my notes I'm now pretty sure there was NO warning that this would be the case. But I still didn't cancel nor ask for a refund. I wanted to get the program and check it out. Who knows maybe it IS worth the money...? (My naivity never ceases to amaze me, but there)

I wrote another email. All my emails were always brief, pleasant and to the point, by the way - not rants like this here.

No answer. Three days passed and still no answer.

OK. So I cancelled the subscription thing, but did not yet ask for my money back. If I don't get a reply and the link by end of business today, I will.

And I think I will ask for a refund on ACP as well. I'm not using it. It didn't tell me anything new barring one or two rather inconsequential things, and the software, while it works - is simply not my style. I do appreciate that it might work for people in terms of bringing them some more traffic, but... as I said, not my style. Had I known what it does, I wouldn't have ordered it.

At this point, I have this sad sinking feeling that if I ask for a refund, I won't get it. Not for ACP nor for the add-on. As I said, I will give it to the end of today and then I will try. But I have really low expectations.

This is how IM gets a bad name. Even among fellow marketers.

Has anyone got any deeper insights on this? Can anyone say something good about the author or his product? Or perhaps someone knows how to get a hold of the guy?

Disappointed and slightly peeved...
paul

I don't know anything about the author, but as a rule of thumb: when the sales pitch doesn't tell you exactly what you're buying, then most likely its junk and not worth the money.

Its called a "blind copy" It goes on and on about what this product IS NOT, and never actually tells you what it IS. And there is a good reason for that, because if you knew what it is, most likely you wouldn't buy it

It is a clickbank product so if you follow the procedure by clickbank you will definately get your money back.
