Is auto spun article submission now dead, magicarticlesubmitter articlemarketingrobot etc?

What are everyones thoughts now Google has started to directly attack sites with 'spun' content? Anyone been hammered by it yet?
If Google see links clouds so quickly and clearly are we driving into a bad neighbourhood?

Its not dead just re-weighted. Stay at a 40%. It will still be part of the puzzle.

The Spun Stuff is Still Holding Rank:

I have several keyword phrases where I own 3 out of the top 10 spots with a keyword...with spun article. The things that haven't dropped at all.

EZA got hit, but my guess is that they will come back.

I know you are asking more about the blog networks, but in my opinion spun content is fine and ranking as well as ever. Therefore those methods you mentioned should be fine.

Hope that at least "kind of" answers your question.

That is why self-hosted WP Blogs are the only way to go.

I would never build up a blog hosted by a 3rd party.

...I am sure my main blog would have been banned years ago if that was the case.

I didn't saw any effect on my ranking as I use spun articles a lot. Just keep the spinning percentage more than 50% at least.

it will depend on a lot of factors, but the niche and current benchmark of whats in it has a lot to do with things.

As always common sense tends to prevail, think like a Search Engineer for all of thirty seconds and you should have a pretty good idea of what you can bend and what should not be broken...

Of course it is not dead. Most people just don't know how to spin. That is where the problem is.

      WELL SAID!

And better spinning will be required in the future as Google put a more focus in this area
