I have been playing around with vWorker.com (previously Rent-A-coder) and have gotten a few cool jobs and was looking at Elance and Guru.com. I was wondering what you thought of these three companies and if there were any other major ones I should look at.

What I like about vWorker is that you can bid on as many jobs as you want. Elance and Guru seem to limit their workers which really turns me off. If I find a job and want to bid and I already hit my 10 bids for the month and get no jobs on Elance or Guru I am stuck.

I would like your opinions on these companes and some others I should look into.

Thanks.

none of above have worked for me.

    Personally I like odesk.com

You should seriously try odesk. You get 10 bids every week and if some of them are turned down the bids are added back to your account. So you practicaly get 40 bids a month for no cost or investment

Thanks. I signed up with them and will give them a try. The main thing I don't like about the other sites is that they limit what you can apply for. But I guess that must give a higher quality of user bidding on the project.

        Thanks
